Hello I am currently unable to get onto my VA's website. Wierd thing is I seem to be the only one every one else is logging on fine. When I go to the URL I get an automatic download and then the website doesn't load. Below is what the download is: some php stuff.

hello Nabeel if i want to ad an airport i put in the icao code and push the look up button nothing hapens it just keeps saying Fetching airport data... where does phpvms gets this data is it on your server or is it local. gr joeri

Hi, whenever I click add airport, it won't look up info if I put in the ICAO code, and when I fill it in manually it shaws a page that says "No Airports Added Airport Successfully added" any help would be appreciated

Hello, i freshly installed phpVMS to build a VA site. Installation was smooth and straight forward. I'm a idiot and posted in the wrong forum. But here is my problem: I'm the OPS manager at Southern Air Transport Virtaul. And this morning when I went to accept new pilots, the system generated the new pilot number, but it wont create the new pilot number in the scheduling system so new pilot can file a priep. In our Pilot database the pilots go from SJM9501-SJM9531, but it the schedule it only goes to SJM9529. So our two new pilots are unable to file PIREP's in our system using thier pilot numbers SJM9530,and SJM9531. Any Idea's? We are using admin versin 2.0.846. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hi All, Something strange has happened to our admin for our airline. None of the staff team can add aircraft to the fleet. Three of us have tried and it comes up with an error message. I have checked the pilot group for admin and the settings look ok. Nothing else has changed. I've reset the cache, optimized the tables etc but still no joy. Any ideas? Just off to try and see if it's affecting other areas of the airline.

Nabeel, Since I moved my site over to FiveDev I can't create new schedules. I get the below error. Something could have got corrupted during the move? I'm running v898. I also can't seem to export my schedules anymore either. When I click on "Click to export" I get the following "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." This is in FF and IE8. admin/action.php/import/processexport <--Is where it is trying to go. I get this in 917 as well. I then updated my dev site to v917 to see if I could duplicated the error but that was a disaster. See my post in the 917 thread. Hello, i am having an issue right now. Whenever i press the "Approve all" PIREP, i get this error " Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ac1vpjmyzpzr/public_html/admin/modules/PIREPAdmin/PIREPAdmin.php on line 120 ". I cannot also approve individual PIREP. Nothing will happen when i approve. When i delete PIREP, i refresh the page and the PIREPs will still be there. How do i solve this ? Phpvms version - 5.5.x PHPVersion - 5.6 ( tried 5.5 but none works )

Can't change the inactivity of the pilots. When we click save profile it comes up as saved in the top right. Then on view all pilots they are still inactive. Also when we add schedules it says that it is added but on view all schedules it hasn't. Also we have tried to use the .CSV but the same thing happened.

I just had a pilot message me and told me that he couldn't setup an avatar. No error message, it says the profile was saved, but the image didn't show up. I logged into my hosting server and did not see a new image in the libavatar folder. I then tried to change my avatar image and had the same issue. There doesn't seem to be an error message but the image won't change. I did a search here and found some references to permissions being set to 777 on the avatar folders. On my hosting account, all I get to choose is "read" and "write". It doesn't say anything about 777. The version I'm using is 1.2.700 Any ideas on what to try next? Dan

Hello Guys, we just wanted to delete a Pilot but the "Pilot options" site stays blank at him. This pilot was the previous admin of our VA but he is not in our VA anymore for some years as acitve Pilot. He has no goups assigned to his account anymore. Do I need to change something in the phpvms so that i can delete him? Thanks in advance

Hi Nabeel, Today I did an update to the latest beta, cause I really would like to have the Twitter connection. I did the update as described and had no errors, but after a test flight I was unable to file my PIREP with FSFK. The files had been uploaded to the folder and Flight keeper Said the the flight was send succesfully, but It came with the webpage saying: "Schedule does not exist. Please update this manually." Hi all, My friend installed phpVMS on a server for me, he registered me as the only pilot, but when I log in, I can't find a link to admin panel! I tried http:// www . com/admin/index.php/Events_admin got: An Error Was Encountered Unauthorized access Tried on FFox and IE.. same. What shall I do ? Hi guys Just downloaded and setup on my host (1and1 using php 7.4) All went well until I log in. and I get the error that it can't find /profile/1? Also no icons are showing. I had to delete my main folder .htaccess file as I would get a 500 page error otherwise trying to setup

I installed a test version of phpVMS on an old domain and it worked perfectly (once some host-related problems with mySQL were sorted out). I bought my new domain name, set up the domain and did the same, clean install of phpVMS on the new domain, but I can't navigate away from the home page on this install. Neither can I log in - it just returns to the home page with the non-logged in menu items showing. The log-in isn't being recorded in the database either. The URL changes to reflect the menu item chosen, but the page doesn't display. checkinstall.php and checkdb.php return OK for all items. I have uploaded files on to windows server and it comes up with: PHP Version (5 required) OK! Hello folks, i'm having a hard time trying to install phpvms 5 into my new vps. HAving easyapache4, using php7.2 for the ProAvia phpvm2 5.5.2.72. Either way when i try to install version 5.5.2, with php v5.4 till 5.6, when i press database connection setup, nothing came out. No green notification to show if the database is okay. I got an error instead. Database has been created, user has set to allow. I still can't get it working and it is very frustrating. Didn't had this issue before so i'm assuming it might be my VPS settings or what not. Hope to get your replies and solutions. Thank you

Hi I have just upgraded from quite an old version (can't even remember what version it was but it was installed back in July 2009) Because it is such a long time ago and I forgot the original password, I tried password recovery and now the username/password combination I use (from the email) gives the following error when it tries to open the profile page. "You must be logged in to access this page" I am tempted to do a complete new installation but the config and skin is already done so I want to keep the current one if possible. Any ideas?

I think my previous post failed to post.... Until a few weeks ago I was able to login to the site as administrator and do all administrative activities. Today when I use those same credentials (I have not changed them) results in me being brought to a login page asking for my login credentials. I doesn't go further than that. However, when I used the kACARS Free client 1.0.1 (latest) using those same credentials, I managed to log in to the system using the kACARS client but NOT on the website. I then used the password reset and it said it sent a password reset link to my account but I never receive it. I checked the email address on the database and it is correct. But …
