Hi, Is there a way to sperate your pilot roster by Hubs? I also wanted to know if is possible to do the same for Hub Stats? Example: The Pilot was the highest flights hours, aircraft and etc? Thanks

Hello Nabeel, I was hoping you could tell me why this error appears when trying to create a hub map; Warning: call_user_method_array() [function.call-user-method-array]: Unable to call hubmap() in /home/james200/public_html/ava/phpvms/core/classes/MainController.class.php on line 274 The route map and live maps work fine, but for hub maps it keeps coming up with the above error message. Using v1.3.785 Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance Adam

Hi Guys Here is my problem, The last Beta build (Cant remember which one it was) stopped showing the live map. I never cared much to check what going on, I honestly thought its probably must a setting I screwed up. Last night I upgraded to the latest Beta Version 1.3.787 and I still cannot see the live map. I have been to a few other phpVMS users' sites and I can see their live map with no issue. I can see the Route maps and the pirep maps with no problems. I did a search in the forums for this occurrence and tried some of the solutions mentioned there, nut nothing is brining it back. G'day all I have a request from one of my pilots. At the moment the pilot center has a pie graph which shows percentages of aircraft hours. Can someone please give me the code so the pilot could VIEW the hours that he/she has flown for each aircraft. E.g BOEING 737-800 10.1 CESSNA 172 1.4

Right off the bat, I will apologize if this has been asked before. If I am wanting to allow some of my pilots to use XACARS is there a way to get it to work with VMS? We are currently looking at the possibility to use VMS and are currently testing to see if we can make the move. With out loosing to much data on the pilots. As you have seen in another post we are looking into changing to VMS, I was wondering do we need to put in phatom PIREPs to get the hours to show right to get the correct hours for rank. For instance I need to 100 hours to get to 1st LT can I put in one flight that will show that or do I have to put in at leat four PIREPS in the system to see 100 hours.

Anyone else having issues posting news? I JUST updated lastnight to the new beat and now when posting news, anywhere it inserts a , it gives me that thing where it shows a ff fd in a little box. Not sure if this is a bug or what so posted here first. I never had this issue prior to. I just moved my website to it's own url now instead of a sub domain off of another website, but it is the same exact server. So I'm ruling server config out.

Is there anyway to edit the registration.tpl so that pilots can select which airframe they want to fly? As an example, we fly the L-100-30, LC-130 and CH-53 (to name few of them) If a helicopter pilot comes in and wants to be assigned to your Helo division, I would like them to beable to select that. make sense?

Gday Guys I have created my website, nearly done ! finally, just need some help on one more thing. I need help creating a menu bar, the one that came with Roberts Template doesnt really match my site unfortunately. Looking to move my admin center link from main nav, to my footer. I robbed the code out of the core nav for the admin link and it gave me a parse error on site and messed up the entire layout. Hey Nabeel, Happy Holidays man! Just have a quick question, why is it that I may add aircraft, airlines, and routes but I cannot delete them. The ones I would like to get rid of remain on the site creating a lot of clutter and disorganization. Another thing is we have a flight school also that is a division of our airline, I created a new airline on the admin panel and would like to add aircraft to the academy's fleet. How do i get to assign the aircraft to that airline without having it affect my V.A.

Hi Nabeel, Some errors i need help with. First; When i try to add a download i get this error: Unknown column 'description' in 'field list' - Note this was here before i updated to the latest release aswell and has still not gone. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting '(' in /hermes/web06/b1926/moo.jpairways/install/install.php on line 63 that is what i get upon installing the new version of phpVMS. The schedule "calculate distance" thing in the admin section does not seem to auto calculate. I still have things set to "0" for auto calculate, but not working. So all my flights show a distance of "0 mi". What have I missed??

Hi when ever i try to login i keep getting redirected to the page "You must be logged in to access this feature!" At first i thought it was a db problem so i have restored the database back to when i know it was working but still get the same. I thought i was something i have done so i have removed my current skin and still get the same, any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

Gday I wanted to know if the ranks, instead of building up just an amount of hours, i wanted to know if it can be awarded as well as the hours. im having an exam or set of exams that needed to be completed before they can go up a rank so i needed to have both of these options instead of them just building up hours. Hi there, i have a weired question. We are using phpvms for our business virtual airline. So we have created a "schedule" and removed afterwards the App / Dep airports directly from the database with phpmyadmin. So every pilot can take his aircraft and fly where he wants to fly. I have noticed now that when for example the pilot starts XACARS and the Fligthsim and loads a FlightNr. into XACARS (screenshot) than the live map shows the current position with the aircraft icon but also shows a route also on the map. Hello guys We managed to setup the phpvms and a new template but once a day a problem ocures when someone is gonna view our site he might get an error Fatal error: Call to undefined method FinanceData::updateAllExpenses() in /home/dutchgl/domains/aviation-global-airways.com/public_html/core/bootstrap.inc.php on line 58 As a temporarly solution i found is to a have copy off core folder named copy_w then when the problem ocures i rename the core to core_b and core_w to core and then back again core to core_w and core_b to core and everything is working till the next day I would apreciate if somebody has an advice for that problem. Hi, I'm new to this system and Vansers told me about it and he helped me installing the thing but we can't seem to get the database working at all. Like made a database and granted a acount to the database and i entered the right name and username and password but, it won't install. I checked the conntections but it said it had no password.
