I noticed that the buit in editor in admin, drops random characters when pasting in source code or attempting to edit source code. Has anyone else experienced this, or is it more evidence that I live in a strange universe?

Hi all does anyone else have a problem with fuel calculations? When a flight is logged the fuel is charged at 0 even though in the local.config.php it's 5.10. Is there somewhere else that it should be specified? Cheers EDIT: Scrub this it started working! However something tells me I haven't used £2800 of fuel travelling 40nm! If I had 971 lbs to start and landed with 626 lbs, how does that get seen as "566 fuel used" - is this 566 units? I've set the LiquidUnit setting to "3" for lbs, so shouldn't it say 345 fuel used?

I have been trying to add a custom pirep field from the admin side. I can create the field with a text area. The field is called Tracker URL with a blank text area to insert a url. I already have one custom field called "unscheduled flight" which is a simple drop down box with yes,no. Once i have added the second "tracker URL" field all looks fine in the admin side, however when i go to the user side and try to file a pirep. I get ONE custom field which is a mix of my two fields ie a field name of "Unscheduled flight" and a text area. I am on .930 I have tried searching on custom pirep fields but have not found anything similar to this yet? Alex

When adding rank, one of the fields has this: The order of this rank (if ranks are manually set), or the minimum hours required. The way I understand that, is based on hours, hence minimum hours. However, if we wanted/needed to assign rank manually and not by flights or hours, how? Would it not show up in the Pilot Center for each pilot stating that he/she would need so many hours for the next one? Now, is there a way to have a rank image added to the badge dynamically? If someone signs up, their badge would have the new hire rank on their badge and as soon as they obtained the next rank, the new hire rank would be replaced with their new one.

Hey guys, I am looking into a problem that i have with the admin panel. I want to give a member some rights to add and change routes and stuff... i just don't want him to access the exprenses, pilot and some other tabs. When i select everything except admin rights, the admin tab does not pop up. Is there something that i am missing? Is the only option to change routes and for example add news, to choose admin rights? Maybe you guys have a simple answer for this? Thanks in advance, Lucas

Hi everyone! I was wondering if I could get some help adding my pilots' ID's and Passwords on the emails the system sends out when I accept their applications. I've already edited the message the best I can but don't know the specific code to say: Below is your information and then be able to list that information. All the system currently says is visit our site to login and complete your registration or something along those lines. It doesnt even tell them their ID's. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Does anyone know of a way to extract the airport database in FSX into a CSV, or similar format? I'm getting grumpy about the number of airports missing in either geonames or phpvms lookups. I'm not talking unknown air strips in the boondocks. Neither one can look up OAIX, for example. Loading FSX every time I need airport coordinates, is too time consuming.

Hi. After switching hosts and getting a nice new up to date install of phpvms running I noticed a problem. The graphs in the admin panel are totally out of wack. I attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean. Thank you and if you need any more information please let me know. Also when I try to add airports, and click look up, it just says fetching data...forever, is this becuase of the live pricing issue?

With over 1300 routes (and rising), I thought I would make it easier for our pilots to get find flights they wanted, by adding additional airlines to handle cargo and regional flights, etc. Is it possible to search routes by airline code in the pilot center? How would it be done?

Good eve, question, last month I added a lots of expenses (purchase etc.), but it seems that all expenses did not recorded to the last summary. Could you please help me and tell me, why it´s not charged? I now tried to edit one of my monthly expenses, but I received a ERROR when EDIT EXPENSE was pressed. Really need your help.

Here's one for you big brains out there... When someone files a flight report using FSPassengers, their flight seems to change in the process; here's an expample: My system is setup for multiple airlines, a pilot bids for flight AA1459 and when he/she completes it and reports it to be reviewed it will be changed to WN1459. Even though I do have several airlines with the same flight number, I don't think it should be coming up that way if the flight on the pilot's report says that the flight number is AA1459 and not WN1459, so why is it doing this, since all of my flights do not repeat Airline IATA codes for flight numbers? the flight numbers may repeat but the IATA code…

I am getting a diferent error this time, I can not create pages, it gives me this error message! Since we changed hosts for our website we would like to apply the hours our pilots had recorded. Can the transfer hours field be used for that? If yes, could you please help to do it? Ok I just noticed something really weird. We gave 6 airlines(wings). Our pilots can fly any flights even from other wings. when a pilot flies a flight another airline(wing) it tacks on the airline(wing)Id to the pilots pirep. I.E. my pilot Id is VMC0001, If I fly flight 56V1001 it will show the pirep with the pilot ID as 56V0001. It still gives me the hours under my VMC0001 id. and it shows in my list of pireps on my pilot center. Any Ideas?

Seems like I have lost the red line on the acars map that shows the route?! I see the arrival/departure icons and nav icons along the way....bur NO red line showing the route. Any idea why this would disappear? I did not do anything, it just left. I cleared the cache and optimized tables, but this was after the line went away??
