Hello, I have just completed the Registration process last night and this morning I got he Confirmation email. Once that was completed I tried to login and am now getting this message "You must be logged in! " The link it is showing me in the address bar where i am getting this error is http://www.vacentral.net/profile. I have tried both the Sign in on the home page as well as clicking the Sign In link and then entering the info and still same thing. Get same results in FireFox and IE8 Thanks for looking into this issue. Ron S.

Hi, Im new here so if this is the wrong place I apologise in advance, I just tried to install the popupnews plugin for my va via the plugin manager for the iCrewLite skin and followed the installation manual and the the plugin works locally but when deploying it live I get this problem showing, Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ')' in lib/skins/iCrewLITE/popupnews/popupnews_list.php on line 17 and it completely destroys the dashboard but when I disable it the styling comes back as intended. any ideas what I have to change to make it work? Hello and thank you all for such a wonderful and intuitive system. (Sorry for the runnon post, but I can't seem to use a carraige return.) I haven't maintained a website since the days of Allaire Homesite and WsFTP. I've never used style sheets or server-based systems. I have no problems running any of the Flight Simulator or Virtual Airline functions. Everything works GREAT! I'm used to seeing pages I that I can't edit and alter, then upload and that's all there is too it. How do I get my front page to say something other than, ... "Welcome to phpVMS! Time Zone Problem

Anyway, i don't know if this has already been brought up, but i noticed that the system being used has the incorrect time for the time zones. For me it said that the last activity was @ 7:14 EST When it really was 8:14 EST, so i switched it to central time although i am in the Eastern time zone and it seems to work now. Just curious if this was happening with anyone else.

I was thinking that vacentral should be divided into different categories, I mean its really not fair for us small bush va's to compete with larger VA's based huge schedules and with hundreds of members. My va is going to max out at 40. what do you the community think about having different categories of VA?

I have searched and can't find the answer to this question. When you start a flight you have say 10,000lbs on board, you then land and have 2,000 on board. Now there is obviously some fuel used for Taxi as the 10,000lbs is on takeoff and the 2,000lbs is on landing. Which makes sense, but the 2,000lbs I take it is not counted as an expense to the Airline only fuel used with some calculations for Taxi? Is this correct?

Hello everyone, I would like to create a ranking of pilots according to the pay, but unfortunately, I have a problem of coding. If anyone would have an idea about the solution it would be cool. If you've registered on there, you'll need to do "forgot password" in order to get your login back. After doing that, edit the airlines you've added, to generate the 'slug' which is needed. This is an entirely new codebase, so hopefully should be much faster, and progress should go along pretty quickly. There will also be a few vaC client updates in the next few phpVMS versions. Hello, I'm VERY new to all this...working on getting my VA going, work in progress.... I have 2 questions so far in regards to using FS Flight Keeper and phpVMS. 1) When I'm flying it shows me on the Live Map but the distance is way off. For example I was flying KFLL-MYNN and it shows me 4800miles from my destination, when the actual distance is more like 160nm. How would I go about correcting this? 2) When I complete flight and submit my Pirep it shows all the flight information except the Aircraft Type. I can edit the pirep and select my aircraft and then all is fine, but I was wondering how to make it show the aircraft without having to edit this part. When I s…

Hey, 2 days ago, we had around 8500+ points on vaCentral (MIA_merlionvirtualairlines) and then I cleared out the pilots who haven't flown at all, and now, our points are down to 6900. If that isn't an error, can you explain how the vaCentral scoring system works? I mean, we've earned the 8500 points without those inactive pilots, so why would removing them cause any problem like that? Cheers.

I'm trying to sort out the email issue. I am not sure as to why Forgot Password emails are being sporadically lost. If you have requested a password reset and have not gotten the email, wait for some time (hours, day) and try again, and see if you get it.

Here at Historic Airline Group we have several freight airlines that fly to a distribution airport, where more flights in smaller aircraft fly to other destinations. I'm looking to add an Excel-type format page where freight amounts are selected by pilots and moved accordingly. What I need is someone who knows how to do this. We were wondering on what vaCentral's position is on having a VA send pireps that do not include the Pilot's Name? We would like to send our pireps, except that our current privacy policy forbids us from using the pilot's name. Would it be possible just to use the pilot's callsign as his name instead of his real name? If not, we will have to look and see if we can change our privacy policy. Thanks in advance,

I just noticed that our ranking was up to #25 3 days ago. It kept showing everyday a score of +99, even though that should have only happenned one day when I uploaded the pireps. Then after a couple days of that, it dropped from a score of 100+ to zero, with a daily change of -4. Now a couple days later, we show a rank of #24 again, and again, a score of 103 and a daily change of +99. Not sure how this is all working right now.

Hey there It seems, like the live map only shows just 1 Airplane flying even when we got 5 to 6 Planes online and flying (with fsacars) Maybe a bug or something?

Why does VA central ask for a log in every time you switch pages and why are the graphics not showing up either. And can someone explain the rating system. I am registered but should not have to log in all the time. Does having inactive pilots hurt you rating? I also do not allow accelerated flying so my pilots are not file 10 pireps a day Thanks for the help

Gday Nabeel Sorry, ive really screwed this up Ive got 2 identical VA's running in VA Central, ive got one which is linked to my working account, and another which i cant delete seeing as VACentral locked me out of that account, can you please manually delete the second one, currently ranked 134 on page 14 please.
