when phpvms v7 will be compatible with kAcars or smartCARS? Also in phpvms v7? there is still a problem with the connection.? I do not really know where to upload kACARSII files - Site Files, to which folder in phpvms v7?

Hi We've setup a test site for our airline as we are making the move to a new provider. Our worldAcars doesnt work on the test site. Ive edited the URLs in settings to our new URL. I can login, get my flight bid, start my flight, end it, however i cant file my PIREP. I just get "Try Again" in red where it usually reads "PIREP Filed". I also don't show up on the map or flight board while im flying. We are using a customized version of ACARS (by FS-Products). IEverything was copied from the old cpanel to the new. Is this even supported anymore? Thanks, Robbie

I found one very small limitation of kACARS which is kACARS only saves one configuration mean if you have two airlines with different phpVMS installation like I have since don't want to mess up statistics of civil VA with my Military VA you have to Alter configuration every time you fly for one so here just an idea if possible: something like a dropdown to choose from Airline configs for Pilots flying in multiple Virtual Airlines different phpVMS Installs kACARS is still the best ACARS for VA's Best Regards Thomas

Hey In our Schedules gives one flight (at now) where the pilot must land to refuel his plane. After this he must fly to the destination. But after i do the takeoff the flight phase dont change. Can one add an bottum to remove the Landing-infos? That kACARS ecord the landing at the destination??? or gives this everywhere?

Hell some help with passenger load. I am runing a flight club which uses propeller aircraft only. but on every flight i do its coming up on the Kacars "Taking off with 0 Passengers on board any clue why? Hey, When i am flying, and sometimes in the middle of my flight, the kACARS is gone. Like i never ever closed out the program. when i landed and, i was looking over the place in my computer and saying where the heck is kACARS running, and i could not find it. It's been like that since my last three flights and i had to manualy file the pireps. I start kACARS, prepare it, then fly................. and gone................ It vanished without my permisson. what is going on?

Hey lorathon, I remember a post you made while ago about a VA that is using kACARS with their own package, anyway. You said that we need to link kACARs download to your site or can we upload the orginal kACARS to the own site? Please clear that up.... Which one is okay?

Hi, My VA has also a small cargo division which carries illegal stuff . Because of this we can't have sceduled cargo flights... I'd like to know if the "Load" section when charter selected can reccognize weight instead of pax number. Cheers,

I have an option at my VA to fly on-demand charters. To do this, I understand the airports must be on our list and the aircraft type listed as well. When I select "charter flights" it wants an aircraft registration (among other things). However, I cannot enter a registration in this block. In fact, it almost seems as though kACARS is locked up somehow. Any ideas?

Jeffrey, Is it normal for when you log into Acars, and the Web Browser on it automatically shows the website, it shows a pilot online 2-3 times? Could this be fixed, or can you just make me a customized one without the Web Browser?

Hello everyone, i tried to start an IFR flight. I fill out the flight number and i pressed the Get Flight Number Info button. Unfortunately when i pressed the Start Flight it gives me this error: Check Flight Level 1k to 50k. Also when i am clicking on the Get Flight Number Info, i received another one error which is this: Notify System Administrator of the Switch Error Data not received Switch=Aicraft. I anyone knows the solution...please help me.

Hi Guys, Quick question from my members, We have noticed that while using kACARS, if we are doing Touch and Go practice, as soon as the aircraft touches the Runway the ACARS logs a landing, but then seems to stop capturing data. Certain things continue, such as flight time, but alot of the logging stops. Is this something that can be altered to recognise multiple takeoffs and landings? Very Best Regards,

Hello With the paided version of kACARS is there any auto config file which stop members having to edit the core directory of the application? I have alot of members who dont know how to configure there kACARS software so it would be good to have an .exe file to do it for them? Thanks Michael D

As w know, a lot of us can connect to kacars or acars and with a lot of va's using both tracking services they can see on the acars map where each other is and can chat with each other bwforen or after they fly which makes chatting with them even harder.. I'm wondering if kacars and acars could stay a tracking service but eventually turn into a vatsim like area. Where instead of just seeing them from a map you could actually fly with them, and yes I know you could do that on vatsim as well but they may not always connect to vatsim so connecting to the acars Flightsim server would be much more fun, you could chat with each other as you fly no need for making ".msg ovaXX…

Hello evrybody. I would like to ask if it is possible to stop the flight log with kacars when the Pilot shutts down the engine,and not when the parkring break are set. Last time i had 8 planes in front of me,and i putted the parking brakes on,and the flight log stopped immediately. I looked in the kacars_free.php but cant find it Sorry guys it is xacars lol so forget it :-( Regards

Hi Everyone Any ideas how to solve the attached problem, i have entered my VA's details and my Pilot Id and Password, but when i go to begin recording a flight i get the error messaage as shown in the image attached below.
