Just wondering if anyone has tweaked the Live Map icons to match certain types of aircraft? Currently, the commercial jet is shown but we operate DC3, DC6, B350, etc., and would like to display based on the actual aircraft. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Nabeel I am trying to install phpvms locally, however, the tutorial at: http://docs.phpvms.net/ or on internet searches, are still very vague yet, I can't move forward. Could you please create a step-by-step for a local installation, or even on a shared VPS. For us beginners, the jump from 5.5.x to 7 is very difficult. thankful

Possibly a silly question from a phpvms V7. Sometimes when saving or doing other stuff on the website I get a 419 Page Expired. In this case particularly when trying to save the newly acquired VMS license, but it's not the only example. Any tips? What am I missing?

At our community we have a hand crafted portal based on laravel for multiple tasks, we are looking for creating a new VA, would I be able to merge the core of phpvms and improve it to our existing Laravel app? I dont have any problem of adding the "powered by phpvms" and a link to here, but the code would be private as I aim going to merge both projects into one, and change many things of how phpvms works. Any problem with the licence?

Good day everyone, My virtual airline is doing a feasibility study and research of options for next year's migration plans. We have been using VAFS for the better part of a decade. We like phpVMS' stability, control and flexibility, in addition to being compatible with SmartCARS. However, starting the VA from scratch is out of the question, therefore migrating as much data over is a key consideration. Personally, I'm looking for something simple yet needed. But some other dev may be interested in picking up your idea. So, Post your module ideas for phpVMS. some virtual airlines join several real airlines together. Therefore it would be a nice feature to be able to manage more than one airline inside the system. This is only the possibility to add more than one airline in the system and add some planes to the different airlines (group the planes to different airlines). I'm starting to work on the ACARS portion, and want to solidify a couple of portions, including the ACARS service piece, the addon system and the database portion. I'm redesigning it a bit from the way "vms classic" did things, so that the data will be attached to a PIREP (almost like a pre-file). Hit me up on discord, we can figure something out.

Hello everyone, We started to use the PHPVMS7 along DH Basic and Special and we have been testing it with SmartCars3 since 2 weeks. We just came to realized that since February 24 all flights are not showing any revenue anymore, but only the expenses. I am not a pro by any means on PHPvms and I checked all my settings regarding the fares, etc... Fares have not changed at all so I don't believe there is a reason of why the airline is not generating any revenue on each flight. Also on the /admin/finances page is there a way to see the total finance of each airline? I only get the option to see each month but is not counting the finance of the previous months…

Hi everyone. I was wondering if there could be a way to ad a "time factor" to the financial system. For example: If you leave the airplane on an airport that isn't your hub instead of flying back. The longer the airplane will stay at this airport, the more parking fees you'll have to pay for it. Does anyone know how we could set up this?

I been spending my time on upload the stupid phpvms 7 it’s really a cancer took me 2-4 years trying figure out to work after manage to install its give me 404 error and I decided to delete the whole file and give up please stop making life so difficult make it simple like php5 installation gosh

No problem at any US (including Puerto Rico) or Canada airports, but when I ended a flight at TNCM (Princess Juliana) is got a dashboard metar error (dashboard nothing but errors). I believe it was about weather metar variances. US is A#### ex: A2992. At the time at TNCM is was Q1012. When flew back to Puerto Rico, dashboard was perfect again. I looked at all the error possibilities in all my files while at TNCM but they all were matching the error corrections. I don't have the version of the error to print right now but can try it again. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks, Tim

hi guys just a quick message to say that phpvms7 looks away more better than the older versions Nabeel has done an awesome job soo far and am really looking farward to the final release ** just wondering is there a way to change the location of the live map from the admin center without going into the files on the server would be easyer also what about logging in with your callsign instead of your email address think most pilots would find that irritating ** how do I setup a cron job on the site and how can I send emails out to pilots if needed keep up the good work Nabeel

PHPVMSGEN is now available as a free service to provide data for import to PHPVMS. It will give you 5 csv files or a number of files per type depending on volume of content the following AIRPORT,FARES,SUBFLEET,AIRCRAFT and FLIGHTS. You simply compile your requirements in a configuration file and send this file to me and I will process it and send you the files back along with a generation report with installation notes. It should be noted that PHPVMGEN csv files are installed into PHPVMS without any additional software being required and as such they conform and act within the operation and core procedures of PHPVMS. if you are intereste…

Hello all New system should has a location feature like fsairlines system. A pilot or aircraft can not fly from another airport unless it's moved by a staff member or system itself. For example; A pilot safely arrived to EGLL airport with a Airbus A320-232 aircraft (reg. G-EZUA) System should keep those location values for both pilot and aircraft and does not let them depart from another airport. Unless pilot buy a transfer ticket with his own money or a staff member move them from admin panel. This can be done with a locations table, pirep_filed hook could trigger this event. Thank you

Good morning, i want to thank ProAvia and DisposableHero for their continued support in the forum because thanks to you and a lot of my patience (I'm not very practical) I managed to install phpvms 7. everything works great! I only have one question to ask at the moment: I've set up a series of ranks by also including the pilot's pay. However, I would like the pilot to receive his pay only when he flies (passenger scheduled) with the company. They will be free to fly any other route (charter) but without receiving pay. how can I do?

Hi everyone, Is there any way to autoreject pirep if the incorrect airframe is used for a flight? For example, we have a subfleet and an aircraft, say an A320. But instead of the defined aircraft in the subfleet, an A321 or even a B737 has been used for the flight. And the pirep has been filed. We want to encourage pilots to fly with the correct aircraft and livery. My second question. Is it possible to build a function to reject pireps without the correct livery? Reject it by the incorrect Airline ICAO, as the Airline ICAO is present in the livery folder in the aircraft.cfg and the acars read it. Thank you for the infos. Have a safe flight.
