Hi, I'm getting an error when trying to load a flight from my VA to the ACARs. I setup a phpVMS VA before with no error. Coming back to phpVMS, I now have this issue. See problem.png I have 2 subfleets with 18 Aircraft combined, 4 of which are at the departure airport. All ranks are allowed to fly both subfleets, subfleets are assigned to all the flights, fares as well. I have disabled 'Restrict Aircraft to Ranks' and '-at Departure' -- See Settings.png Why is this happening?

Hello. I put this post since I am new to this system, I am currently working with the VAM system and I want to migrate to PHPVMS on my own server, toto is fine, but I have the problem that someone in this forum can help me in this problem I have since the aircraft does not recognize me both to book a flight and to report the flight. During a new install of Version 7 of phpVMS, after the database is created, the installer stops on Step 3 (install/step3?) with a "500 SERVER ERROR". This is my second time trying to install with the same issue. Versions PHP Version: 8.0 Database versions: MySQL, MariaDB phpVMS Version: 7.0.0 Dev Appreciate any help. Thanks!

Using latest Dev build and php8.2 also using disposable basic I am having trouble creating downloads and having the "Downloads" menu item show the files or pages. I went into pages/links in admin menu. created a downloads link entry. I had a folder I created called downloads off public_html. Inside of downloads I created another folder called vmsacars and placed ACARS.ZIP in there. That created a second menu item called "Downloads" no what I wanted, but it still did not show the files. Instead a 403 error. SO I deleted that entry in pages/links, that got rid of the second downloads menu item, but now the original one is showing …

Hiya! An issue I've encountered with my phpVMS-based website. We're experiencing significant loading times, often between 10 to 15 seconds, which we believe is impacting user experience negatively. Our database is quite extensive, containing around 16,000 flights. Upon investigating the issue using Laravel Debugbar, we discovered that a large number of duplicated SQL statements are being executed. Hello phpvms community, We're experiencing an issue where airport lists are not displaying correctly for some of our users across multiple areas of the system. Here are the details: - The problem affects only a subset of users, not everyone - For affected users, airports don't show up in: 1. Jumpseat travel options 2. Flight selection screen 3. I have transferred all the files, imported the database, and cleared the cache. This time I have a more substantial and complicated question. We have set up AWS SES to use as SMTP provider. In the AWS console we have: Verified identities using the same email as the PhPVMS install. Verified Domain. Created SMTP user with credentials. Removed the sandbox and went into production. We went through all the AWS configuration steps properly and sent test emails from within the console successfully. Alright I have done everything down to a T. I normally dont even like messing with docker but whatever. The first link where is says "Head on down to the installer" or something to that effect and it points to /install/ but the problem is the package doesnt have a install folder. I even tried making one nada.

I’m attempting to install PHPVMS 7 but I get an error about proc_open not being enabled. i haven’t seen anything in the forum about how to circumvent this issue. There’s a year old issue on github marked as resolved but this is still happening.

I'm currently the technical lead for what is currently an X-Plane only VA. We currently support Mac users by using XACARS. Our current VA system is custom built. We were looking at expanding our VA to support more than just X-Plane. During that process I started taking a look at phpVMS as a potential replacement for our current custom built solution. I'm pretty happy with the evaluation of phpVMS 7 so far. Hi folks. I am new to phpvms and my php knowledge is next to nothing. I am testing phpvms on localhost before going to a live server. I have managed to install everything but now I get the error below: * * * * * cd C:\Program Files\Ampps\www && artisan schedule:run >> /dev/null 2>&1 There was a problem running the cron; make sure it's setup and check logs at storage/logs/cron.log. Hi, I have setup hosting with phpVMS and followed the installation guides. So I downloaded the phpVMS ( it is called phpvms-7.0.0-beta.4). Hi, We were starting to copy over our History and rules but for some reason we cannot save much text in a page. Most times it is not even a sentence it just loses the pasted text leaving a short sentence. I have tried creating a test page and typing characters down the page but cannot save more than a line or two. Is there a limit on these pages or is there a system of entering or is this a bug. Check the pages on www.cyber-air.org It is the same which ever skin we use. version 7.0.0-beta.4 So there are many of these but here is one example. I added a route KSFO - PHOG and PHOG - KSFO, all information put in correctly but when I go to the map for the route it has the flight going over the north pole and around asia which makes no sense. Also with a route KSFO - KSEA it doesn't even go to KSEA it shows the destination on the map as somewhere in Mongolia which makes no sense either. The locations of the airports are right so really not sure...I am trying to launch my VO soon so if anyone knows that'd be great!

I have an error in the admin panel: The cron has not run in more than 12 hours; make sure it's setup and check logs at storage / logs / cron.log. I have a problem. When two pilots want to fly the same flight, the system only allows the first pilot to book, the second cannot. In Setting that option is disabled, and you should not have problems
