I have phpvms7 installed on a wamp64 server, all looks good except that pilot hours and flight totals are not updating. Could I have missed something in the installation/setup? Mike

I would like to make sure that when a driver registers in Phpvms, he can put his assigned CS by the VA . For the moment I am obliged to modify the CS with each inscription of a new pilot example AEL022 becomes 002 automatically, I set up on the home page a box CS for this purpose, if there is means to make I am taker :😉

When I try to view other created pilot profiles, I am getting the following error (attached). I can view my own profile just fine. php 7.3 and vms7 B-4 Anyone else seeing this? Screenshot_51.zip

This looks like a bug. When a new pilot joins they cant see the dash or flights unless they are assigned the admin role.

Hello Again! A while back I found documentation on how to have the phpvma v7 to send pirep notifications to a discord channel. Can't remember how I did it, but it was working, but the channel I had set up on discord to receive the prep notifications got deleted. Would anyone know where I might find that documentation? I would be thankful.

hello, I use the 737 PMDG in FS2020. none of the aircraft's lights are recognized by acars. All appear as off (false) in the Debug Window , beacon, taxi, landing light... Thank You!

Hello everyone first congratulations to those who developed this software, let's get to the point i just installed this management system on my aruba web apszio, but i have a problem with the initial configuration, everything works but when i enter the administration i always get this message "There was a problem running the cron; make sure it's setup and check logs at storage / logs / cron.log. See the docs ". Now my domain allows me to create only Scheduled tasks which can go at minimum intervals of 30 minutes and ask me which file of the domain should load in that interval. Hey all, I'm here today to request help because i've a little problem with the FARES when i assigned to an aircraft ; The fares is good create (Photo 1 & 2) The fares is good asociate with the A320 subfleet (Photo 3) When we make an PIREP and choose the aircraft the fares not show up (Photo 4) Then when a pilot make a flight they are no money gain for the Company If anyone know about this, can you help me please ? Hello, I have several issues with phpVMS (I tried both 7 beta 3 and beta 2): 1. I can't add airport by website - https://prnt.sc/rpo3bl 2. ACARS can't log into website (cACARS and CCFTracker -> Connection timed out) 3. Trying to accept user - https://prnt.sc/rpo532 Config: /home/mzymla/domains/hemsvirtual.pl/public_html <- PUBLIC folder here /home/mzymla/domains/hemsvirtual.pl/phpvms <- core folder Hosting is legit, no issues with them before PHP 7.4, but also 7.3 and 7.2 tried.

I’m attempting to install PHPVMS 7 but I get an error about proc_open not being enabled. i haven’t seen anything in the forum about how to circumvent this issue. There’s a year old issue on github marked as resolved but this is still happening.

Hello, This is a vanilla installation of V7.03 with default skin we have started to build & customize. We noticed the Pilot profile page is missing some information compared to another previous test-install on our server. The "dark mode" picture shows the issue-affected page where the API key & other info are not displayed, the second picture (light mode) is from the previous V7 testing instance we had. Any ideas and suggestions are always very much appreciated.

G'day gents, The past couple of weeks I have had multiple pilots report that they are receiving "500, server error" pages when trying to access phpvms v7. I have checked multiple times with my web host and they are absolutely positive nobody is being blocked. They have even tried to explicitly whitelist the IPv4 addresses of the users facing this problem, to no avail. A workaround we have found is for these users to request a new IP address from their ISP or another connection (eg. mobile data or VPN). However these options are not always available or possible for everyone. Those that cannot change their IP address cannot access…

There's missing requirement in README.md as phpVMS requires bcmath or gmp to be installed. Find this when tried to create new flight (in administration > opereation) and got "Whoops, looks like something went wrong" -error. After little debugging it gave bit more better error message "Missing BC Math or GMP extension", so installed BC Math and now flight adding works.

Hello everyone, I'm using the latest version of PHPVMS 7, however I haven't found a way to find or even solve the Recaptcha problem, some tutorials talk about some folders, like CORE, local.config.php, but I didn't find these folders, remembering that I'm not using any skin, I'm simply using the default one! Hi guys. I think I accidentally removed a critical database user account. It was during a cleanup process where old/unused databases and users were removed. My screw up was not doing a backup before starting on this, even though I'm quite sure all the dbs/users were not being used. I was probably wrong on this. Hi all, Having got things up and running we wanted to set up the roles so people could access certain area's without having full access to the admin area. I set up a series of roles for flights and airport and other area's, I then added them to various users, however those users do not get access to those area's. The only way is to give them admin panel access. Which means they have access to all the admin area which we do not want. I have tested this on a new user and unless I give them admin accesss they cannot edit anything. What am I doing wrong. I have checked Github but there is nothing in there. Using …

I had installed the latest version of PHPVMS 7.0 And I had it working. In order to start with a different page, I had copied the Theme default to a new name and uploaded that. I hade not changed the theme.json. I go into the admin part and select the new theme name.
