Hi gents, Myself and a couple pilots encounter the following error message mid-flight on occasion. Hello, we have vmsAcars and when push start flight appear the error for "offblock and onblock time". I really don't known what is the problem,because in this flight i assigned his subfleets and fares and time. I try to fly at the time was scheduled and no way to start flight. Also i have a question: is it possible to fly "from" "to" without scheduling flight? We have a VA that in this moment every pilot can choose where to fly and if is want can choose another location. Thx for reply.

I had the API key domain name pair changed by the owner who had made the purchase. He sent me the API key, but I guess he is the only one who can download it? I cant find the client download. Secondly the Server Direction say go to your "Web" folder and move the Acars module over to you module folder. Since I find no web folder on the server's files, do I assume it is also contained in the download of the client software? I need to tell the guy to download what exactly so I can configure my server? The domain is easternairlinesvirtual.com. ugh -Nacman

Hello good morning, I make this comment because the acars continues constantly closing the FS2020 and this problem is months ago and the people who live it we are running out of patience because it is very annoying that it takes you time to make a flight and that the acars crashes and therefore carshe the simulator. I understand that it is not easy but please fix this problem that is affecting us so much.

We are having an issue with our acars downloads - the downloads link is pointing to ourairlines.net/downloads - but the page link under vmsacars is pointing to a different location and it will not change from the ourairlines.net/downloads. What am I missing? I appreciate any suggestions. I currently have redirect link to the file from the pages option. Thank you

Hi Guys Trying to change my hosting address on the Acars website. I'm no longer using xmapp (localhost) to host, when I download my new acars config from my site and put it in the phpvms folder, I get an error when I open acars ERROR Error connecting to phpVMS: An error occured while parsing EntityName. Line1, position 223 When I try and save the remote config page, I get error reading the config check url and api key for phpVMS URL I have: http://jet2.epizy.com/ (I've tried without the forward slash to) and my api key (which matcches the website)

Hello, my ACARS miss position "on runway" and it causes to haven't got 100 points in flight. There is problem with strobe and landing lights while I am on runway. I all my aircrafts. Whats more, I saw that ACARS show gates where you start flight and where you finish, it doesn't work for me. How to fix it? Version ACARS: 1.0.0.1920

Hi, I purchased the VMSAcars for PHPVMS 7 and trying to get it to work on the website. I downloaded the zip file ACARS from the purchasepage on the PHPVMS website, unzipped the file and placed it on my HDD. With the use of Filezilla I copied the folder ACARS at the designated path in PHPVMS 7 and ran the update function. However Acars is not showing in the admin area. Is there something I missed, could you please help me? Greetings, David

Greetings Admins. Just a quick question. We would have read through the knowledge base for the ACARS aspect of the phpVMS system...and need some clarity, please. Will you provide an explicit list of customizations that one gets should he choose to spend the additional $20 USD, please? We (our VA) wish to justify the cost. Thank you in advance.

I can load my flight bid but when I select start flight the ACARS quits responding. Some of my pilots have gotten it to work with P3D and FSX. This seems to be an X-Plane 11 issue I think. Thanks.

Hello everyone, I’m flying with X-plane 12 and acars to register pireps for my VA, however since xplane last update, acars record some random pauses during the simulations. For a 1h flight I can get about 7 mins of pause, and this makes all my pirep rejected. do you know this issue and what can I do to resolve it? Thank you luca

So my VA has recently switched from vamsys to phpvms. At first, i was able to use the acars normally but after 2 days i encountered a problem with it saying that i hadn't entered ICAO code and showing the boxes yellow even though it was full. And now a new issue has risen with the acars showing that i am not logged in even though the crew site and my API key were both there. This just also occurred with the VA owner and we can't find a fix. Any help would be appreciated.

What would be the correct way to set up the acars live time as we had in the earlier versions as below ? Just did another flight in the JARDesign A330 and the altitude between the app and the web site was accurate this time, but, when I finished the flight, the Flight Summary page is plank and I can't submit the flight now. Found another airport like KORD in ACARS that puts the airport off the coast of Africa. Its KPAE. The one I have is part of the Drzewiecki Design Seattle Airports pack for X-Plane. Please excuse me for my lack of understanding however I've set my site up - tested it and purchased the Acars download. Following the install instructions I've hit a wall time sending back to do a clean install because the whole thing fails on me so I'm looking for clarification and a little more direct instruction. Step 1 (from Installation (Server) page) For the server-side installation, open the Web folder and copy the VMSAcars into your phpvms/modules folder: - done. Question: the file I download unzips as a folder calls ACARS. The instruction and graphic are VMSAcars. What should my server side folder be called (in the modules folder)? …

In build 715 - Scoring - the delay column may need to be widened a bit. The right side of the number is cut off... number 0 appears as the letter C for instance. This also shows up in the points column with numbers larger than 9. Maybe make all boxes the same width - Threshold, Points, Delay and Cooldown - to accommodate 5 visible digits.
