.The image isn't exactly small though sizing up at 1920x1080, what would be really helpful is somesort of code so that the background stays glued but the main box keeps scrolling. Thanks Sava I can get it to not repeat, just when I do make it not repeat its white at the bottom :/ P.S. I can never really tell as my screen resolution is 1920x1080 anyway lol

Well okay maybe it's no that new of a skin I have been using it at another VA but recently decided to give Iberworld VA a fresh look. I'm talking about the wonderful vairline template by Nick Tyson, I think I've made it alright for what I want it to represent with Iberworld's look. Would enjoy any opinions etc of course I know my likes aren't the same as a lot of people. I'm still having a play and getting things right so it's not a definite look yet. Links etc aren't all done yet, only really got the fleets page updated thanks to Mr. Mitchell for that great mod. As for the problem, I'm not sure how exactly to get the background to well, be one big image. It's currently repeating 3 times since if I just have it once there's a huge white gap underneath. Firstly, I can't see any options or how to get it as one big image. Or failing that I thought I could fill the whiteness in one colour but I can't see anymore #FFF or places to do it. Isn't all of simpilots stuff under "Addons". Apart from that it's only things under admin ---> core ---> templates ---> modules ---> common But you could always download a fresh zip of the module to see where it asks you to install it all. Dont really have this module so not much of a help really sorry!

Nice job indeed! It's about time there was a decent looking VUPS. Was looking for one a while back but due to the sheer lack of design that even remotely represented the real UPS I didn't want to join lol Only thing I would change, if it was me would be maybe not to have the hover menus on the nav bar in background red colour... not sure. I would have the brown again and perhaps white or the gold text in the middle. But that's just me Does look very good though! Matt

Have to take into account that there is already a very strongly established VA representing easyjet already and it may be very tricky to attract pilots for that reason But I'm sure it will be all be good for you!

Sounds like a blimmin super idea to me! Have always been interested in fleet modules. When you refer to: "Then when you view a fleet, you will see the general info of the fleet," Do you mean a particular aircraft? Because when you click the aircraft it would be nice to have a popup maybe with all that info for the particular plane. And something I've always wanted to see is a status of the plane for example how worthy it is like after a few flights it might be 89%. But thats a dream Cheers cant wait for this one!

Thats an easy one Simply go to you admin panel within PHPVMS and go to "Site and Settings" then to "Profile Fields" then finally "Add custom field" top left. Make sure to choose "available in registration". Cheers! M

Hey Vanity cheers for the heads up. Of course I don't know why it didn't occur to me that... duh! Have changed the width in pilot_public_profile.tpl and that has done the trick. For some stupid reason all my tpl files are actually completely jumbled up in such a way I cant even find what Im looking for! The zip files from Nabeel come like that strangely enough as if they weren't saved properly. But thanks to github just copied and pasted it so it is presented properly. Thanks for the help mate!

Hello folks, I don't even know where to begin in searching the forum so forgive me it has been brought up. I have a custom template, well it's really the vairline template by Nick Tyson but I have given it a major overhaul lol. But some pages just well... don't match up see in the first pic a default table is sticking over the edge of the template and not sure if it's possible to trim the size of the tables? Somewhere...? perhaps. (Sorry for all the blurry bits its a secret project haha). And also on some pages if something doesn't fit then the template doesn't want to know and basically buggers itself up. See the second pic on another site with same template. All that would need doing is resizing the table and the map and it would work great. The third pic is the fleet module which is off the scale messed up but you can see the same problem. But I think that will be easier to adjust.... I hope. So any pointers would be really appreciated Thanks! -Matthew

A friend of mine has tried the latest phpvms release and also appears to be getting the very same error. It's the new "merger" release. So not sure if there is something up with the latest release as the previous version is fine Nabeel

Quite obvious actually Taliman if you offer a bit of your product to someone and they like it then they can upgrade their options, renew their options they tell their friends etc! When Captainsim were giving away free 757 packages you might ask how they make money, I for example told all my friends how good it was and atleast two bought it! And I myself now I know how good CaptainSim is am looking to buy more things there that I may not have before! Just saying lol

Hey again, Sorry about that but yes let's hope my PC doesn't freeze again As I was going to say in reality you can't pull anything from either FSINN or Squawkbox it just won't work. They are just a tool to connect to the VATSIM/IVAO servers and file a flight plan. But with the integrated service from Jasper it cleverly builds a system onto your VA (I believe he has just released a version to work with PHPVMS) where it automatically pulls your pilot's data. So as soon as the pilot connects to VATSIM/IVAO with a flight number of your VA then it will start recording everything and it will be sent to your VA database. And it will even appear on the live pilots map! What's great about it is the pilot no longer needs any pilot reporting software and just connecting to VATSIM/IVAO will push the data. Quite a few VAs already have this great bit of kit although in my honest opinion some have got it working better than others. Aer Lingus VA have it, but in my opinion the best VA with it working great so far is Vueling Virtual. You can see (when there are flights) on this page what it does exactly: live map (Vueling) or live map (Aer Lingus) also note how it pulls VATSIM and IVAO. Then on my profile with that VA you see how it's all reported etc. Jasper is a great guy and very helpful and friendly so if you ever have a problem he's always around. Arrghh, just remembered about this topic. Was gonna post amessage this morning before work but my PC froze. I am just about to head off again now and It's quite a long answer I made before. Tomorrow morning I will explain in more detail if you want, but for now one word "Jasper Bussemaker" is what you want.

Using Internet Explorer you can easily turn the Flightsim "Kneeboard - F10" into your own thing and program it as an IFE , it's been done before and works quite well. Maybe you should take a look at that. And yes... I was well... rather deflated when I saw the food pages and shop. It's not really practical and neither is eyecandy just hope that's cause it's BETA The ideal thing would be for a VA to choose what they want to sell onboard food wise gather prices, photos, descriptions and put it on the food tab to be able to order. And make sure the plane is stocked with those items! But so far so good lol.

Lol, and probably silly question but you're sure you are saving in 32bit quality and not 16bit or something :S But to be honest from the photo it doesn't look too bad, if it's any consolation if I remember right I've always had a problem painting the POSKY 737-800. I have no idea why in photoshop it's fine and when in FS it looks like the opacity has been made lighter or something, one half of the plane is lighter than the other and oh I don't know. Yet all the other planes I do look great! Maybe... you might just have to ditch your order of 737-800 and opt for another model of say Airbus maybe?

The other day I got given as a prize the Captain Sim 757 and really love it. One of the liveries included is the UK airline (or what was) Astraeus. I forgot how much of a unique charter airline it was and well really want to fly the 757 now on charter routes but I'm starting to wonder what happened to Astraeus VA? I remember that had a brilliant website really professional and like the real thing.
