As a Military Virtual Airline our crew in real life shouldn't send PiREPs. I also feel that the bookings side of the filling is turning away some of my crew and I am therefore asking if there is a way we can get rid of having to book the flights and not just sending the PiREP immediately. If not, can we intergret this into a new system on the next update?

Hello My VA has recently gotten a new pilot center and thus had to make two new folders for it (ex dashboarden.jalvirtual.org) while we are keeping the standard /en folder for the public site. All four of these folders (en and ja) are connected to the same database and have the same modules all installed and in the past the original en and ja folders we able to share the same database data for add on's without issue. However i am seeming to have an issue with some add on's in my new pilot center. Data for event booking and screenshot modules is not showing up in my pilot center but data for forum 2.0 and tours is and that is puzzling me why the data in the two former mo…

Hey guys, I have got a company created Serious-airlines (serious-airlines.com) Now i have made another company Serious airlines cargo (i created an extra company in phpvms) I have created a few cargo routes with helicopters under the cargo division. The problem is that when a pilot flies the route, no money is earned and no fuel costs are paid. I can see that the fuel price is set normal.... with pax everything works fine. The cargo costs are also set properly. is this a known issue? The next strange thing is that the route (when you look at live map) is counting back from 100% to 0% ... normally you start at 0% and go up to 100% .... Thanks for the help. Lucas

Hullo On my site (flyeug.co.uk) I'm not receiving any emails when pilots register. I have no idea if pilots are getting emails, but emails are working on another site hosted on the same account which is why I didn't think it would be worth bringing up in the fivedev forum. Any ideas?

Since a couple of days I dont get a mail anymore when somebody registers or logs a pirep, it used to work in the beginning. The mass mailer (send email to all pilots) seems to work though. Where do I look for a resolution?

Hi guys, After the update i added some expenses, but when i look at the finacial reports, this is what i get: 2010-03 42 € 3,131,204.00 € 1,394.40 € 0.00 (€ -1,650,439.88) € 1,479,429.93 2010-04 32 € 2,579,122.00 € 1,955.37 € 0.00 (€ -1,466,179.79) € 1,013,595.17 the 0.00 stands for expenses.... it looks like it's not calculating anything... and this problem is for all the previous months as well. Ok, after finding out my old installtion of PHPvms did not work with php 5.5, i installed a new version using the simpilots group version. I am using my exisiting database for this installation However, in the admin section, there is no option to manage my fleet in the airline operations section as per before?

Good morning, one of my pilots received, while trying to send the PIREP via XAcars, the information "No Flight/Log for this Pilot". Well, the flight was limited to day 2 and he tried to send the PIREP on day 3. Everything was booked on day 2 .... Is this the problem? How to fix that one? Please note, that we try to create a flightplan as real as possible ... so eacht aircraft can handle a max of 24 hrs a day. That´s the reason why we limited flights at several days. Error with installing latest Beta. After i have successfully installed the latest Beta i have an error on the dashboard where the graph should be: Fatal error: Call to a member function setFontProperties() on a non-object in /xxx/phpvms/core/common/ChartGraph.class.php on line 88 It also exisits on the Breakdown by the financial graphs. ok i have looked about in the other post's and i find it hard to find the code and where to put this code so it does not show any hub's or Lists. So it is just one list of pilots. If possible could you please reply with the code and Where to put it. Regards Daniel

Hello! Has established phpvms. Installation has passed successfully, but after it there was a problem. I can come on the main page, on itself index, and here at transition to any to the friend the reference, for example live map, or even what to be authorised, the system gives out such error: "No input file specified." How to solve this problem? In advance thanks.

I keep getting this error message whenever we click on a link (a page ... my url/pages/pagename I ran checkdb/checkinstall.php and it came back perfect no errors. I read that this might be a mod_rewrite issue? There is no .htaccess file being generated....Could this be the problem? I'm not sure how phpVMS handles urls....Any ideas on how to solve this error, "No input file specified"? Thanks much http://www.pivirtual.org

Hey guys, I did a bit of research on the forums about this error on GoDaddy servers however their support told me that its all setup correctly to the extent that they would know. On recent posts there is no real solution, I was wondering if anyone had a fix to this where it wont say "No input file specified." I have the site on Godaddy as a test at www.aavirtual.info. Hello, so we have again a problem now there are no maps shown, no live map, no map of the flight in the detailed schedule page or the map of my own flights. It is just white (the background is also white so I don't know if it is somehow shown or not). I did not changed anything (or I was not aware of changing anything) that is connected with the map. Hi I have just started highland aviation virtual on php vms and the other day I came to put some more pages on my site but it wouldn't let me it will say in the green box page added but above that it will say page could not be added error and the page isn't added and also I don't seem to be able to change pilots hours either. Please help
