Hey again. When I use the <?php echo $schedule->depicao ?> I only get the first 3 letters of the airport code. When I entered CYAM I only got CYA, So I changed all my airport entries to the last three letters, HOWEVER I am presently working on code that needs all four letters...CYAM I have looked through the local config and cant find anything Is their any place to make i four letters ? Thanks

Gents, I was trying to figure out how to BYPass all the schedule stuff. I want my pilots just to be able to file PIREPS with no need of Schedule or routes etc. Is this possible? Regards, Greg

Made a few changes to my layout.tpl earlier, and refreshed the page and there is nothing! Help! All I did was change something in the login form and then everything disappeared but the form, and then I deleted the form and everything disappeared! Anyone?

Afternoon Gents, I have been researching this problem and since Im not a professtional at DIY stuff I have been stumped at this problem. ANY help is appreciated! I have a joomla website and I have the site in the /public HTML site and everything on it work correctly.. I installed PHPVMS at the /public html/pirep folder and installed it on its own MYSQL database. Well, Im trying to get a custom roster for joomla site and I cannot seem to get it to work.. I dont know where to start when it come to this. I have used VAFS for so long and they made it easy for addons to be putin through a IFRAME. Hello again, Sorry to be such a pain. My installation had errors and therefore did not procees to step two where I enter all off the details about the airline and most importantly setup the admin user. I cannot therefore get to the admin section. I am trying to re-install vms but keep getting this error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ezDB_mysql in /home/.sites/70/site4/web/vms/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysql.class.php on line 299 I do not have access to phpmyadmin and therefore cannot erase the tables and start again. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi guys, I don't understand what happened but all of a sudden I cannot see any of my 45 pilots from the link "All my Pilots" in Admin. Totally empty!!! Everything else works, the Pilots table in the DB is ok, they're not retired and all associated to a Hub. Only when I go, for example, to "Change Pilot ID" I can see all of them listed on the drop down menu or in the Pilot table on the main website. Pending Pilots also works but when I approve a new entry it also disappears with the others. In the website everything is ok, all the Stats are updating as they should and the Pireps system works. Can't understand why they don't show. Anybody know what I did wrong ?? Thanks…

Hi Im new in useing xacars and have some problem. i upload the serverscript.zip file and creat the tabels in sql.also i creat new user , flight and edit conection information. when i insert the flight No in Xacars client flight information shown but the start acars bottom is inactive. some one can help me .and its need to creat any folder in miy site like FSacars? tanks

Ok, I might be missing something obvious here, I though email_registrationaccepted.tpl controls the text of the confirmation email but after changing it, it still sending out the basic phpVMS confirmation. Is this not the file that controls the email text? and if not, which one is? Cheers

For some reason my airport and schedule tables dont load. It does add the data though because when I go to add routes, the airports show up when I start typing out the ICAO. How do I fix this?

I made a Group for Staff and they can not see the Admin Panel on the Menu Bar any ideas on how to fix it? they have access to /admin but they have to do it manually thanks Daniel

Hello I changed my host to another company , but i can not generate signatures and i tried generate signatures from admin panel (Maintenance Options -> Reset Signatures) but hold on first pilot. signatures folder permission is 775 . Also cache folder always empty . cache folder permission is 775 . (core/cache/index.php 755) and (core/classes/CodonCache.class 755)

Hey guys, I'm struggeling with the following code, so I really need your help. I'd like to have the abilty to sort my results from searching the flightplan, which should be the schedule_results.tpl. Not a Big Problem but First i would like to make the View Pirep a Little Smaller (text) the Kacars log or Fscars and plus the box around the finance thing <tr class="balancesheet_header"> that i think is not showing up. The text is but not the table. any ideas? Thanks alot Daniel

My "edit" link in the admin pilots list is gone and I need to know which files to replace to fix the issue. Here is what happened. Sometime ago I applied some code I got on the forum (that I can't find now) to add a column in the admin pilot list to show the last location of the pilots. If you see the attached screenshot you see in the "Edit" column it only shows the ICAO of the last location and not the "edit" link.
