I am in a bit of a muddle. I am pretty sure I have a db problem. I have tried to run the checkdb, but it just loads blank. Everything else works, the forum, the blog, html files work fine. http://malaysiava.org. Does anyone here know how to fix it? All I did before this happened was edit the app.config file and local.config file, did nothing with the db connection part. I wanted to see if I could get the url rewrite thing working, I uploaded a htaccess file and a custom 404.htm page. It then went blank, so Thought deleting the htaccess file and 404.htm file and reverted back to what I had with the app.config file. All I edited in the local.config file was to add some line…

Hello I am using simpilot phpvms enhanced however when i save any members new settings in PHPVMS Admin Pilot Information it does not save it when i refresh it comes back the old info. Please help

I am hoping someone out there can help me again with another issue. I am using my own skin and have my own Search form and results page and the form works fine but the resulting search doesn't have any formatting, it almost seems as though it isn't adhering to the same rules for the layout file? Is this true, or should the search results conform to the page content like any other template file? Perhaps I need to add the relevant style links directly in the search result file (schedule_results.tpl/php)? Thanks, Graham

Has anyone added the new API for Google maps? If so what changes were necessary. I have already read all the conversion info/posts. Seems like everyone is against giving Google their Credit Card. Just so haappens we have other products from them and they have all our info already. There should be a fix giving people an alternative of which product they want to use.

I have 2 domains on the Monarch Virtual site www.monarchvirtual.com www.virtualflymonarch.co.uk We can only have one API key so we keep getting the popup telling us the key is registered to another domain. Is there a work around?

It looks fine on my main server but when I upload to a sub folder or another server the alignment is all to the left of the page. Like this: http://screencast.com/t/KJP2grtBU My code is pointing to <link rel="stylesheet" href="<?php echo SITE_URL?>/lib/skins/ , my skins folder etc... Work fine on the root folder that I have been working on it, aligns on the entire page like it is suppose too. Any ideas?

Heres what has happened our VA lost its web master. I have know some stuff about PHPVMS but need some help i either need to dump the whole thing start over or get the upgrade installed. Go from there. a clean install would prolly be best our va is not that big as of now we are moveing to PHPVMS over the next couple months My big problem is i dont have they guys log in information he took it all with him. Hello, I'm new on Phpvms, and I'm stuck on the install. I'm following the dummies guide, after setting up the database, I dont know how to run the install. I'm stuck on this (copy from manual) 3.02 In this next illustration I have outlined the "Install.php". Please understand this is not an executable file. What you need to do is right click on this file and scroll down to properties "Click" open and copy the URL path to the "Install.php" Can somebody explain me how to do that? I'm using Filezilla as FTP and when I'm right clicking on install.php the only options I have are: copy url to clipboard, file permissions, rename, delete, etc. So I guess I have to choose …

I made a Group for Staff and they can not see the Admin Panel on the Menu Bar any ideas on how to fix it? they have access to /admin but they have to do it manually thanks Daniel

I have created my sample VA which I hope to bring online. Each of the schedules I have created have a real life flight plan in the right form, i.e. DAV b502 POXON/A050 r773 COT In other words between each waypoint the corresponding airway name and some waypoints I have also given the target altitude. Well, that is what I learned in a nice virtual airline:). So, I decided to experiment with the View Route link that is shown in the list of schedules. As expected it displays a map with the (optional) route. The map only shows a line between departure and arrival and not the line through the waypoints (if given). Hi All, Firstly, Yes I have searched the forum back and front and was unable to fix this issue I'm having. Although it may sound familiar, I really need some help fixing it. We recently migrated to a new Windows based Dedicated server and since doing so, Our Mass Mailer hasn't been functioning. Obviously this is a big problem as one of the main lines of communication with our Pilots is through emails. Is it possible to have bids on scheduled routes enabled for one airline and disabled for another airline ? I want my main airline to utilize flight bidding, and the other have the routes to be flown unlimited. thanks !

SOLVED Hey, So i understand that once you change a pilots ID the new pilots are going to start at that number, but is there anyway to make it go back to continue the order, because i just went through and fixed all of our ID's so it goes in number order... Hi guys, Last question for now :-) Is there a code available to show the latest 10 flight schedules added on the website? What i mean is the admin created a few new schedules that pilots can fly. at the end of installation it asks for airline code i put in over 80 different codes and no matter what code i put in it comes back with : Duplicate entry 'TWA' for key 'code' anybody can help with this as i am stuck

When the system is adding your flights to the data base it is adding it +2 instead of +1, the addition is wrong. [example]Before my flight today I had 10 flights, after my flight I had 12. Everything else appears to be ok. The only other small thing I see is when clicking get flight from VA in FsAcars it isn't pulling the aircraft.
