i have free web hosting to experiment with PHPVMS and i have a problem. I downloaded the new files for phpvms so that i can start out new and have everthing new and it wont work. I delete all old phpvms files and put in the new ones and the same stuff comes back.. old pilots, flight reports, messages, routes ect.... help plz

I usually don't check the VA finances but I did that today and I had stuff to see. A picture tells more than a 1000 words. How did this happen? I have fuel set to 0.36 as I calculated from my visit to the JAT Airways flight operations this year. Can someone help me with this? edit; solved! one flight of mine where the fs crashed had a wrong fuel calculation.

Hi, look at the screens please. It seems the finances have some problems with the new month. In the summarysheet october is missing, months details has an empty error but in the year sheet everythin is okay. I have cleared caches and recalculated the expenses, but nothing happens. Also the expenses for last month has gone to zero, but until I added some new finances in the admin expanes menu, the expanses for september came back. Thank you

Hello, after I have successfully installed Phpvms I log with my email and password in the site www.(example.com)/test/phpvms/index.php to open Admin Panel but nothing happens. The only change is that after click LOG-IN the writing on the browser change in www.(example.com)/test/phpvms/index.php/login. If I leave one of the two empty log fields and click LOG-IN , nothing happens In all cases seems dead In table phpvms_groupmembers I have ID groupid pilotid 1 2 1 2 1 1 Hosting and Mysql are pay with ARUBA Thanks for help Fabio

Hello friends, There are at least 1 month I am checking an error that is happening in my VA, what happens is that I froze in flight hours: 19,828.60, this happens in more than a month, now must have at least one hour 25,000.00, following in attached a picture of what happened ... Anyone know how to fix this problem? I would be very grateful if someone can ... Thanks!

Everytime a pilot of mine files a pirep and i accept it, it is doubled in the roster, one guy flew once, had 6.3 on the roster then flew again and got 10.5, it came out as 27.3 is there anything i can do to fix this? If so which file do I have to edit to fix it? Cheers Dan C

Because when I book a flight, and after it or canceling the reservation if I click on View Flight Schedules no longer any scheduled flight appears to me, because it can happen. Thanks in advancen.

Hi all! I've read some other people that had the same problem as me, but no one had response with the solution, so I ask it again, maybe this time I have more luck. My problem is that FsAcars, when I send a log, gives me and error that says "Error sending log, Database Error". My .ini is the automatically generated by phpvms. I've tried to delete the program and all its files and then reinstall again for 9 times, and always the same problem. Also, when I send the log, first, appears my phpvms web, but it says in big words "This Pilot Does Not Exists". Is very strange, because I can access to my pilot menu without problems. Hi. After switching hosts and getting a nice new up to date install of phpvms running I noticed a problem. The graphs in the admin panel are totally out of wack. I attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean. Thank you and if you need any more information please let me know. Also when I try to add airports, and click look up, it just says fetching data...forever, is this becuase of the live pricing issue?

Hello there! I have a crew center and I wanted to import routes to it. I downloaded the .csv file which was available in the import schedules tab of the control panel. I entered all the details in the .csv excel document. I chose that file and uploaded it. It then said all the schedules were imported. I was also able to view these schedules in the flight scheduled& routes tab of the admin panel. However, when I went to the actual crew center and viewed the schedules, none of them were there. Is this because I might have entered something wrong in the .csv database or is this a bug? Please help. Thank you so much!! Hari

Hello when i try to import schedules i get this error on most of them... BAW0039 was not added, reason: Data too long for column 'daysofweek' at row 1 anyone know how to fix?

Hi I'm having a problem with my website. I successfully installed phpvms and was going to start skinning, but I am unable to open the site. Instead of launching the page, I get a download prompt in which my browser asks me if I want to download "myurl_com" as an unknown file type. Up until yesterday I could visualize and log on normally, but this started happening today. I spoke to my web provider's support and they told me this probably had to to with the file type - showing as "application/x-http-d" in cPanel. Can anyone help me in dealing with this? Thank you.

I know this has been posted before but I have not found an answer yet, I have uploaded the files to my site chmod'd them to 777, I have the correct version of php. When I run installer I get the following message........ Hello guys. I have been trying to setup phpVMS for some time now just to try it out for my VA that is coming soon. Hello, first of all I apologise for my translated English, I will try to explain myself as best I can. I have a problem with my fleet reservation system, here is an example. I have a LEMD-LEST route associated to an a320 with EC-VAG registration, when I go to book the flight I will see the a320 type aircraft in my location(LEMD). The EC-VAG is at another airport. I book the EC-VAA for example, and on the fleet page this aircraft appears as booked and the EC-VAG appears as available. But once I have finished the flight, the aircraft that has really changed its location is the EC-VAG, the EC-VAA remains in the location it was in. Is there any …

Hello, I recently started experiencing some problems with my Phpvms I keep getting tons of error messages when i go to my index.php and when i scroll down i can see a bit of my website i don't think it's a skin problem because i'm still using the default skin. I tried deleting all my databases and every phpvms file and reinstall everything but it still doesn't work does anyone know how i can solve this?

Hello, We have a problem with the pilots IDs, we want to change the ID lenth from 4 to 3 numbers but it don't works in the panel admin. We try in app.config.local.php to change the line pilot_id_lenght/4 to 3 but that don't work and we don't know why. When we change this line, that makes nothing. Do you have a solution ? Hello, I'm having a little trouble with the profiles. I recently changed the pilot IDs to 00# instead of 000# but it seems mainly the signature for the first/admin account. It's showing my hub as KJFK but I don't even have that airport any more. It's also saying on the signature image that my pilot ID is 0001. I've tried resetting the signatures with the maintenance call but it's still the same, ID is 0001 and hub is KJFK. Any ideas guys? Thanks.
