Hi all ! I'm using FsCaptain to send my pireps to my VA and FsCaptain uses the same format of Fspassengers ! I followed the tutorial found on this web page http://www.fspassengers.com/?action=va to install Fspassengers in my VMS. Hi Nabeel, I have created a custom field when registering "vatsimid" i want to pull all that field values in to a plain text web page, i thought the values would have been in the pilots table but the're not, i have had a poke about but any assistance would be appreciated. This is what i want, <?php echo PilotData::GetFieldValue($pilot->pilotid, 'VATSIM ID'); ?> Just a plain text file with all the CID's

Dear All just have little question if any body can solve it or can do it for me is there any option that we can add small status images Like Boarding,Crusing,Taxing, in Live Map or any other solution for it will be appreciative i have seen many but dont know how to add gif or flash animation images or like green.red light like on airports showing flight status. example Like this i hope some one can help me out of this please please reply. Hi all, I am currently in the process of setting up a virtual airline and I am thinking about using phpvms as my VA management system. I currently have it installed in a web environment on my computer. It installed fine and everything seems to working okay except for the finances section. I configured everything, as in ticket price, max passengers etc. When I filled a test (and accepted) PIREP to check if this was suitable for my VA, I found that it calculated the fuel cost but did not calculate the income. I tried to perform the Reset PIREP finances, explain in the documentation but found I was missing the Reset PIREP Finances link in the Finances section of the admin …

Quick question, I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I'm curious to know if I can reset the Pilot ID's to start back at 0002. I created two test pilots to see if the registration emails showed okay (which they did, yay), and I noticed it assigned the second test pilot 0003, even though I had deleted 0002. Any way? Alternatively, I can reassign these numbers to future members of staff, but will it re-use the numbers that it initially assigns them when they sign up? Thanks!

We my mambers go to make a flight to LGIO airport then they can't file their flight because the LGIO airport (Ioannina of Greece) isn't in the list. But when i go to add the airport it tells me Nothing found. Try entering the full 4 letter ICAO! How can i solve this problem? Thank you very much!

Have been exploring adding search by Carrier option to the search form but struggling a bit to get it to work. Any got any suggestions for the code to add to the search form in order to search by airline code? i.e. pull out all flights for a specific airline (we have 14).

Hey guys, I am looking into a problem that i have with the admin panel. I want to give a member some rights to add and change routes and stuff... i just don't want him to access the exprenses, pilot and some other tabs. When i select everything except admin rights, the admin tab does not pop up. Is there something that i am missing? Is the only option to change routes and for example add news, to choose admin rights? Maybe you guys have a simple answer for this? Thanks in advance, Lucas

I have a simple custom pirep field, a drop down yes/no box which asks if the flight is a charter rather than a scheduled flight. I was wondering how i could add some code to find the ratio between the the accepted pireps to display in the flight stats admin side? ie 60% scheduled, 40% charter.

Forgive me if I've created a thread someone's already started, but I can't find information about what I'm specifically looking for. Hopefully you guys can help! If I understand correctly, phpVMS is supposed to be the full package - you upload it to the root of your website, customize the looks of it, and BAM! you've got yourself an operational virtual airline complete with everything a pilot or admin needs to keep it running. I love what I've seen so far because I know this is a powerful tool, and I didn't even have to pay for it! But, I want to use phpVMS separately from my main site (if I'm saying that right). When adding rank, one of the fields has this: The order of this rank (if ranks are manually set), or the minimum hours required. The way I understand that, is based on hours, hence minimum hours. However, if we wanted/needed to assign rank manually and not by flights or hours, how? Would it not show up in the Pilot Center for each pilot stating that he/she would need so many hours for the next one? Now, is there a way to have a rank image added to the badge dynamically? If someone signs up, their badge would have the new hire rank on their badge and as soon as they obtained the next rank, the new hire rank would be replaced with their new one.

Hi guys ! I am making a registration form, I would not like to have the users creating their own user ID but I wish to have an automated system that creates a predefined user ID, like for example CIV1000 and it auto increments so next user would be CIV1001 than CIV1002 and so on... Right now all my airports are set to 0 for live pricing. It appears that when a route is flown out of the US and it can't get a live price from the api it is not using the default price I have in the config. It just stays at 0. # Code to set the default fuel prices Config::Set('FUEL_DEFAULT_PRICE', '.423'); Any ideas? I'm running 930. Thanks.

Hello all, I've a new idea that's after 48 hours of flight booking, the pilot is withdrawn $100 (or to be able to prescribe in the config, how much money to rent for late flight) Example: Pilot had $200 he booked a flight, but doesn't make the flight, after 48 hours, automatic removed the flight from flight bids, and withdrawn $100 from pilot! Peeps, if you look at this page: http://www.robinhoodairlines.com/index.php/pages/fleet you will see that the info about the plane is at the bottom of the page. I think this is down to the width of the page. How do I alter it so that the info is shown as it should be?
