Good morning guys, In really need help to create and import the csv-file. Well I downloaded the csv-file and operated with Microsoft Excel to insert all my datas. Then saved it as CSV and tried to import this, but everytime I got following note: Airline with code NXA;1;EDDH;EDDC;-;D-AHAA;-;;0300;0345;;-;0;P;123456;1 does not exist! Skipping... Whats wrong with it? This is the headline in my CSV: code,flightnum,depicao,arricao,route,aircraft,flightlevel,distance,deptime,arrtime,flighttime,notes,price,flighttype,daysofweek,enabled I really need your help, cause no flights insert at the moment and 8 pilots waiting for new routes. Quick question, I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I'm curious to know if I can reset the Pilot ID's to start back at 0002. I created two test pilots to see if the registration emails showed okay (which they did, yay), and I noticed it assigned the second test pilot 0003, even though I had deleted 0002. Any way? Alternatively, I can reassign these numbers to future members of staff, but will it re-use the numbers that it initially assigns them when they sign up? Thanks!

Some of my nav points in the US seem to be missing the lat coords. I have ran the sql at least three times and end up with the same result. Does the navdata.sql change from revision to revision?

Forgive me if I've created a thread someone's already started, but I can't find information about what I'm specifically looking for. Hopefully you guys can help! If I understand correctly, phpVMS is supposed to be the full package - you upload it to the root of your website, customize the looks of it, and BAM! you've got yourself an operational virtual airline complete with everything a pilot or admin needs to keep it running. I love what I've seen so far because I know this is a powerful tool, and I didn't even have to pay for it! But, I want to use phpVMS separately from my main site (if I'm saying that right). We my mambers go to make a flight to LGIO airport then they can't file their flight because the LGIO airport (Ioannina of Greece) isn't in the list. But when i go to add the airport it tells me Nothing found. Try entering the full 4 letter ICAO! How can i solve this problem? Thank you very much!

Hey guys, I am looking into a problem that i have with the admin panel. I want to give a member some rights to add and change routes and stuff... i just don't want him to access the exprenses, pilot and some other tabs. When i select everything except admin rights, the admin tab does not pop up. Is there something that i am missing? Is the only option to change routes and for example add news, to choose admin rights? Maybe you guys have a simple answer for this? Thanks in advance, Lucas

I have a simple custom pirep field, a drop down yes/no box which asks if the flight is a charter rather than a scheduled flight. I was wondering how i could add some code to find the ratio between the the accepted pireps to display in the flight stats admin side? ie 60% scheduled, 40% charter.

When adding rank, one of the fields has this: The order of this rank (if ranks are manually set), or the minimum hours required. The way I understand that, is based on hours, hence minimum hours. However, if we wanted/needed to assign rank manually and not by flights or hours, how? Would it not show up in the Pilot Center for each pilot stating that he/she would need so many hours for the next one? Now, is there a way to have a rank image added to the badge dynamically? If someone signs up, their badge would have the new hire rank on their badge and as soon as they obtained the next rank, the new hire rank would be replaced with their new one.

Live Acars Map

We have a flight that just remains showing on the Live ACARS map. The flight was never finished and the status says FSACRS Closed. Is the only way to get this off of the map to use the "Reset Acars" link in the Maintenance options? Is there a way to flush the acarsdata database on a timed schedule? Like every hour all data gets dumped. Would this mess with any flights that are actually flying and reporting through ACARS. Thanks in advance.

Right now all my airports are set to 0 for live pricing. It appears that when a route is flown out of the US and it can't get a live price from the api it is not using the default price I have in the config. It just stays at 0. # Code to set the default fuel prices Config::Set('FUEL_DEFAULT_PRICE', '.423'); Any ideas? I'm running 930. Thanks.

Peeps, if you look at this page: http://www.robinhoodairlines.com/index.php/pages/fleet you will see that the info about the plane is at the bottom of the page. I think this is down to the width of the page. How do I alter it so that the info is shown as it should be?

Hiya, Before I carry let me apologise, I really do not know how to do any coding stuff etc for my VA. I am quite happy doing the admin side of things like adding flightplans, aircraft and all the other stuff that needs doing but actually coding stuff into the website is not my cup of tea! Hello, I just updated to phpVMS version 934 (I think, whatever the latest full version is) and in general settings, there is no field for the Google API Key, so none of the google maps screns are seen anymore. Good morning, one of my pilots received, while trying to send the PIREP via XAcars, the information "No Flight/Log for this Pilot". Well, the flight was limited to day 2 and he tried to send the PIREP on day 3. Everything was booked on day 2 .... Is this the problem? How to fix that one? Please note, that we try to create a flightplan as real as possible ... so eacht aircraft can handle a max of 24 hrs a day. That´s the reason why we limited flights at several days.
