Is there a way, that one off routes can be added to the schedules. For example, i may create a one off flight, say on a Saturday from A to B. Is there a way, that on completion of the route by the first pilot to Bid and file the Pirep, the route can either be hidden for the rest of that day, or even deleted? at present, as soon as the pirep is filed, the route becomes available straight away. but the aircraft in that route is no longer at 'A' but is now at 'B'

When I plug KRNO into the ICAO for the Add Airport and hit enter, it tells me it can't find it. Kind of hard for KRNO not to exist when it hosts the annual Reno Air Races. Help please?

Hello! First I'd like to say I am very glad that such a handsome application has been made, and is supplied for free. Very, very nice. I happen to have a problem with PIREPs. As one of the admins of the VA, I find that no automatic PIREPs are displayed anywhere. kACARS sends the Pireps, and I receive the emails that the PIREPs have been delivered, but they do not show up on the website interface. No code has been changed on the website. I've added a custom field for PIREPs, but as I understand this only goes for manually submitted PIREPs. Any help is greatly appreciated. My thanks in advance. Quick question, I found this following code: <?php MainController::Run('RouteMap', 'index'); ?> Unfortunately this shows all the routes. Is there one that links to just a certain pilot's flow route map, in Google Maps? Also, what is the code to pull a certain pilot's 5 most recent PIREP's? Thanks in advance, had trouble finding it.

is there a way, we can create a section where the admin can BOOT a pilot from a flight in progess? If I see a pilot, unteraking a bid, and then a flight they should not, instead of waiting to refuse the Pirep, is there some sort of way an admin module can be written to 'kick' them off the flight via acars, and stop them from carrying on?

Guys, We have about 460 schedules but only about 20 can be seen in the Schedules Search page. Every one of those schedules were visible just yesterday and suddenly, pilots started complaining about this. Please help.

I try to put my web site on a new web hosting server and every time when i import my flight schedules from my csv template and when i click on a route it is always saying No route passed i been working on this pass three months trying to get it fix and i install and uninstall and reinstall with always new database for my mysql every time but it is still doing this No route passed. even using the first template that cam with the phpvms skins. Please help

Hello again, We are trying to setup phpVMS on our new website. I need to know if someone can be kind to help me figure out how to categorize the Awards like the Downloads do. This will be for the Admin Center when you add a new award to be able to also add a Category that the newly added award will fall into. This will make it easier to display the Awards on the public page that will display like it does on the Downloads page.

I get this when I approve a pirep. Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2930 bytes) in /home/caspsh1/public_html/fly/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysql.class.php on line 273 The pirep gets approved, I have go back to pending everytime. Any ideas what this means?

When searching for a route, the default schedule search when searching under destination and arrival airports shows a HTML select with options for each all airports. As we have 23000+ airports, this causes a huge unnecessary burden on our system. We'd like to limit the search to airports served by our routes only, so could someone help me with the code for this? I've looked through the API, but I don't have a test install environment right now, so can't afford to screw it up!

I added a field called SKYPE_NAME which pilots can enter on registration or when they edit their profile. Then skype provides a SKYPE ME Button which shows your online status. Hi All, I've searched quite a few threads but can't see any that match this exact issue. Basically any email sent from the site (ie. group emails through the admin panel or automated emails like the registration emails) are not being received by anyone. We are, however, receiving notification emails to the nominated site address (i.e when a PIREP has been filed or someone has registered). The email address matches our hosting account email. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.
