Hi Nabeel, Some errors i need help with. First; When i try to add a download i get this error: Unknown column 'description' in 'field list' - Note this was here before i updated to the latest release aswell and has still not gone. Also, I dont know whether this is an error but only in the past couple of months the website is saying; * Total Pilots: 14 - Correct * Total Flights: 595 - Correct * Total Hours Flown: 63.51 - Incorrect! Earlier on today our web hosting was totally wiped of files after someone got access to the password of the other user on the FTP. After restoring a backup and changing every password, the phpvms profile of that person keeps being accessed and edited, even after password being changed every time, and being changed to something absolutely nobody knows.

Good afternoon, I´ve got a problem!! My virtual Airline still have 90 routes activ, but there a no flights shown in the pilot-center. Whats wrong? Admin-Center shows every single one, but I can´t find any flights to book in the pilot-center. V2.0.840 When I select "View my Badge", it shows wrong country. In the pilot listing it is fine. In the profile it is correct. But like I said, when I "View my Badge", it is an American flag, when it should be Canadian?!

Hello, I just flew my first flight with FSAcars and it reported a landing rate in the log but on the PIREP page it has a landing rate of 0. Any ideas on how to get that to show up correctly? Running latest beta. Thanks!

Hello all, I'm having trouble getting my ACARS map to zoom in. I did a quick forum search and found a post stating I had to edit the acarsmap.js file. Well I did that as well as editing the Map Zoom in the local.config file and nothing works. No matter if I put a higher or lower number is stays the same. I want it to zoom in a little but it won't work. I'm running the latest beta and using the default, unmodified skin. Any ideas? Thanks!

On ONE of my sites, I can't login for some reason and therefore can't do admin duties. I checked the database and it seems fine. Is there a way to change my password through the database? Or will an update fix it? Or do I need to re-install from scratch?

Hello Nabeel or somebody else, We are now currently in adding all the different flights and aircraft into our PHP system from our previous system. But as we already have callsigns, for example the CEO has WVA1000, the COO has 1100, and the BOD has 1X00. Hubs have 2XXX or 3XXX. But in the new system, we don't have the option to do that? I am using the "Transfer Hours" part of the admin menu and also wanted to add the number of flights(Total Flights) from the OLD data. My question is.....will that screw anything up at all?? I know this area would match up with new logged flights. I guess I just want to be sure that adding flights to the "Total Flights" for a pilot and adding the "Transfer Hours" won't confuse the program or database in any way. Otherwise I will only add the "Transfer Hours". Do you understand what I am getting at or am I just rambling.

Hey Nabeel, Happy Holidays man! Just have a quick question, why is it that I may add aircraft, airlines, and routes but I cannot delete them. The ones I would like to get rid of remain on the site creating a lot of clutter and disorganization. Another thing is we have a flight school also that is a division of our airline, I created a new airline on the admin panel and would like to add aircraft to the academy's fleet. How do i get to assign the aircraft to that airline without having it affect my V.A.

Hi there, i have added a new page via the admin menue to the website. But it seems to be a static htm file. I wanted to have our fleet loaded from the database via php and display it on the site. How is this possible as every new Page is created as htm, so i cant access my database. thanks for help, Mark

I just had a pilot message me and told me that he couldn't setup an avatar. No error message, it says the profile was saved, but the image didn't show up. I logged into my hosting server and did not see a new image in the libavatar folder. I then tried to change my avatar image and had the same issue. There doesn't seem to be an error message but the image won't change. I did a search here and found some references to permissions being set to 777 on the avatar folders. On my hosting account, all I get to choose is "read" and "write". It doesn't say anything about 777. The version I'm using is 1.2.700 Any ideas on what to try next? Dan

OK, Here is what I'm seeing. When I file a PIREP (so far just manually, no ACARS) and I view the pirep on the pilot side there is no fuel cost. I then check the admin side and there is no fuel cost there as well. I then look at the "Reports and Expenses" overview and under "Aircraft" there is no mileage. In order for me to get those to show up I must recalculate distances and PIREP finances. Is this the normal way of doing it or will it fix itself after X amount of time? Running latest Beta.

I filed a manual pirep to test the financials and I noticed a big problem which will get me fined by the FAA. ;D The aircraft I used was a Dash 8 with a max passenger load of 65. After I reset the PIREP data it showed I had a load count of 193 passengers. I've already written up my pilot for over loading his plane. Any idea why it over doubled the max amount?
