I love this software but I am having a couple of issues I hope someone can assist me with. Primarily, when I try and add an aircraft, I get an error message. I have included the before/after screen shot, although it may be tough to read as I had to shrink it to meet forum posting limits. I went through phpmysql and trashed the name index. I left name_1(I think that's the name of it) alone. Still no luck. And finally, my live map doesn't exist. It is simply empty white space. Any ideas? Thanks. Hi everyone, i was just wondering if there i a quicker way to add aircraft or to add them in bulk becuase my plan was to allow pilots to use any real world aircraft in any paint scheme to fly with the only restrictions being the aircraft has to exist in reality

I have no idea why I can't add aircraft to phpvms. Using ElaSkin 2018. I was able to add airports. Downloaded .csv aircraft and tried uploading and didn't work. Is there anyone that could go in and take a look?

Hi Nabeel, We are having issues adding more than one aircraft to the database. We can manage to add two Embraer 190's to the database but we have to change the Name/Type to something else otherwise it will not allow us to add it. What we are trying to do is have all the same aircraft but with different Registrations. Thank you, Max Image Attached:

How can I link my Aircraft to the actual aircraft. I have added names to the dropdown menu, but its still not filtering aircraft. Hey Nabeel, Happy Holidays man! Just have a quick question, why is it that I may add aircraft, airlines, and routes but I cannot delete them. The ones I would like to get rid of remain on the site creating a lot of clutter and disorganization. Another thing is we have a flight school also that is a division of our airline, I created a new airline on the admin panel and would like to add aircraft to the academy's fleet. How do i get to assign the aircraft to that airline without having it affect my V.A.

I'm trying to add KNGP into the airports list so I can make it as a hub but this is what I keep getting I have the scenery loaded in but not sure why it is not finding it. Also when ever I do a flight out of KCRP and go to stop the recording to file the pirep it tells me the aircraft has not landed yet...??? Have not a clue why that is. Has anyone seen this before and is there a solution.. We've had guys do a 21/2 hr flight from KNPA to KCRP only to be unable to file a report and have it recorded. Thanks in advance. Mark

I'm having some trouble with setting Phpvms up. Everything worked fine until i tried to add an airport and i get the error ''This airport does already exist''. I'm sure it doesn't exist and when i open PhpMyAdmin it says the same - no airports in the list. And finally, it looks kinda strange, is it supposed to look like this or is it a fault? Been searching around for a solution but no one is fixing it for me.

Have some problem adding airports. My VA is based in Alaska, and most of our routes only have 3 letter codes. In the section where you add airport, it states a 4 letter code. Is there a way to let it accept 3 letter airports. I am unable to add a airport. I get this error. There was an error adding the airport and if I do a look up for a 4 letter airport is stays in "Fetching Data..." Any ideas? Eddie

Hi to all! Well as i started to adding airports, no possible. I added Config::Set('AIRPORT_LOOKUP_SERVER','geonames'); in local.config and after then it was, but just for LDZA it cant...i first have problem with this airport on adding... Can u help me I just realise...on geonames, ldza is declared as airfield not an airport...how can i change to different search engine...maybe...or to change some settings to add airfield also...this is the problem im sure... When adding airports, phpvms stalls. Is this due to the attack on the server? Also attachments have disappeared from posts on the forums, is this also due to the attack? Should I ask the devs to reupload their files or will the backup take care of it?

Hi, I am new here, I have with the help of dunnies guide got phpVMS up and running, I have added my fleet of aircraft now to start on the airports, but that the issue. I go to add the airport enter the ICAO 'EGKK' then click look up and nothing, so enter the details manually takes a while. then click hub then 'add airport' and I get an error message 'there was an error adding this airport' what am I missing? Gents, I have been aware you can add an airline to phpvms. But beside just adding a new airline code, how do you assign a separate rank structure and awards structure. What does adding an airline mean and what can I do with it, basically is my question. I see no separate identity accept pilot ID? We run a Air Force VA wish to add Navy. Different structure. How do I separate the two. There is no instruction in the document vault.

For some reason it appears i can only have two airlines. i have had two for some time now, when i go to add another airline, i enable it and it states "airline added succesfully" however it does not display the new airline. if i look for the airline when wanting to add a schedule to it, the airline i just added isnt there either. checking the database DOES show the new airline has been added to it. I tried clearing the cache but to no avail. running v930 any ideas??????

So what I am looking to do is add the ability to search the schedules by division. Our VA uses divisions to distinguish flights in the schedule as follows: CCC-NOC001 CCC-EOC001 etc. Where the NOC and EOC are divisions. We currently have 9 divisions and the complaint I'm getting is that with all the schedules its hard find a flight they are looking for. So I want to create a division filter based on the flightnum field which in itself is easy enough to do, but I would wind up with a drop-down list of ever flight in the database. Hello, I would like to add all the fleet on each route flown, is there any option to do that automatically without having to write the very same route all over again for every aircraft?? Ex: If I have 3 Aircraft: A320 with reg: N123, N456, N789 And if I am creating route from point A to point B Flight UAL007 Then Do I really have to write 3 route insted of one with all 3 reg? ex: A to B UAL007 N123 A to B UAL007 N456 A to B UAL007 N789 I am asking that because I have a real fleet listing with 22 different aircraft type and each type got between 10 to 20 reg... Hello. I'm having a problem adding hubs. I'm clicking the "Add a new airport" button, then I type in all the information about that airport and then when i click "Add Airport" it says "Airport has been added" and then it doesn't show up on the list. Please help!
