Good afternoon, to make the long story short: Someone is using our database. He somehow got ahold of it and is now using it for his own "new" airline. Is there any way I can stop him from using it, so that none of our pilots get spam mail and confused by what is going on as they get to accepted PIREPS? BugsOn the schedules page you cannot Edit or Delete a schedule once you have entered it into the system.SuggestionsDeparture and Arrival times should be given in ZULU time as well as Local Time. Hello All Is there any way to make the LIVE ACARS map in this similar way? Just show the current location, and draw the path travelled, and then yeh the remaining distance like how it is there on the map. I think nobody has come up with this waiting for this MAP Good Day.

Hello All, I have updated to version 936 and the files for the Activity Feed are there but nothing is writing to the table in the database. I assume the feed works for version 936 ? otherwise what version do I need ? Any assistance would be most appreciated. Thanks. AJ

I wonder could someone help me with regards to VA's and how their rankings are effected by time acceleration by pilots. I know of one VA which actively encourages it's pilots to use time acceleration during all long haul flights, presumably in order to get a high ranking position. I am just wondering if there is any safeguard against this practice, which to my mind puts all reputable VA's at a great disadvantage. Please excuse me if I have posted this in the wrong place by the way, I am unfamiliar with the forums. Thanks for any help.

My web design savvy is low, my knowledge of PHP and CSS is right down there with it. I've spent the last 3 or 4 days (here and there) trying to standup a reasonably functional PHPVMS solution to start a private VA to just record my flights on stream and have a degree of 'character progression.' Hello I was just wondering the other day if there are any VA's that don't require their pilots to use an ACARS system? Most VA's require their pilots to submit some 'proof' that they did the flight by using ACARS and submitting the log, or submitting a tracker log from vatsim and the like. But honestly, why would a pilot lie/cheat about doing a flight? Reason I'm asking is that even though I wrote a pretty fool-proof guide on how to configure kACARS and xACARS for use with my VA, some pilots still struggle with it or the software causes other problems, so I'm considering to make this non-mandatory. Hello Some of you may know the website fuelplanner.com They have an API now, where you can post variables and get variables back, so you can seamlessly integrate fuelplanning in your website (eg pilot brief) I'm very inclined to spend the 20 bucks, but there's nothing known about how to integrate it with phpvms. Does any of you use this API and can shed a light? Just so I wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel.

To anyone who can help, I had bought a hosting plan from GoDaddy for my new Virtual Airline. We got phpvms installed but whenever I click anywhere is says "input file no specified" The GoDaddy customer support said everything was fine but I was missing a file from phpvms side. He said I would need a new file .hpaccess from phpvms as their servers have been updated to apachie 2.2 or 2.3 I cant remember, it was the newest one though. Is anyone able to help me or did I just waste all that money for nothing. Thanks in Advance.

I've looked through SchedulesData, but no luck in finding anything that gives you the duration of a route. It can probably be done through subtracting the departure time from the arrival time, but then if it goes over midnight the code gets a lot more complicated and I was wondering if there is an API function for this already. So route duration in either minutes or hours?

Using phpVMS 5.5.2 In 'app.config.php' (file date 10/25/2016) on or near line 321 is the entry: Config::Set('TPL_EXTENSION', '.tpl'); Should the '.tpl' be changed to '.php'? If so, should the line Config::Set('TPL_EXTENSION', '.php'); be added to the 'local.config.php' or just edited in the 'app.config.php'?

I've been changing some settings in the app.config.php file and uploading it to the website. I'm uploading it to the right place, it is definitely overwriting the previous file, but it's not changing anything. I changed the Pilot ID offset, and the no. of characters in the Pilot ID but it remains the same. I also tried to change the ranks to manual, but it's either not updating, or I can't find the option to change ranks. Thanks in advance for any help.
