Hello phpVMS community, I haven't been able to find a solution yet for this error, so I'll see if it's appropriate to start it as a new one. On my schedules, there are a bunch of strict standards when finding flights causing pilots unable to get to bid on flights to fly for us. You can kind of figure out that it's an issue. Hello, I hope this is the right thread, my problem with FSFK is that if you send the perfect report but does not send the images as seen in the video where it says how to configure, work with other systems management and FSFK had in the tables BD for managing images and amounted to a file (WEB PIREP), which amounted to tables given directory, but now I see qui upload any images. Someone tell me why not oque to do to get the images sent by the FSFK. Thank you all (Resolved)

Because when I book a flight, and after it or canceling the reservation if I click on View Flight Schedules no longer any scheduled flight appears to me, because it can happen. Thanks in advancen.

Hello all, I'm making tests to include Natracks in my flight planning. For now, I'm only checking if the route parse will be done well by copy-pasting the complete IFR route including Natrack in the "Route" field, like this one between CYUL and EGLL: AGLUK CEFOU PORTI 4750N 5040N 5230N 5220N LIMRI XETBO NIBOG UN551 BEL UL10 WAL UY53 NUGRA BNN1B Look at the Natracks points: 4750N 5040N 5230N 5220N The route parse, including the route map, ignores the 5230N waypoint. If I change it for another waypoint, like 5330N instead, it's ok, 5230N shows. If I simply delete another waypoint in the list, for example 5220N, it's also ok, 5230N shows. Hello , i have a Problem with FSFK Pireps, i do my FSFK Setting as shown in the PDF from Eddie Baker - LIVE Map works fine, but when i send my Pirep FSFK says - "1 Pirep successfull send" - then opens a webpage "file:///C:/Users/Volker/Documents/FS%20Flight%20Keeper/Reports/Services/Flug%20ETSN%20nach%20ETSI%20-%2010042011%20-%20SVCRSP.html" and shows me "Schedule does not exist. Please update this manually." Pictures are uploaded to the FTP-Folder and Schedule is booked!

Hi, look at the screens please. It seems the finances have some problems with the new month. In the summarysheet october is missing, months details has an empty error but in the year sheet everythin is okay. I have cleared caches and recalculated the expenses, but nothing happens. Also the expenses for last month has gone to zero, but until I added some new finances in the admin expanes menu, the expanses for september came back. Thank you

Hello everyone, today I was almost finish with my new VA. I only ordered to chosse the template. Than I turned off my computer and when I come back I can´t get to the Admin Panel of PHPvms. I already read a lot off reports, here on the forum but nothings helps me. I host my Website by 000host and everything had worked, and the problem is only, I can get to the Admin Panal of phpvms, I already now that the problem was the template, when I want to deleted the template I become a error in my page and if I inseret it back I get my DEFAULT Homepage. I have a totally new one here that I have never seen.... I have a csv fle rom startmyva for my fligts and it has some planes that are not right like 757 or b77L so I want to edit it to fix the aircrafts and add prices to the flights but when I edit It and then click save and then import my flights wont show but if I use the org flight csv file whats wong

Myself and another pilot are having trouble with FSFK sending a PIREP to the website. We are both trying to send a non-scheduled flight. Our custom kACARS alows it. FSFK seems to not allow it. I am on phpvms_Extended Schedule does not exist. Please update this manually. Anyone run into this problem?

Trying to send emails but the page loads for a long time with a blank page (as it usually does, this is normal) until it stops loading and the page is still blank. I'm sure most of you know it usually gives the list of pilots confirming the message has been sent to each one. Anyone had similar issues? The code certainly hasn't been changed, is it just a timeout from poor connection?

Hello Is there any way for a pilot to submit a flight without the flight being in the schedule system? For example, I have an acars that allows for the pilot to fly from any departure airport and arrival airport of there choice using aircraft only in the fleet. Once flown, They can end the flight and the details be sent to phpVMS to be processed and added into the database. Can this be done without getting an error saying the flight number does not exist in the schedule?

Well since i got my new pilot center site there has been one thing that has been bugging me. The signature wont update and stays on the default one...I have attempted to refresh the signatures, didnt work, replace background.png the default image with the image from my other site of which the signature image is still working. Would there be a code that i could use to replace <?php echo $badge_url ?> with a code that links from my /en site. I think that be a good solution. Thanks
