I need help with making my website look better. So I have a couple of questions. Info: I'm using obsess blue skin. I'm a noob 1) How do I make my var ticker ( the black moving text) and my normal text box. Not be on every page of my site? 2) How can i make my right menu (obsess blue) be different from my upper menu? In other words how do i seperate the two menu's in core_navigation.tpl? Thanks A Lot!!

Ok, I might have asked this ages ago, but if I did, I an not find it in a search...... My main page is: http://www.canadianclassicairlines.com/CPC It has NO white line after the header logo. Every other link, such as: http://www.canadianclassicairlines.com/CPC/index.php/Whatis ....does not have the white area below the logo?! Is this not all the same from the header.tpl, or is it somewhere else?! It is ONLY on the main page, nowhere else. This is why I am confused. Is it using a different .css file or something?

Was there not a way for pilots to change the hub they are in, in the "edit profile" menu of the "Pilot Center"?!? I thought there was. I probably deleted it ages ago, or am i wrong?

phpVMS Gurus..... We recently installed phpVMS at our upstart VA, CargoBeast Airways. We are quite happy with it, save for one issue. Currently, I'm the only X-Plane flyer, thus I'm the only person this is happening to. When I submit a PIREP, it always shows up as "Gross Revenue $0.99 (1 load / $ 0.99 per unit)" no matter how much cargo was listed when the PIREP was submitted. Relevant Configuration: 1. The route is listed as a "Cargo Flight". 2. I am using XACARS version 2.0.0 I went into the PIREP table with phpMyAdmin and noticed that my "load" field had a value of '1' for my last flight, where the "load" field of my MS Flightsim brethren always had a much high…

Recently found an error come up when I go to the ranks list in the admin center. The error is: So we can't edit ranks. Also ranks are no longer being displayed in the pilots profile and when we accept PIREPS we get the error and Any ideas to fix this?

I'm wanting to make my (mysite.com/index.php) page refresh after so amount of time (1 minute). I placed the code in, but now my whole site refreshes after one minute has gone by. Is there a way to just have the main page refresh?

Hello everybody! I've got a little problem. Well, when one pilot send a PIREP from the website I receive it in the Admin panel but the problem is that pilot pay is not entered and I've got to enter it myself. Could you give me a solution please? Thank you for your help!

Not sure if this has ever been asked or not my search returned nothing to me. Is there a limit to how many pages one can add in the admin panel? I have created around 20 so far and it is still kicking them out great. I have around 20 more to go that I know of before all is said and done. I am more curious then anything. Ray

hello all but mainly our php guru's you all know the autoretire part off phpvms you set a date (30 days and the pilot goes retired iff he makes no flight befor that date. now my question is is it possible to expand this part to something with an els/if statemend ex: pilot registers needs to make first flight within 14day of registration. iff not retire but for the active pilots it needs to be 30 days hope you all are getting me gr joeri

I have only recently downloaded and installed the phpvms script set, customised it a bit (graphics, font colours, etc, no action coding, though). I have also set up a rank system, and started receiving PIREP reports. Then, pilots report that the time left to achieve the next rank (set to 10 hrs) has been calulated as if 1 hr were equal 100 mins, for example, a pilot has flown his first flight, reported (via pireps) that the flight time was 0.48 min. I have set this flight types in core/app.config.php Config::Set( 'FLIGHT_TYPES', array( 'P'=>'Passenger', 'C'=>'Cargo', 'H'=>'Charter', 'M'=>'Military' ) In the admin center - airline operations - add schedule, the dropdown list show correctly the Military flight type and is recorded on the schedule. When i bid this military flight and send the pirep with kACARS it is registered on the phpvms_pireps table as a 'P' flight. How can i solve this problem ? What is the program that receive the data from the bid and then write on the pireps table ? TNX - Gianni

G'day Guys, I have run into a bit of trouble with my databases, when trying to integrate a new forum. I made a backup in .sql format of the websites data, and old forums data, so i could slowly put it all back the way it was, with the new forum too. What has happened is that i removed the data from all the tables, as i couldn't install the new forum, thinking this would all be ok as i made backups of the tables, but when i went to upload it all back onto phpmyadmin, the website wont identify any of the tables information, and apparently i have lost everything. i tried the backups i have made, but none of these work either, can someone please help me resolve this issue A…

Just a quick question, I did a small VFR flight to test the fsfk images etc and all worked great.. Except, it did not upload a landingprofile or verticalprofile map Could that be because a) the flight was only at 2500 ft and only 8 minutes in length? Just curious ...

Don't know if anyone noticed that well atleast for me. My site isn't at the top of the list even though my VA's name is completely original. Anyways My question is how do i put meta tags to my website? what file do i edit? index.php? Hi all, I've been wondering if there is a way to make use of the revenue made by the airline. I've installed the pilot shop and it's working fine with pilots' money, but is it possible to use the total VA revenue in any way? Let's say the VA is buying a new aircraft - a good opportunity to decrease the revenue. A good solution would be to add one-time, single expense to the expense list, the thing is ... my php knowledge yet too limited, although I'm trying as I might. Could anyone advise or suggest a code snippet/modification?

So far to market it I have: Placed A Link On Flightsim.com Registered with VA Central E-Mailed Around My FSX Using Friends. Gents a question. From the server side I exported my phpvms_(my info)airport database (From table) to have as a backup as I deleted some airports. Had no problem exporting and I did additional deleting airports and decided to import it back into the system via myphpadmin, but everytime I attempt to import it, I get an error message telling me the phpvms_(my info)airports already exist. What am I doing wrong. The phpvms_airports table is setup when you install phpvms?
