Hello, After I have redesigned my website and added a different a banner-changer, I am not seeing the google maps anymore at the bottom of schedules and pireps. I only see One Two Three Four Five. I think that it is Javascript related. Though I have sufficient knowledge for HTML/CSS I am lacking knowledge of Javascript and or PHP. Maybe somebody with more knowledge would like to help me? hey all i am not sure iff it has ever come up already but i could not rmember or find it. i want to delete pilots who are not flying annymore but i want to keep theyr pireps does annybody ever found a solution for that?

Is there a way to enter a one-time (i.e., non-recurring, not calculated as a percent or fixed amount per flight) expense? At this point, it looks like the only way is to put it in as a fixed dollar amount monthly expense, then delete it out before the next month starts. Is that the only option? Any modules that allow more "granular" or detailed accounting?

Good morning! Im out test flying Connect VA with Xacars, and the flight icon repeats itself instead of moving. I will add a screenshot in case im bad at explaining (havent slept, som Im tired...) I`m open for alternatives, i.e a flightboard instead of a map. Anyone who knows a code for that? In advance, thank you very much! EDIT: No problem anymore, switched sucsesfully from 1freehosting to 000webhost, and kAcars works better than ever!

Is there a possible way to edit the ACARs map so the little pop-up bubble does not go away until the user clicks the X button? Also is their a way to get the ACARs map to not auto-zoom in so far? Thanks

There is a security hole affecting ALL versions of phpVMS. The security whole affects Auth.class.php and can be exploited via the login form. I have submitted a pull request on github, and i suggest a patch is released ASAP.

Hi. We are using Custom kAcars. Originally, it was without charter option. Then we requested charter option added (checkbox that enabled drop down box that has all the fleet to choose from). The problem we are having is that all charter flights have zero gross/revenue! I checked the pireps table in the database and it shows the flighttype as 'P' which means passenger flights, not charter ('H'?) the kAcars developers says the kAcars has nothing to do with setting P or H. So, it must be phpvms issue. My question, are charter flights supposed to have flight type 'H' in database or is 'P' normal? I'm reviewing the code to see what happens. Currently looking at PIREPDat…

Hi. We are using a custom KAcars for PIREPS We noticed that all charter flights (non-scheduled) report zero revenue. I browsed through the PHPVMS code (in PIREPDATA.class.php) and as far as I can tell it is because the PIREP flight type column contains "P" for passenger flight instead of "H" for charter flights. I think will cause a ticket price of 0 (zero) to be used and thus zero gross / revenue. Until we get things cleared with the KAcars developer, if we manually change the P to H is there a way to recalculate the revenue for these charter flights? Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me. I am trying to get the route flown to show on the ACARS map waypoint to waypoint I have followed what has been said in this thread http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/6064-waypoints-along-airway/ and I still can not get it to work. I think the problem is because the route_details section is not being filled all that is in that section of the DB is this a:0:{} now I know nothing about this so if anyone can help that would be great.I have also added the navdata.sql from fs products so I see no reason why this will not work. Hi, i have recently set up a VA and we made a few test accounts and have deleted them, now when we get new members it makes their Pilot ID way higher than the previous one. for example, our highest member id we had was 008 and i had changed him to a lower number to maintain consistency. And today we had someone sign up and the id went to 016. is there any way so that the next person will automatically be set to 009? thanks in advance Oli Trehearne

Hi all, Not sure if anyone can help but I have tried everything and cant get it to work. I have set the MX records on fivedev to google I have configured local.config and app.config file to use smtp and I can not get anything to send from the admin panel not sure if I am missing something. I am using google apps but I signed up to it when it was still free so not paying for any of that, have the stopped people using the service? I downloaded a fresh new install of phpVMS, set it up, and published it. The server is online, but when I try to access the website, it just loads forever. I have installed phpVMS on two hosting services, and both have failed. When I try pinging the server, after one second, over and over again, the session times out. Is this a DNS problem or a problem with the installation?

My question is, each airline submits there pireps and points are allocated to them. Are these points individual or as a whole according to the amount of pireps submitted that day? I would like to paginate the "View PIREPS" page in the Admin center where you are looking at individual pilot pages. I have one pilot that has completed over 1300 PIREPS, and right now when I look at his PIREPS page to make edits, it takes a terribly long time to load because it is loading ALL 1300+ of his PIREPS on one page. If the page only showed 10 or 20 PIREPS per page it would be a lifesaver. Hello, I recently changed host for my VA, and I am currently trying to update my SQL tables to be the same as the old site. So I erased the contents of the database I created for the installation of phpvms, and imported a backup I made of my previous host's database. Now, here is my problem. Within PHPMyAdmin, if I select the pilot's table, I can see all of my old site's pilots, except when I go on the website and look at the pilot rooster, none of them appear. This goes for every single piece of data. Could my problem come from the way I created the backup, or does it come from the way I imported it? Looking forward to your help: Raphat

Using the bids page as an example, how can success/error messages be displayed at the top of the page? For example, if a bid is removed, show the success message at the top of the page. Currently, mine redirects to a new page just to show the message so you then have to go back to view them again. I think this is a default function but I did some modifications a while back.

I had the following error when I tried to install PHPVMS: Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in C:\wamp\www\phpvms\core\common\SettingsData.class.php on line 28 As you may notice, this happened on a local wamp server running PHP 5.4.12. I tried redownloading PHPVMS, did nothing. I tried to search the forums and elsewhere, and I found a similar error back in 2010, but it was blamed on using a free host. Any help?

I see some hosts must of updateed to a newer version of php. I also see this has caused many issues. Is there anyone who is working on development of PHPvms at these days? I'm trying to open a VA for a friend but have found many functions not working at this point.

Hi all, On my current VA, when filing a PIREP, once completed it says "there are no PIREPS to display" and when in the admin centre, it says no pending PIREPS, and there have been no PIREPs listed on the front page, The site URL is www.impulse-virtual.com Cheers!

Hello, - Ive been trying to limit the landing rate stats module to a weekly limit. ie, to only show the to landings of every given week. Ive been having some trouble achieving this. I have gone through the mega thread of the module it self and while there are some hints of a code snippet to limit it to monthly, unfortunately i have not been able to work out how to implement the code or where to implement it to. I am really not sure what a hub or extra airline add to the va. I tried to be a member of several hubs and airlines in my va, but I see all schedules every where. Maybe I have done something wrong in the settings. But what is the advantage? RobB
