Aloha!!! Today it gives me great pleasure to announce 2 staffing changes, first may I congratulate Mike Nelson on his promotion to VCEO. I'm sure you will all join me in wishing him the best in his new position. Secondly, we have appointed a new COO Bobby Mattox. For those of you who don't understand his role. He is many things; staff manager, all airline staff report directly to him; he also oversees the running of staff departments and the airline from a less technical side than Chase. I would like to make a post about our new ACARS program developed by Blackbox Design. They have created us a spectacular ACARS system that provides all of our pilots with an easy way to grab charts, fuel planning and bids right from the application. The application was fairly well priced considering that most of the other ACARS developers were for the most part over priced. The HALCARS System is in its final stages of development and should be released to Hawaiian Pilots by Saturday or sometime before then hopefully. With great pleasure Hellenic Airways Group announces the launch of it`s brand new subsidiary SnowStar Scandinavia Airlines on 1st January 2014. SnowStar is based in Oslo (ENGM) and currently operates a fleet of 4 Airbus aircraft (2 A320 and 2 A319) which have been formerly in operation at Hellenic Airways`s wet lease partners. Jay here from Pontchartrain VA. I am in some serious need of help!! Please, is there anyone out there that can lend a hand? I have spent almost 18 months creating a real world route system that has over 1000 daily flights. The flights work for the DC-3. I have a site at pontchartrainva,com It is ready to go. The problem is I lost my tech guy. We were to have partnered, me doing the business end and him the computer end of things. I do not have a clue of what to do. Seairtransport VA is owned and operated by Heritage VA & Co. We are looking for Staff, and Pilots. Our restrictions are actually very very little, Just Fly, and fly to and from where ever you want. We've been around for a very long time, and realize people have whats called live's. Well, so do I actually. lol. Come visit us, we offer seaplane routes, major hub routes, long hauls, short hauls and the ability to make your own routes through our vast Charter ops , or our Cargo - Executive Ops. Aloha, I just encountered a problem, i can't seem to find an easy way to keep my roster active! I have a 1 PIREP within 14 days set in place but after that i can't tell easily if people are actually flying unless i print out my roster and highlight when people did flights last which is kind of a pain in the butt. If you have any good pointers of something you do to keep your roster active from month to month i would love to hear it.
