when I hit the login button in Kacars, I get a message referring to the path to the send file is denied. Using WinExpl, I checked the path and found that the send.xml file is missing from the fs-products directory. I have tried reinstalling from scratch, reinstalling version xxxxx.06, but still get the same message. I am a member of Trans-Québec virtuel and used the frnch2 language in xxxx.08. After my server moved to http://jalvirtual.org there ahas been only been one bug thats been popping up after the move and it was to do with KACARS. Hello I need my URL base changed from .net to a com. At the minute when pilots install the application it installs as .net, is there anyway for it to install as .com for the URL base? Regards

A few days ago I used v1.0.0.8 and was able to retrieve the flight bid I had made, then I flew my inaugural flight. I now have 1.0.0.9 installed and on my VA site I made a bid for a flight. I have configured (and selected) this VA profile (my only profile). I am also able to log in to my VA ("Logged In" green label). However, when I press the "Get Flight Number Info" It gives me a red label "No Flight Info Found" pressing it subsequently leaves the user with the same red label, not knowing whether it is an old message or doing something :-( If I enter the flight number (complete) in the textbox then it is able to retrieve. I had this problem a while back with a pilot, can't remember how it was resolved. Finally got everything installed and ready to go but when i try to record the flight with the orange arrow it says plane not on ground even though it is and the brakes are set. Do I have to have engine off too? Please help! I am using a custom kACARS. Has anyone else had this problem? He is on Windows Vista 64 bit, using FSX.

I tried to solve this using the threads that discuss it here, but nothing I try seems to work. I cannot login with kACARS. I get the Switch error and in the lower right it says CONNECTION ERROR! The URL is http://www.ozarkva.net and it is on a VPS that I rent. There may be some php settings to change, but I have no idea what they would be. I have .NET 4.0 installed and kACARS versions match. I am running kACARS as administrator. What have I missed?

Hey there Jeffery, I'm currently having an issue with kACARS_Free V1.0.1.1 with logging in. When I log in, I get a whole stack of the main page's sorts of codes blasted the whole length of my monitor. It said "Website Warning Encountered" and the message was "Notify System Administrator with the following error code" The error code was the whole code of the site coding, JS links, CSS, Nav, blah... Then I click close on the error window, and then another message comes up and the message was "Notify System Admin of Switch Error Data not recieved Switch = verify" I checked the module version, current is V1.0.1.1, checked the login info, and checked to see if the site ha…

This has probably been asked before, but kACARS reports fuel in pounds to phpvms, then it gets recorded as kilograms. When doing manual pireps, pilots need to convert lbs to kgs. I was just wondering if there is a way to get phpvms to record fuel in lbs instead of kilograms.

When I first got kacars with the new custom stuff I loved it, still do today, it's really nice to not have to worry about closing out and logging back in lith another username.. But I am not quite sure how to remove one or two and add one or two more...or is there a pdf I old read? Thanks....

ok, one of my pilots has an issue. For some odd reason, whenever he files a pirep, it arrives on the system with numbers in the airfield fields instead of names? It only happens with him, and no one else. He has re-installed Kacars, and assured me everything his end looks ok, but i asm awaiting a screenshot to prove it as you can see from this log it has number where the airfield names should be.? any ideas why this happens?

Hey Fellas, I was just wondering is it possible to have cabin announcements or recorded cabin announcements added in kACARS Custom? http://luvswava.org Used recordings before, But now they are using automated generated voice thingies for each different airport. And i Found that VERY COOL! Let me know if it is possible, and feel free to say how cool it would be to have that!

hello im some what new to the forums and haven't been able to find anything on this topic. so i have installed the latest version of kacars as well as installed the module and have entered my pilot id and password i get a connection error i have noticed that this was in the forums a while back (http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/7359-kacars-setup-with-phpvms-erorr-000webhost-solved/)and it looks like im having the same problem as he did it says solved but no explanation to how he solved it any ideas on how this could be solved.

Hi All, I've just been looking at the Pireps of our pilots flights since switching to kACARS. I've noticed that the Pilot pay only ever shows £12 income, which is the hourly rate. Yet, the flights that are more than an hour i.e. 2+ still only show £12. However, the flights under an hour seem to be giving the right pilot pay. Does anyone know if kACARS has any effect on what happens with the pilot pay calculation? i.e. is it the information from the logged number of hours flown that is then used to calculate the pilot pay? Any help would be gratefully recevied as our pilots are only ever getting an hours pay maximum. Just trying to work out if its an issue with phpvms…
