Not a clue. Most likely the profile_edit.tpl. Try deleting the code for the dropdown menu that lets you select your background image and replace it with that PHP. May or may not work.
No, but you could do something so that the background image is chosen based on a PHP script like:
<?php if (($userinfo->rank) == 'First Officer'){
echo 'link to image';
}
elseif (($userinfo->rank) == 'Captain'){
echo 'link to image';
}
?>
Yeah the site still needs work, and I presume the schedules aren't finished as I'm sure Emirates operate more than 6 routes. And will the flight numbers be real?
Site needs some work. The statistics thingy overlaps the main content on my monitor, whereas I see on yours it is much further away. Same with the login thing, it overlaps the content apart from the navbar text - put a z-index on that.
Doesn't sound like it'd be too popular. Pick well-known brands like Qantas or Virgin Australia (already out there by the way). If you do want an Australian VA you could try JetStar because that would definitely be popular, but something tells me they won't allow it hence the reason there ain't already a good one.
If you are fluent in Spanish then maybe an Iberia Virtual or Air Europa Virtual would prove successful. I'm sure neither have good VAs. Italy... well... Alitalia I guess but there is a half decent one already. Air Italy is alright too and there is a Blue Panorama out there too. And for France there isn't much except Air France.
What do you mean by virtual alliance anyway? You mean a proper alliance for airlines to join like GlobalOne? Or an actual virtual airline like virtual Star Alliance? Phoenix isn't really an alliance...
Something that ain't already a booming VA like BA or Delta. Something that hasn't previously been shut down by the real-world counterpart like Thomas Cook or easyJet. Something that will be popular and you are confident will offer an enjoyable experience to pilots in terms of fleet and routes. Or try something fictional. Or, don't bother at all
