Fly United Virtual - Now Open!
Kyle replied to FlyUnitedVirtual's topic in Virtual Airlines Discussion
Really Nice Try... You just can't fool us. You had that hawaiian virtual airlines and your hosting account was suspended. Why are you opening va's that you don't have permissions. Austin, I'm sorry, you need to grow up and starting getting permissions for real. Be professional! Currently, I have been working hard with a VA building the site and custom stuff. We are opening a real world VA and trust me, getting permissions is hard and can take long but it can be worth it rather than getting shut down. -
Ummmmm..... I guess I read too fast on before asking the questions..... How dummy of me not using the right site url... For future ref for everyone... Your site url must not have any tailing ends.. EX(http://www.vaurl.net/'>http://www.vaurl.net/) That's wrong! It should be (http://www.vaurl.net)

Hey there Jeffery, I'm currently having an issue with kACARS_Free V1.0.1.1 with logging in. When I log in, I get a whole stack of the main page's sorts of codes blasted the whole length of my monitor. It said "Website Warning Encountered" and the message was "Notify System Administrator with the following error code" The error code was the whole code of the site coding, JS links, CSS, Nav, blah... Then I click close on the error window, and then another message comes up and the message was "Notify System Admin of Switch Error Data not recieved Switch = verify" I checked the module version, current is V1.0.1.1, checked the login info, and checked to see if the site has php_mb_string is on, and I hit a wall and I don't know what else is next?

Okay, reporting back. However, the AJAX is still broken when you go to into pilot's groups. The buttons are different so it tells me the AJAX isn't working still.
-
Nabeel, I'm going to make those changes for my add-on modules. Cheers! I was running out of my quota and I had no idea how will I have the modules in one place at the same time. Will be moving over to Github tonight. Thanks for the suggestion!
-
Yes finally! lol. Will update the files and report back. Thanks Nabeel.

I don't know why people still use FSACARS since there's already a better kACARS_Free out there... lol.
-
Just a reminder, FSACARS isn't supported to phpVMS anymore because FSACARS has so many errors. May I suggest you to look into kACARS_Free, it is much better and easier to use.

Jeff, I think you didn't enter anything. lol. That's alright, thanks for your help. I got it all sorted.

Lies are lies in the forums... if the person said that they have the permissions, but hey! Where's the proof!? (smacks hands).

I need some help with my issue here... I wanted to create a custom style for my boxes, and for some reasons, the text inside the style keeps over flowing outside. Is there anyway that I can keep the text inside the box in specific size? IMAGE CODE .boxcontent {width:500px;} Any help would be great!

I find it that people are copying other's work is completely wrong! People needs to grow up!

False Alarm! I forgot to add the post id in the post area. Marking Topic SOLVED.

What was the error? Sorry for the late replies.

Hey all, I have been working with a VA developing many custom modules, and I just hit a brick and I just can't figure out what the hell is wrong with this SQL Query. First of all, when I use the SQL Query in the frontend, everything works, but not in the admin panel and there was nothing returning back for the form... MySQL Code: $id = DB::escape($id); return DB::get_row('SELECT * FROM hubs WHERE `id`='.$id); The Error Debug: Backtrace: DB::write_debug > DB::get_row > HubsData::getHubInfo > HubAdmin->edithub > call_user_func_array > MainController::RunAllActions Query: SELECT * FROM hubs WHERE `id`= Error: (1064) - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 2 What it is really weird... The SQL Query will return the info in the frontend, but not in the Admin Panel form? Any help would be great! Cheers!

Nabeel and Jeff, I took a look at the Stats Data Class and it seems there is no function hours per by airline. There is just only the total VA hours, not per airlines.
-
That's understandable, But I wouldn't post it here for myself. But it's your choice to post it here, but sometimes it makes it worst for each other. Happy Holidays to you sir!
-
Sure, could you tell me what's going on? Are you having problems with errors with your support and forums? The Error 404 means that the server can not find the requested link.
-
I'm with you. Come on! This is getting old everyday. This has to stop now! Grow up and move on! This isn't really necessarily in public! Use the PM Tool or Email Tool! That's more private, or perhaps you might don't know how use them!

<% %> is an ASP Tags, if it wasn't working and not parsing the flight info, then it's still off. Double check your php settings. Are you on a shared hosting, VPS or dedicated?
-
Awesome, could you please mark the topic title by adding [sOLVED] in it? Thanks!
-
Could you just copy the code from the third screenshot and paste it here? It would an eyesore for someone looking at the picture and typing into their tpl files. It makes it easier for someone to copy and paste, not typing every single word. Cheers!
