Some people don't know that many hosting companies offer "Hotlink" protection. This is usually accessed from your C-Panel. I have it activated for all image files and .zip files. It redirects them to a html page telling them to pi** off and do their own work!

You might want to look at the DB directly, via PHP-Admin. If you look at the PIREP table it will give you a better visualisation of what gets updated. Of course, as you can see from what Vangelis has shown you, other tables get populated also, such as PIREP comments etc. At least it's easier to see than staring at code!

Hi You can set the currency type in your local.config.php file, we use Euro's. The live pricing feature does not work! However leave this set to "true" if you use VA Central. You will need to change the default fuel price (also in local.config.php) or you will have to charge sky high ticket prices to compensate! Thats the best bit of advice you will get. It's all very well having a snazzy website with all the bells n whistles, but if there isn't anything under the hood, pilots will leave pretty quick. Make sure everything works as it should, triple check spelling/typo's and your schedules are sorted, expenses, fleet painted and ready to fly etc. This way you should avoid becoming yet another 3 month start-up wonder!
