So here is what i did. I went to try and add flight bid everytime i get a failure. and says "No Route Passed" so i did some research and went through multipla options... Hmmm. still to no avail so i decided to run error console and in phpvms.js i am getting "success: function() {" is faulty . so naturally i did more googling and came up with thats a call for an API... Nabeel or any other have words of wisdom? fix? anything? I am up past midnight on an issue that started at 4pm.. please help. my website is www.flyvirginairways.com and if u need a login to support my problem then PM otherwise. help would be nice.

I have added a line with a text box to the Pirep Filing template for "Date Flown" Just copied two lines of code and voila it's done. But..........I would like to have this appear in the pilot's Pireps and don't know how to modify the table(s) Can you tell me how and where to add it in MySQL? thank you. I'm getting better at tweaking little by much experimentation little. LOL

This new update is going to be awesome without a doubt but for me personally i dont want the finance side of it. I have FSPAX and hated it lol and i was on FSAirlines system before VMS and didnt like having to earn cash to pay for leases and aircraft etc, its all too much like real life lol. Will there be a way of disabling it or maybe release a Finance free version?

Hi there, I am wondering if anyone can help me. For starters my VA's site is www.zoomvirtual.co.cc I have set up the FSACARS with the google API key, and i just done a test flight and it didnt work on the map. I put the key in the phpVMS admin panel, general setting part, i can see the map. I downloaded my CONFIG file from the pilots profile page, i just dont know where to put it, i put it in FSACARS root folder although when i started it, it didnt respond, i now have a fresh download of FSACARS. Hi there guys, let me explain the problem we have for about 3 days. Everything was good untill our web host provider decided to update their servers. After that, database connection both works, and doesn't work. I can see schedule, pilots and other things, if there was no database connection i wouldn't be able to see them. But somehow pireps are gone(they are not gone from database but website) , for example it says "No pireps have been filled" even though they are in database. Problem is , pirep system is somehow gone, we cant file a pirep. I even tried updating phpvms 5.4.x to 5.5.x(simpilotgroup) it didnt work.

Hello someone help ge get rid of this error it constantly displays an error Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. please help.

When you file a PIREP there is a comments field, However when viewing pending, or Approved Pireps there is no way to view comments included in the PIREP.Told you I'd break something

Hello, I will get right into it - I downloaded and installed phpVMS earlier today, and everything seemed to go fine. That is, until the installation was complete, and I went to go log into the administration area. I noticed that when I went to login, or click on any link for that fact (with the exception of the home page link), I was taken to an error page. Hi Pardon me if this has been brought up before. I searched and could not find an answer. When I add custom pages via phpVMS Admin area, I go back to edit the page's code and it does not show me the code. it shows me the actual page. Is there something I am missing here? It shows all the stuff above the page content like I am posting in a forum. Scrrenie necessary? I'm sure you get my drift on this one.

I am in a slight predicament. I am trying to display total hours flown for a specific airline. The code I am using is not displaying the correct output for it. It keeps displaying my total VA hours instead of just the individual Airline I want. Here is the code I am using <?php echo StatsData::TotalHours(AA); ?> If I use these codes <?php echo StatsData::TotalPaxCarried(AA); ?> <?php echo StatsData::TotalMilesFlown(AA); ?> <?php echo StatsData::totalschedules(AA); ?> <?php echo StatsData::TotalFlights(AA); ?> These all show up correctly. Any idea why the Total Hours one isn't showing correctly?

I am having a issue with my php vms sight. All was good this morning and I opened up Local.config.php to add in Config::Set('AIRPORT_LOOKUP_SERVER', 'phpvms'); Once I did this Everything became unavailable. Even Acars quit working. So I went back in and removed the entry and still the same problem. Now when opening up the file i got this message. You will be editing: /home/north863/public_html/phpvms/core/local.config.php Please select the character encoding to open this file with: (Gave OPTION UTF-8 and opened with that.) We have attempted to auto-detect the encoding of this file. However, this is not a foolproof process since some files will display properly with …

I already have a rough idea about this, but I have to ask....how much headache are we talking to remove the code from the flight numbers? We only run one VA on this software so having the IATA on the front is redundant. Not only that, but it can be a bit confusing having pilot numbers and flight numbers with the same format. I took a look around the code and I'm not too sure that I am up to the task. :- It would have to edited out of the schedule pages, the pireps, the map and I don't even know what else...yet. Recently some jack wagon "accidentally" deleted our whole lib folder. Well we were able to recover most of the items in the lib folder, the only item that is not working correctly is the pilot badge. some problems with the pilot badge are: it doesn't update, it wont "reset" and change the backround, and there are some missing for the pilots that have joined today...if there is any ways that this can be fixed please help, all help will be appreciated. I have been trying for weeks now how to figure out how to make each flight create a new news topic for each completed flight or each time a pirep has been submitted for instance. I updated this morning, I threw my skin in the lib folder. I know that I must update some of the templates, but when I threw in some of the changes its jacking my site just from entering one bit of php code. Mainly the pilots public profile page... > > Anyone else experiencing this?

I've searched through ALL files for the words "Bid added" that appear after selecting a flight, but can't find it! I want to change it to "Flight Booked". I've found the text "Add bid" and changed that to "Book Flight" but can't see where the "Bid added" text comes from. Thanks

Hello all! I have some problem whit Firefox on my site I installed Airmail and have problem view the mail correctly. The table seems messed up in Firefox but looks great in IE. Anyone know how to fix it? I had the same issue on other things like VAforum2. looks like Firefox for some reason have trouble reading tables correctly
