Portuguese Oi, queria saber como eu mudo o ID da companhia, pois eu sou dono da Delta Virtual e tive alguns problemas na instalaçao da VA, dai o suporte instalou para mim, mas o ID ficou DVA e eu queria mudar para DAL, alguem me ajude por favor. Obrigado

Hi all, Here comes a question which i am sure has already been asked and has probably been filed under the "stupid questions" section. But here goes, I am in the process of creating my VA and I am now at the point where I am going to create my schedules, now is there an easy way of doing this opposed to sitting there entering each and every route through the admin panel? All I am looking for is a file or something which i can just add to my VA with some stock routes to start with which I can add to at a later stage or as they are requested. Or an easier way to input all the infomation required. Thanks in advance Scott

I would like to use javascript to update my selection menus, i know its possible but im having trouble finding any code, basically what i want to do is if a pilot selects a departure then the destination drop down is populated from the database of available flights from the departure icao. Pointers welcome

When adding schedules we don't have the choice of choosing a different ICAO code... As in real airlines the Pilots code would be (e.g. RYR001) the schedule would be (FR1 or FR200) is it possible to do that? Thanks

im writing a standalone script to work with phpvms, currently im trying to get it to return an error message if a bid can't be removed, but for some reason its not working correctly: if(SchedulesData::removeBid($bidid)) { echo "Bid Succesfully Removed"; } else { echo '<font color="red">Failed to Remove Bid, Error Code: RB001</font>'; } The problem im having is that its returning the error message when the bid is removed or when its not, where as i use a identical check when adding bids: if(SchedulesData::addBid($pilotid, $brief_id)) { echo "Bid Added!"; } else { echo '<center><font Color="red">Failed to Add Bid, Error Code: AB001<…

My VA is looking to add about 150 A/C to Our Fleet. Is there any short way of adding them without having to input each one manually in the admin panel? Or is there an easy way to make the Tail numbers go away and just have it have the A/C Type? I would like to have the tail numbers but not if I have to add 150 A/C manually.

Hey there I'm got a website (www.quantumcargo.co.cc)*No links work site is incomplete* and I would like to embed curtain part of PHPVMS into the website, so for example the Live map to be on its own inside of my Websites layout and having the pilots centre on a page that is linked into my website but without having all of the top banner that you get if you were looking at(www.quantumcargo.co.cc/pilots) So to recap I want to know if there is a way to intergrate or imbed the PHPVMS into my site that i am making! Hey guys, I have over 1,000 flights to burn into my database, and I used to bring like 500 flights and during the import, I get the Exectuion Error Max time reached. Is there anyway for me to boost up the php Exection limit or add anything? Thanks.

Help Help I have about 50 route on my airline and i cant see any route's in the Pilot Centre View Flight Schedules. I'v replaced the template files for all of the .tpl file that start with "schedule_" and there is no diffrence. Anyone know how to fix it. Yes the route are enabled!

Been having a few issues over the past few days. First for some reason the Ranks table emptied itself which caused errors with the ranks which was solved but that happened again last night and early hours this morning for some reason two pilots were deleted by myself, the template changed and 5 pireps rejected even though i was asleep and i also removed myself from the admin group. So this morning i've had to add myself to the group through the database and change everything back. Also when I go to accept all pireps get this error It's really strange because this is a great piece of software and never had any issues until now.

G'day All, One area that my VA lacks realism is the fact that we cannot do multi leg flights like our real world counterpart. for example, Qantas 9 QFA9 has a stop over in Singapore WSSS, from Sydney YSSY, before continuing on to Heathrow EGLL, under the same callsign of Qantas 9 QFA9, is it possible to change a setting, or some coding to allow schedules to be added that have the same callsign ? Dear Fellows hi i am having some problem with stylesheet i hope you will help in this case now the problem is whenever i am putting my style.css code in front_page.tpl file it was changing some of my side menu color + text color also i tried to put in other files also but same result i am doing this. i am putting this code in front_page.tpl to change my table colors <style type="text/css"> table, td, th { border:1px solid green; } th { background-color:green; color:white; } </style> and it was showing this changing my side menu colors.

Hello all i have a question. i belive that at this point the nav database is only used to show the route in the recived pireps and not on the livemap. now what i have is after installing and addon modulle (IPS for PHPVMS) this hooks directly to ivao/vatsim(no need for an acars) it uses the filles route within those networks and shows the waypoints on the map BUT some waypoints a completly wrong where would i be able to pdate the nav database to the current airac gr joeri

Hi all, I have a question regarding statistics. With the help of Michael I was able to get Pax and Cargo shown seperately. The code was : Now I am trying to make something different (as usual I can't ). In my very simple logic I get total Pax Scheduled flights with the code above, then I get total Pax Charter changing flighttype as "H". Now the confusing part (for me) comes; how do I sum both to get total pax carried? Total Pax Carried = Total Pax Scheduled + Total Pax Charter What I have done was (OK don't laugh...kidding.. you can laugh as loud as you can ) Cheers, Arslan

Hi all once again I require your help with VMS, I am running my site on a local machine which has a valid www. but I am having trouble setting up the mail function I have tried setting up with mercury mail server with no luck and I have tried setting it up with smtp again with no luck. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks Scott

I post this to everyone, especially virtual airline operators (I'm not asking to company secrets): What method is used for training? Do you have documentation with flights? Or is there some hidden training secret that no one's supposed to know? Also, related to training: Is there a module or feature that can track training ops? Like a group inside of phpvms specifically for training? I don't want to make a new thread for this: Is it possible to strip phpvms down to just the code? No skin, just plain simple files to include into a website? Example: create a website that calls the functions of phpvms?

What aircraft types does phpvms want? I have edited my aircraft for over 3000 routes twice now and still I get "aircraft XXXX does not exist". I was told I could up load the routes via CSV or is this wrong and I have to upload them 1 by 1 via "Flight Schedules and Routes"?

Good morning, Since 3 hours or so I'm facing problems with my phpVMS. It seems that it loads for a long time and finally it doesnt work. The link is: http://syr-va.org/vmssyr Files inside the folder are working like http://syr-va.org/vmssyr/README.txt PHP & MySQL are running very well in 1&1, also the servers are fully operational. I have noticed that quite recently me and other pilots are logged out whenever they view certain pages or when they reopen the browser. When you try to log back in though, it gives you the error message that "you are already logged in". Could it be a cookie problem? I have searched the forums but found nothing. Kindest Regards, James
