Hi, I have a .csv airport database which I attempted to import into phpVMS via the admin center. On Chrome it said it was uploading and once it was done, the page just refreshed. I looked in the airports listing, and they did not change. I don't see why this is happening. The file is correctly formated (I'm pretty sure!) and I ticked the box that it had a header. It has nothing to do with my internet connection since we have tried using different people's computers to upload it. I'll attach the .csv in this post. Thanks, Mark airportsnew.csv

When we change a pilots rank/level from within phpVMS ( in the "admin" section - pilot details ) it does not update in the database. So every change means going into the DB to adjust manually rankid + rank + ranklevel Any pointers ? Where to start looking ?

so im a little confused about what version to actually use. I have a current installation of phpvms that works great except i want to be able to use .php modules rather than the old .tpl modules. Simple reason, theres a module i have that is originally a .php and i convereted it to .tpl while editing all php coding, it still doesnt work. I think i have version 2.1.936 installed, thats what it says down at the bottom. However, the change log has 2.1.938 listed on it and everything that is listed in the change log is a working feature in my phpvms. When filing a PIREP using either of the above ACARS we are getting errors. By clicking once to file it is getting filed, however error messages are returned to the ACARS. If you 'click" file again it creates a duplicate. We have auto accept set to 'true' - We are not using the auto accept module. With kACARS the error is this Capture.jpg and with smartCARS error -

How can I set it up to where pilots can create their own routes? Like Canadian Xpress, you put in the departure and arrival and select the aircraft from their fleet you want to fly. You don't have to book a flight and the airline doesn't have to have it set as a particular flight..... Can someone tell me how?

On the live map, the route is shown correctly with the all of the fixes. The error is when in flight the aircraft is shown offset from the actual route. The plane is on the correct route and it has been verified by a ipad live map (see photo). Also attached its a screen shot of the Live map. Anyone have a fix for the offset?

Hello, after marking an inactive pilot to active and saving the profile I get the following Message at the top of the Admin Menu. Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8339 bytes) in/var/www/web1112/html/va/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysql.class.php on line 282 I have also a cronjob which is cleaning the pireps table every month and no problems with memory issues until now. The DB is only 56 MB in size.

Hello, i hope i'll find someone able to help me because i've try several solutions without any result. My problem is that i want bids to auto cancel after 24 ou 48 hours if the pilot doesn't fly for his bid. I've try to setup auto cancellation in local.config.php like that: # Whether to close any bids after a certain amount of time Config::Set('CLOSE_BIDS_AFTER_EXPIRE', true); Config::Set('BID_EXPIRE_TIME', '24'); so, no result after several tries. Hello , I am using PHPVMS v5.5. I have installed AutoAccept PIREP Module by Baggelis.com. Initially after installation , it showed me errors but after browsing though the forums it helped me get rid of all errors. Now even after having no errors , its not accepting/rejecting the PIREPS. Any Solution?

Hello, In my virtual airline'm using a separate system PHPVMS to the evaluation and admission of new crew. (And a kind of training center) I would like to leave the PHPVMS the registration page restricted to staff. After the pilot is approved in the proof of the training center, a staff makes the registration manually in PHPVMS.
