Hi Guys, I have started my VA last week and am trying to work out how to get pilots. So far to market it I have: Placed A Link On Flightsim.com Registered with VA Central E-Mailed Around My FSX Using Friends. My Site can be found here I have also submitted my site to Google but another question I have is how do you add meta tags to phpVMS. Thanks in advance for the help. Nathan.

Hello guys. I have been trying to setup phpVMS for some time now just to try it out for my VA that is coming soon. I just need quick help Regarding CSV file it was not about uploading file that i know but uploading it without getting any Error from database Suppose we have schedules table and we export them via phpmyadmin in a format of CSV then after some amendments how we can re upload it do we save it into CSV format or other because i tried it but i am getting errors from Database Invalid field count in CSV input on line 1. regards Asmara

Hi I have query for problem-solver which is when you go to ACARS Map page there is Option on Acars data table OF AC means Aircraft Name will show up there right so when i am putting variable to show Aircraft name there which is <%=flight.aircraftname%> it wont showing any thing on ACARS MAP table Blank and when i put <%=flight.aircraft%> It shows the result but only Digits Like 1, 15 ,29 ....................... now i have also implemented Live Flight board on my Front Page taken code from this post POST Again here it wont showing Aircraft type on Front Page the Row was blank instead of showing Aircraft name like B737. Hi everyone, My name is Imanol Garcia Juarez, I am from Argentina and I am the CEO of the VA Air Argentina. I am having problems when I try to send a report, the XACARS says the report was sent when I click "Send PIREP" but when I see in my website that the report does not appear, neither in my pilot account, the same happens when I try to file the report manually. I have changed the permissions of the file PIREPData.class.php to 777 but the problem was not solved. I wish somebody could help me with this problem, please. PD: I am using the version 2.1.934

Hi all once again I require your help with VMS, I am running my site on a local machine which has a valid www. but I am having trouble setting up the mail function I have tried setting up with mercury mail server with no luck and I have tried setting it up with smtp again with no luck. Dear All i have another query for you regarding Pilot IDS and it was when a new Pilot Joins it was registered with the Pilot ID PVA10425 Starting Series from 104 if i wanted to change this series to PVA10725 when a pilot register he will get Pilot ID starting from 107 not starting with 104 Any Ideas Regards Asmara

Can you protect a .php file, so when an admin logs in they can acess the php file.. In the pilot center, I would like to have the pilots be able to show all their pireps, but additionally show them by aircraft type. How hard would that be to add some sort of coding for that?

Hi All I have a problem. I tried to uncomment out the code for filtering schedules down to the ones from last pirep accepted, so the pilots can only see schedules from their location. I'm not sure if the code works properly as I tried it and it didn't and still shows me the whole listings (my current location is EDDL and there is only one schedule from EDDL in DB whcih is the one I want only!). Hi, I have tried to upload a schedule from a CSV file using the "Import Schedules" button (see attached file) and have created 1 B737-800 using phpvms and the spelling is all the same as in the CSV file and when I import it it comes up with the message " the aircraft B737-800. does not exist" Please help as my VA is now live. Hello All, Currently our awards display on a pilot's profile in the order they earn them. They are displayed horizontally across the page and when the line is filled with awards a new line is started. I have one particular award that when earned by a pilot should be displayed at the top of their profile on it's own line. Is there a way I can prioritize the order in which awards are displayed? For sever days we have had a pilot icon that won't clear. He is running Windows seven and this was his first flight. Had an issue and closed down but his aircraft Icon is locked om the map over W' Africa and his flight was a test flight from KDOV to KDOV (Charter) Data for airports is in the datbase. Done everything to clear it.

My site rexently started giving lots of errors which never happened before, and now the website twitches and the size of the font changed from normal to huge! Please help. I do the maintenance in admin panel atleast every other day. But it still goes crazy... Never happened before!

Don't know if anyone noticed that well atleast for me. My site isn't at the top of the list even though my VA's name is completely original. Anyways My question is how do i put meta tags to my website? what file do i edit? index.php? Hullo On my site (flyeug.co.uk) I'm not receiving any emails when pilots register. I have no idea if pilots are getting emails, but emails are working on another site hosted on the same account which is why I didn't think it would be worth bringing up in the fivedev forum. Any ideas?

Nabeel, In the finance and balance sheet page not all the expenses are populated on that pie chart, i used the admin url and the do as the data source but normal pilots would not be able to access that. Example, Using the admin url the pie chart is fully populated with the expense types.
