I have a routemap on my site and have 238 flights, yet it only shows 4 flights. I have edited the local.config.php and app.config.php but they dont work. What is the code that i need to use to get it to work? Cheers Dan C

For some reason it appears i can only have two airlines. i have had two for some time now, when i go to add another airline, i enable it and it states "airline added succesfully" however it does not display the new airline. if i look for the airline when wanting to add a schedule to it, the airline i just added isnt there either. checking the database DOES show the new airline has been added to it. I tried clearing the cache but to no avail. running v930 any ideas??????

We are using kacars 1.0.1.0 and the acars map takes hours to update. I have to go on maintenance in the admin panel and clean the table. What's going on? Please do not leave unanswered.

Hi, I am using cPanel X and am trying to make a SQL database. Im just unsure with the database name does this matter? As the tutorial document says you use 'phpvms_prefix' and when I go onto mine it only gives the option to use 'wingsair_prefix' Do I have to use phpvms_xxx' for it to work with php vms? Thanks

Good day, Would just like some feedback from other users to see if I could have more effective flight schedules. Currently I use real world schedules where the same route (flight number) is flown by different aircraft over the period of a week. I have appended A,B,C,D,E,F,G to the flight number to represent the day of the week, the flight numbers thus appear as 230A, 230B, 230C, etc. The schedules don't import without a unique flight number even though the aircraft flying the route may differ. Are there any other possibilities to having three dimesional flight schedules ie flight number, day of the week and aircarft without using the method described above? Other ideas…

Just a quick question guys regarding the flight times in the route set up. A little background. helping start new VA exclusive to Xplane. I've started uploading routes via the template csv file which is very nice. I have a quiestion regarding how you set up the flight times. Example. flight number xxxx takes off in the eastern time zone and lands in the pacific time zone. Do my dep times and arr times have to reflect the zone change in zulu. Or is there a way i can just stick with Zulu in my flight time and is the correct tab 00:00Z in my template. My mind is not wrapping around this. Second question. Does Xplane's IN SIM time have to reflect the Z time on the boarding …

I wonder could someone help me with regards to VA's and how their rankings are effected by time acceleration by pilots. I know of one VA which actively encourages it's pilots to use time acceleration during all long haul flights, presumably in order to get a high ranking position. I am just wondering if there is any safeguard against this practice, which to my mind puts all reputable VA's at a great disadvantage. Please excuse me if I have posted this in the wrong place by the way, I am unfamiliar with the forums. Thanks for any help.

Hello. I'm setting up FS Passengers for my VA. I have a few questions, please. 1. When I'm running a FS Passengers flight do I also have to run kACARS? 2. How can I change the update time for the live map? It updates properly during the flight and shows me landed, but after I submit the PIREP and finish, it still shows me on the live map for the rest of the day maybe longer. Help plz

Anyone else get a email from Google saying they are going to charge for the api access to their maps? I can verify this is true and genuine, they will allow a certain limit of access up to a value of $200, after this they will start to charge you, this new process requires you have a valid credit card or the like linked to your maps api account. Just letting you know what i found out.

I am having trouble getting emails to applicants and pilots to work. I know this is not a fault of PHPVMS, but I'm hoping someone else has encountered this problem and can help me. The email is generated but is halted at my host saying that "email relaying" is not allowed. I'm sure I'm not configuring something correct. The email I set for myself as administrator is the same email I use for my domain email. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks very much in advance. Ron

Right, i create my own server with wampserver and laravel php. Ok so no one posted a working Joomla -> PHPVMS bridge so I'm going to have a go writing my own. What I need to know is: does the password Salt have to be set correctly or can I use a default Salt Value? If it unique based on the user registration data how is it created, so I can recreate it in Joomla?

The default skin (crystal) only has a content area that covers the whole width. I would like to use a skin that has a side column on the left and probably also one with side columns on the left and right in addition to the main content area. I have seen them in some of the other VAs, looked all over the SKINS forum but apparently all the skins are either outdated (don't work well with .944) or just dead links to sites that no longer exist. Anybody has one such current skins?
