Hello, We are currently having problems. Someone was signing up and he did his registration fine. Then i get an email saying a pilot has registered, so i go to the admin center and its not there. No one else had accepted it, but yet i was still getting the email? Can anyone help please? Myles

One of my pilots did a flight using XAcars. It shows up on the map as enroute. He landed and filed a flight plan half an hour ago and still on the map it says enroute. Anyone know why?

Hi Guys, This time, I have a new error. Look image: https://prnt.sc/j1dppl I do not know why this is happening. As you can see, when I enter the site the site gets all messed up, without css, with nothing. From what I saw is because of the scripts, this is saying that they are not safe, I do not know why, because I believe they are safe. The site looks all cute just if I click the blue "Done" button. Hey! I have done all of the steps to upload a skin to my lib/skins folder, and I have selected it as my skin in settings, however I simply get a plain text page, with no colours or shapes or anything! It is just plain text on a page. Any help appreciated, I need to get this fixed ASAP!!! I'm on phpVMS 5.5, and I have tried it with multiple skins, all to get the same result.

With the graph that shows the pireps from the last week, can it be recoded so that it will auto-size? When you have more than ten pireps a day for most of the week, the graph is pretty much off the map. Chuck CYXU

This line is wrong in pirep_edit.tpl. On variable "pirep" we have depicao. Line 45: <input name="arricao" class="airport_select" value="<?php echo $pirep->depicao;?>" onclick="$(this).search();" />

hey Guy's following situation: On Server A, if i call the schedule search, only the schedule_searchform.php gets loaded (thats what i want) On Server B, the searchform and the resultpage with ALL schedules gets loaded... i checked the files i have the same code in core/commen/SchedulesData.class.php core//modules//schedules/schedules.php core/templates/schedule_searchform.php here a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/qqge2m i have made no search yet, but its loading ver ylong until i can do a schedulesearch anyone have a clue whats happening here? I got the web page setup and I'm using FSFK I place a bid on a route get all the info setup FSFK then when I connect my acars it shows up on the live map but keeps adding lines under the map instead of having just the one line and second problem is, it shows my flight plan #, destination, Arrival but the distance is wrong and when you click on the bubble on the map it shows 0 for flight number. Any idea what is wrong with that? Thanks live_acars.doc

Our leaderboards have stopped updating, and I can't work out why. Around the time, I added SmartCARS files in a new folder of that name in the Core (as per SmartCARS instruction) to run some tests, and reverted the changes (via Github) when I discovered the problem. TopPilot database table is not updating but the Pireps are filing ok, and all other stats are incrementing. Both PHPVMS and our database servers have been rebooted, and I've run checks on all tables, no errors. Anyone else had this issue and solved? Any ideas?

So over the last few days I have been updating the website and today did kACARS, it all pops up nice and logs in and finds my schedule route I want to fly. Completed the flight then click 'stop flight' then 'file pirep' highlights so I click on there and I get a message saying 'Try Again' click and still the same. SOLVED, I re installed all pirep files. Went to the e-mail account and there was the 2 pireps e-mails so I went to the admin pages to accept them and they are nowhere to be seen. still not seing them. Could you please update the wiki documentation in regards to FSAcars. I know it says to put in the aircraft registration or it won't count towards the aircraft, but unless you specify someone like me is going to get confused on the matter of where to put it. I know it has a place for Regist, but who knows, you might actually be having to put into Selcal.

Hello friends, There are at least 1 month I am checking an error that is happening in my VA, what happens is that I froze in flight hours: 19,828.60, this happens in more than a month, now must have at least one hour 25,000.00, following in attached a picture of what happened ... Is it possible to implement pages sub directories. Such as index.php/pages/training/b747 will show core/pages/b747.htm index.php/pages/operations/fleet will show core/pages/fleet.htm I am getting a lot, a lot and a lot of custom content, and being able to pop it all in sub directories would be very useful. This comes under kACARS too, but not entirely. I have a few annoying issues with the PIREPs. First, I was not receiving PIREP revenues for a while, and it was due to the fact that I changed the PIREP flight number to callsign, and I was surprised to see that you cannot pull the flight by the route id instead of the flight number. This creates issues for those with multiple flights with the same flight number, so it means I'll now need to edit the tables to make that work. Still, it's annoying. I think a routeid column for the PIREP table should be included in the next release. Secondly, when a PIREP is submitted, it is sometimes submitted multiple times, giving duplicat…

Hi I have installed the fspassengers import add-on as per instructions on http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/read.php?f=1&i=7918&t=7918. I have installed the tables that it creates into my phpvms database and two tables have been crated "flights" & "user_profile". I am able to upload the pireps from fspassengers and the "flights" table gets populated with the pirep info so in that respect everything is working. HOWEVER how to I get phpvms to recognise these two new tables that have been created ? We are also connected to vacentral and pireps from smartcars is automatically uploaded to our phpvms database and website and I would like the same to happen with…

Hi guys it's 2-3 days that I have this problem with the google map. It only appears if used as a Firefox browser (I deleted cache and history but the problem persists). On Chrome and IE the map works perfectly. Thanks for a possible reply.

I am trying to test the system and tried the Mail All Pilots with a sample message. It said the mail was sent successfully. However, I have (the only pilot and admin) not received any mail in my inbox or junk mail folder. In the local.config.php I found a setting for email name & address and something else like "Use SMTP". That leaves me a bit confused because how can it pretend to send mail without SMTP? It has been 30 minutes and the email doesn't arrive to either Inbox or Junk. I was able to send an email from my Hotmail (receiving acct) to the email account created on the server.

I have an odd question that i don't see a thread for.... I exported the schedule we have to work on it quicker and then import it. I see that the flighttype section is empty to I go through and add the C, P, H respectively for the type it is. After importing the flight i noticed all pireps have a negative profit so I exported the schedules again. All the Types are again missing. It appears that the system on input is defaulting all flight to passenger loads with cargo prices....I verified the .csv has the right price. Not sure why it is doing this....any ideas on help would be great. Would like to see positive profits again..... Also noticed that the system is charging …
