Hello, I'm creating a module where I would like a logged in pilot to view ONLY their info. I have based the module on the Roster module that has been referenced in the forums and tutorials (It's basically a copy of the Roster module showing extra columns that I added for different bank accounts). Is there a variable that returns the users id, like '$whoami' or '$myid'? Something that returns who is accessing the page so they only see their information. I know I saw this in another thread last year, but can't seem to find it. I need the code that will show the pilots start date. I need it to work both in the profile_main.tpl and also in the pilot_public_profile.tpl. Can someone help out please?

ok now I may have done this to myself, but... I changed the flight count in the database directly as I deleted a flight and it was telling me that I had a minus 1 flight count. Now when I add a Pirep the flight count stays the same, although all else changes (hours etc..etc..) Did I screw something up by changing the value manually ? I have tried all of the maint options, I'm not sure what to do. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated ( I think that it is only doing it for the one pilot that I changed the total flight number manually for) Thanks. Hello; Is there a way to generate or create reports that will show a specific pilot's total flight hours for a specified week, monthly, quarterly, and yearly flight hour totals? Would like to find a module that will allow management to generate a report for each pilot that shows their total flight time by weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Is this something someone would be able to create? Thanks

Ok, I was testing my phpVMS and I was rejecting a flight, and I was given out the pay, is that supposed to be off becasue when I reject a flight, it's giving my pilots the pay (I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!) Is there anyway to fix that.

Hi all I created a pilot group in the admin panel. Put all teh specs in gavce it a name and saved. Alittle green box shows that the pilot group had been added, but the groups I created do not show up at all in the list. I double checked the database and its not entered there either. Thanks

ok so as you know when you make a new pilot then you start with 0 hours. I know how to put hours on there but my problem is that when i do it does not match up with the ranks i have set. Example. Student 0 hours. Senior Captian 120 hours. So if i add 120 hours it keeps my rank as Student even tho i added 120 hours. Can someone help...?

Hi How do i change one of my pilots hours? For some reasion its saying he has flowen 125.27 hours on two flight which should add up to 6:47 hours. How can i change it? thanks chris

When a Pirep is filed and accepted the hours for the pilot are not uipdating automatically, without running "Maintenance Reset Hours". However we have "TopPilot module" installed and is is being updated when the pirep is filed. What file updates the pilots hours? Only section that seems to be corrupted and not working.

Dear Fellas today morning i got a request from one of the pilot to change his Country and HUB so in action i changed it VIA admin panel i did the changes in pilot profile i return suddenly the same pilot hours reset to zero but flight count is still there can anyone suggest as why it happened and how to resolve the issue. Hello I have a tiny problem when changing a pilots ID on my phpvms site. I know about the off set of 0. So when I try to change an ID to 301 I get 0301 is there any way to make it so it changes to 301 with no offset. Thanks Icebox

Hi I know this topic may have been already discussed. However, I am still having trouble reducing the pilot ID's from 4 0's to 3.... I've used phpVMS before and had successfully done this in the past. I've followed the instructions on the other post about this, but it still has 4 zeros.. I have the latest version installed. Hi everyone! I was wondering if I could get some help adding my pilots' ID's and Passwords on the emails the system sends out when I accept their applications. I've already edited the message the best I can but don't know the specific code to say: Below is your information and then be able to list that information. All the system currently says is visit our site to login and complete your registration or something along those lines. It doesnt even tell them their ID's. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Hi, i have recently set up a VA and we made a few test accounts and have deleted them, now when we get new members it makes their Pilot ID way higher than the previous one. for example, our highest member id we had was 008 and i had changed him to a lower number to maintain consistency. And today we had someone sign up and the id went to 016. is there any way so that the next person will automatically be set to 009? thanks in advance Oli Trehearne

Hi there, I have this really weird issue, we have just welcomed a new pilot. Last pilot received id FE1029, and the next received FE1041. There was no reason for bot spam or anything like that, as I haven't been deleting any accounts. I am just wondering is it possible to get the pilot ID's to still be in sequential order even if you reject a new pilot? As i have had two bots sign up and there are 8 pilots but it goes from GAC0006 to GAC0008 to GAC0010 is there a way to get them back in order? Cheers Dan C

Quick question, I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I'm curious to know if I can reset the Pilot ID's to start back at 0002. I created two test pilots to see if the registration emails showed okay (which they did, yay), and I noticed it assigned the second test pilot 0003, even though I had deleted 0002. Any way? Alternatively, I can reassign these numbers to future members of staff, but will it re-use the numbers that it initially assigns them when they sign up? Thanks!
