Another quick one: I've followed this old forum post: http://forum.phpvms....-supported-now/ as we have added the LOA form to the VA so we could set pilots status's to ON LEAVE. I've got it to show in the pilot center etc but for some reason on the main pilots list in the admin it's showing as retired instead of correctly showing ON LEAVE (screenshot attached when I changed my own status ) Any help appreciated not sure where i've gone wrong If anyone can shed any light on this topic as well that would be awesome too http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/20264-email-all-pilots-not-working/

I have problem derives from the phpvms software API, which does not allow weather or chart extractions for airports outside of the United States. Anyone has the same porblem? best regards, Bruno

The problem's pretty simple. It just started happening - the file will upload to the server, but no matter what, it won't change anything. In this case, the file is style.css. I removed the contents, I even deleted the file itself, and the style still remains on the website. All other files work. I've cleared my cache, used different computers and browsers, etc. Nothing seems to work. The problem is, I'm trying to edit the CSS (because it looks pretty bad), but I can't. I'm aware that I can do it through HTML, but...it's to messy in my opinion. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello All, Recently I encountered around 40 spam attacks, and it now means my pilot IDs go from 3 to around 45. Is there anyway to delete these from the table and what tables should I be editing. Thanks in advance Myles

Hi I'd like to do a custom page to allow pilots to make a custom bids (for free flights). It should has the same fields as are required when creating a standard schedule (so it could looks like a form for sending manual pirep but there should be a button "Make a bid" instead of "File a Pirep". It'd be possible for acars program to read such bid, just as standard schedule. How could I do it? Best Regards Bartek

Hi, My VA pilot's recruitment is off ... And then , when i see pilots registering , i always refuse it ... But when the recruitment is on , the pilot ID starts with the last registered pilot , so i must change it manually Is there anyway to change it to normal ? Thx, Regards,

Hello all, I have recently downloaded and installed phpVMS and I only have a few questions, Is there a way to remove the phpVMS logo at the top of the page and add your airline logo? Is there a way to change the colour of the text and how do I change the colour of the lines etc in the admin centre? How can I add another page to the menu or how can I edit what it says on the menu. Thank you, your help is greatly appreciated

Ok, I HAVE searched and cannot find the answer, sorry. I have imported an SQL table, it worked and I can SEARCH for airports, but when I click on "add & edit airports" in the admin panel, the list does not display. I CAN search one at a time and that works, but I cannot get an entire list to display. All I get is an empty display. Any ideas please?

I have an issue with earning revenue from flights in the finances area. I flew the flight and subbmitted the preip, and it took the feul charge, but i earned no revenue from it. Also, the pilots pay shows up on my profile but not in the financals area.

I feel very odd asking. I set up an account with vaCentral for our airline and now that we have our website finished, we were ready to add the script for vaCentral to track our progress. When we got the codes, we were confused for what the API key means and the local.config.php we had to paste the info too. We don't have a file named that in our host, is that something we need to add or is there another file similar??? We tried the user guide (on vaCentral) but it comes back as an error. I am trying to add a button to my jqgrid schedule that will add and remove a bid from that schedule. I'm not exactly sure how to do it yet. The way it's setup is that I have my jqgrid in schedule_results.tpl. There are two javascript functions. One that does an ajax to add a bid and one that does an ajax to remove a bid. I also have some code in Schedules.php that feeds the information to the grid. Currently, all that I can do is press add in the grid and it will add a bid. Hello! I have been working on starting up my own VA. I just, without error, uploaded all of the PhpVMS files onto my 000webhost site. Hi, i have recently set up a VA and we made a few test accounts and have deleted them, now when we get new members it makes their Pilot ID way higher than the previous one. for example, our highest member id we had was 008 and i had changed him to a lower number to maintain consistency. And today we had someone sign up and the id went to 016. is there any way so that the next person will automatically be set to 009? thanks in advance Oli Trehearne

I am using the Simpilots Group Schedule Search. When I try to search for a flight, I get No Routes found. I believe it is because in the Schedule Search, "Select an Aircraft Type" drop down menu, does not show aircraft, even though in they are in the data base (Admin Center Add Edit Fleet) and all are active.
