I really want is that body which pilots are assigned automatically register your id from 101, 102.104, 105. Here's one for you big brains out there... When someone files a flight report using FSPassengers, their flight seems to change in the process; here's an expample: My system is setup for multiple airlines, a pilot bids for flight AA1459 and when he/she completes it and reports it to be reviewed it will be changed to WN1459. Even though I do have several airlines with the same flight number, I don't think it should be coming up that way if the flight on the pilot's report says that the flight number is AA1459 and not WN1459, so why is it doing this, since all of my flights do not repeat Airline IATA codes for flight numbers? the flight numbers may repeat but the IATA code…

On my old site, I had a page that showed a pilots stats by aircraft type. It listed how many hours a pilot flew per aircraft and had a "certified" picture if he flew enough hours.... Anyways, how is the best way to go about pulling out that info from the database? Ok, sorry to bring this up again, but I am getting pissed off that I can't figure this out. I want to expand my drop down menu and I have tried and tried, but can't get it right without starting from scratch. I just want to add a 2 tier to the menu. Nabeel... can you please help me with this. I am wanting to change the pilot's pay to $4.00 per mile (basically what FSPassengers pays a pilot). Now I saw in this thread here Finance Data and found it in the File Manager, but can't quite understand it. How and/or where do I go to changing it to where my members get more cash in their pockets. A while back, I created several airlines in addition to Omega-Air (OMG). Some of them were Omega-Air Express (OME), Omega-Air Freight (OMF), etc. The idea was to allow for easier searching of routes. In that regard, it was successful. The problem is, that when pilots have been joining, they've been selecting amongst the airlines.. While that isn't necessarily bad, it is a bit of unnecessary chaos. Is there a way that would allow me to use the different airlines for sorting routes, etc., while only presenting a single one to those joining?

Seems like I have lost the red line on the acars map that shows the route?! I see the arrival/departure icons and nav icons along the way....bur NO red line showing the route. Any idea why this would disappear? I did not do anything, it just left. I cleared the cache and optimized tables, but this was after the line went away??

Hi all, I have been looking at the finances section of phpvms and wanted to know if there is anyway to make a per flight revenue entry like the per flight expenses entry system. The reason I want to do this is that my VA wants to try to reflect the possibility of passengers purchasing items during flight like refreshments as they do on low cost airlines. So either have it that an admin can enter an amount which then gets added to the overall va finances. Would this be possible, if not I will scrap the idea. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks

Hi Guys, Can someone help me out with the following issue? I have added Serious-airlines.com to the VACentral. The problem is when i want to add the logo via the gallery, i upload a picture that is 5kb. The size shouldn't be the problem because it's just as small as the rest of the companies. when i save the picture, nothing happens and the logo keeps showing "No Image". Hey guys ! I have a current Allegiant Air timetable and I'm having trouble scheduling 46 tail numbers amongst 244 routes. It feels like I don't have enough planes to route every plane to and from each hub. I need help looping tail numbers because all the flights are at different times of day and different days of the week and I always run out of planes before I can complete the schedule. I have received reports that when a user tries to register with the site it gives them the following error: Unknown column 'lastip' in 'field list' Also, When i try to add an aircraft i fill out all of the fields correctly and it says "There is an Error when adding aircraft" Lastly, When I try to add an Airport it adds but i can not see it in the Add/Edit Airport page. Heey, First I would like to congratulate the organizers / founders of the system phpvms! Congratulations! Now I would like to ask an aid to wise. My airline is slightly different, the tourism businesses that hire the planes, not "passengers". And so I wanted to add the route this field of tourism business, for in selecting routes to fly, select tourism businesses, not aircraft, etc.. I just caught someone rummaging around in my /phpvms/lib directory. One can assume someone wanted the code from one of my templates. Does anyone know of a way to prevent access to the directories without hampering the operation of the site? As for the person who did it, he or she was probably unaware that I log every access to the site and have their IP address, country, browser and system information. If that kind of activity continues, I will gladly publish it all over the internet.

I'm using as a template "clowdy", an inside "clowdy" folder I inserted the Register.php, email_registered.tpl and email_registrationaccepted.tpl, When a user is registering Im not receiving any mail ! could you please tell me what I'm missing? thanks

Hi! I need some help. I updated to version 2.1.934 and now when I submit a PIREP, I get redirected to my flights page as usual, but the pirep I just submitted is doesn't appear anywhere, not even in the admin center... Except that I receive the notification email... Any Idea? Thanks!

Ok I just noticed something really weird. We gave 6 airlines(wings). Our pilots can fly any flights even from other wings. when a pilot flies a flight another airline(wing) it tacks on the airline(wing)Id to the pilots pirep. I.E. my pilot Id is VMC0001, If I fly flight 56V1001 it will show the pirep with the pilot ID as 56V0001. It still gives me the hours under my VMC0001 id. and it shows in my list of pireps on my pilot center. Any Ideas?

So this will be my last request at the moment. Well, I tried to add an award called "100 Flights". When I added that adward to a pilot I searched at the office for his profile, but instead of the award-picture I´m just able to view the name of the award "100 Flights".
