i have this problem for 2-3 days now. My pilots are sending their pirep, they are accepted byt in their profile shows less flights, for example a pilot has 7 accepted pireps and only 4 flights. any help??

Currently when a pilot is market inactive/Retired they have to contact Staff to to change their status. Where is this set in the code? We want them to be able to file a PIREP and change their status back to active. The filing can be done either manually or via ACARS.

Hello, I think it is not only in my VA that, when I go to get a flight number in kacars, it searches for any flight, even if it is not in "my reservations", how can I change it? (Leave only to fetch a flight number when the flight is booked) Thanks.

Hello to everyone !!!☺️ First of all I would like to say that I am very happy with phpvms I am new and I will really try day by day to learn and read more and more to get better. My point is this: I would like to add the flags of the countries next to the ICAO airpots on recent flights. I try some things buy I dont found any solution unfortunately. Is that possible? If anyone knows something about that please help me. Thank you so much !!!

Ok I can not edit one of my Airport in the admin section. It is listed as KVGB and should be KVBG. It lets me put the correct IVAO in but then changes it back to the wrong one when I click the Edit Button. Next how can we delete Airports. And finally When I add new Airports and click Lookup it does not Find Most of the new ones I am putting in. Mind You We are a Military VA So most are USAF Bases or US naval Air Stations. Any Ideas or Help would be appreciated. Lloyd

Sorry if this has been discussed already, but I've been trying to change the date format to UK (d/m/Y) in the admin panel and it's still telling me the news I post is on the 3rd day of the 14th month... How can I fix this? Thanks.

Hey guys, Does anyone have some code which displays the last location of a pilot based on PIREP data which can be used with the rest of the signature data. I'm assuming once I have the code it will go in PilotData.class but please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!

Hello, I was making a page on my site for pilots which has discount codes for them to use on flight sim websites, but i wanted them to only be able to access the page when they have completed a certain number of flying hours (so people wont just join to ge tthe discount then never being seen flying with the va again) So I was wondering if there was a code for this? I really hope someone can help me with this! Basically, I've copied and pasted the PIREP form into a new location and that should be the primary location to file PIREPs. However, I just clicked "Submit Pirep" without filling out anything and it told me I didn't fill out all the required fields, but it gave me that message on the old PIREP form, which I assume is the default location to submit PIREP's right now. I would like to change that default page and then delete the old page. Hope this makes sense! Thanks in advance!

The acars map shows the planned route. Is there a way to show the actual flown route (thus far) on the acars map? Since the aircraft bubble updates on the acars map, the data should be available. TIA!

Some pilot data information that is selected with a drop-down menu automatically resets to a default value whenever I click on 'Edit Pilot'. For example, I manually set ranks but if I edit a Captain it automatically changes the pilot's rank field to 'new hire'. I also have a cutom field for 'Real World Pilot' but regardless of the selected value it resets to the first option when I go to the edit pilot page. Some fields such as pilot's hub do not have this error.

Hey Guys, I seem to be having a problem with the email settings. When I go to send out a mass email or email a particular group of pilots it says it sends but never goes through to the sender. Is this a problem with the database or local config settings? Also If I have a domain email can this be setup so that phpvms uses that to send the emails to pilots? We have expenses to simulate a real airline, but since 2 month every expense is doubled without changing something. The doubled expandes came in the database at the beginning of the monnth. In the phpvms_expenselog the expanses are twice, so that me make a big loss and the end of the month. Is there an option to fix that?

Hi guys Just downloaded and setup on my host (1and1 using php 7.4) All went well until I log in. and I get the error that it can't find /profile/1? Also no icons are showing. I had to delete my main folder .htaccess file as I would get a 500 page error otherwise trying to setup

Hi When we set up our PHPVMS site we were feeling lazy, and so imported a list of all the airports in the world. Big mistake. Our list of airports, when searching for flights is incredibly slow (it takes 5 minutes to fully load). To start combating this, we started querying and deleting airports that weren't gonna be used (ones from Syria n stuff) Aside from finding more batches to delete, is there any way to optimize this? https://gyazo.com/1d991bdba7d4d564798552c38811e029 (Sort of an example, but it takes so long to show the names I cant fit it into a gif) Michael

Nabeel, While editing any pilot's information from the Admin Center, If I click the "Save Changes" button the top says "Profile updated successfully" but then no changes have actually been done. I have tried several accounts and the same problem exists for each member. I'm not sure why it isn't working as it was before. Should I re-install the admin stuff again through cPanel or is there a quick fix up your sleeve?

If you look at my vacentrail page i was doing pretty good by avraging over 50 flights a month and it my fault i lost everything it was my host. So yeah can i please reset some of the numbers to my original if i have to restart at 0 then its not worth all the money and hours i put in to my VA.

ok first off all today i am to lazy to do a search as i am still hangover from X-mass so i am gonna shoot it here and hope to get an awnser now in the local config we can set a va to maintanance telling people to come back later or watever we type there. is there a possabilaty to link it to a tpl file where pilots could register and some info is shown. thanks in advanse your lazynes joeri

Hi, I have copied all SQL database for the tables of my 9 pilots and put it into the SQL database on the new server. When adding the pilots hours, for some reason or another if i give them 03:30 hours, phpvms says -03:30 hours. How do you get minus hours? Even when the hours are reset to 0 and then added manually by flying a pirep it still says - 03:30. Does any one know whats going on? Many thanks chris
