hi there, im in the process of mkaing a new VA, so obviously im adding all the relevant information. NOW for some reason, when i click the accept button on pending pilot registrations it doesnts do anything, also i cannot airports, i submit the right information but i get and error saying "cannot add airport" many thanks in advance Leigh

Good afternoon everyone, I am in the need of some assistance with phpVMS. What I'm trying to achieve is have one main phpVMS airline with another phpVMS airline in a sub-directory. When trying to log into the pvpVMS airline within the sub-directory, it also logs me in on the main site as someone with the same pilot id. This is not what I want, as these are two complete separate airlines. Thanks, Dillon Lalor

Hello all, As i am still bust with configuring everything and translating everything i noticed a strange thing in the calculated distances in the flight schedules. I have routes with 2 decimals and with three Example: EHAM -ZBAA = 4231.03 and EHAM - LFPG = 215.289 Is there anyway to change this so it wil automaticly going to round figure like EHAM -ZBAA = 4231 and EHAM - LFPG = 215 Tnx and have a great 2011 Regards, Cor

is it possbile if i assgin a aircraft to a route and i assgin a same aircraft to a different routes. How can i adviod like the aircraft is in use? I dont want to put over 50 same aircrafts with different regs. How can i make one aircaft open that wont say aircraft is in use. Please Help Me?

Keep in mind i have changed nothing on my site, When I go to the admin panel I have no general settings and on my pages I'm getting this error. I have no idea what's going on as I have changed nothing and the site was fine until last night. I mistakenly emptied the settings table in mysql.

I was playing around with acars and after I logged of and shut down xplane using XACARS 20 min later its still showing I'm in a "current flight" Could this be due to a refresh rate and check on Xacars/acars file. I'm still fairly new to acars. KC

We use the schedule to verify the PIREP detail when using kACARS. While I can make a link to the schedule table grid to search the flight number, I would like to also display the schedule data of schedule aircraft, schedule flight level, & schedule flight time on the completed PIREP, both in Admin/pireps_list & Core/pirep_viewreport. Has anyone done this? Gents in the schedule module there is a box named " flight flown ". Unfort its not updating - it shows only 1 or max 2 flights flown on this certain route. Hey guys! Is there a way to change the aircraft and maintain the same flight number? In phpVMS if you can't have the same flight number on different aircraft, but Kacars was able to go around that problem by alowing you to change the aircraft. Is it possible to do the same in cAcars? Hi there, I have created a new group named Commanding Officers, and I gave the following access: ACCESS_ADMIN MODERATE_PIREP The idea is to have the group have acces to approve pireps, but nothing else. I also have a test account added to the group, but the admin page is not showing up at all. Do I miss some settings perhaps? Hello all i need to know if someone have the solution when i need to send email to the pilots it go to SPAM folder in tier email like gmail and if the pilot did -THIS IS NOT SPAM- it will come in the normal folder but other pilot still in SPAM guys if u have any solution for this please help
