Hey guys, I have a question, how do i let my pilots register with a default pilot ID? Meaning, lets say i want my VA registration to be MIK as default and my airline ICAO will be MAS or AXM? I am currently using Ocean blue skin. Can i any guide me how to achieve this?

Hi All I'm trying to get the map zoom in the view.php template to be a wider zoom! is it possbile if i assgin a aircraft to a route and i assgin a same aircraft to a different routes. How can i adviod like the aircraft is in use? I dont want to put over 50 same aircrafts with different regs. How can i make one aircaft open that wont say aircraft is in use. Please Help Me?

Hi everyone, I'm having some problens with some modules, for exemple, when i select the pilot brief this error shows "Fatal error: Class 'NavData' not found in /home/a2949596/public_html/dov/core/common/SchedulesData.class.php on line 237" i would like to know if i have to change every file to .tpl or not ?? Hi folks, I have a running phpvms on my web and I have a another website, and I want to know if there is a way I can embed the live acars map? I tried figuring out the root part of the acars map. for an ex: www.website.com/map but cant find it on the files. Hope this is clear. Hey guys, I've tried to fix this problem for a few weeks now. But when you go here - http://flycirrusair.com/index.php/pilots and scroll to the bottom My hours show all messed up. I have re-filed the pirep's, removed tranfered hours, and all that but it still says that. Any help is good! Thanks

Has VMS got to the stage where a pilot can select any aircraft for a given route rather than the admin chosen one? I only ask as I flew 2 routes with a 767 and had 737 capacity. Thanks Richard

Hi, Today I started to setup my VA. It all seems to work great with the exception that it does not show in the list of airlines on VA Central. I see stuff about API Key's etc on these forums but am totally lost as to where this key is found or what should be done with it if found. I know I need to do something with my local.config.php. Could someone take me step by step as to what I need to do? Thanks for any help at all.

I have two different questions, but I don't want to post two different threads because I've already posted so many. First problem: I have just moved the PIREP form to the pilot dashboard and none of the dropdown menus work (ex when you try to select your airline, nothing comes up). I know this has something to do with me moving the form. Second problem: I want to also move the schedules to the pilot dashboard. However, it is split into many different templates, and I don't know how to move the whole thing so that pilots can search schedules. If any of you have some sort of solution to any one of these problems, please say so. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I created a page to show all the scheduled routes. I put this in that pages .htm file <?php MainController::Run("Routemap", "index"); ?> It works but only shows the first 25 routes. On the forum I read about some references to a limit but I can't find where that limit is set. How can I increase the limit of routes that it shows? Thanks

When i add a page from the admin panel. It automatically adds links to the page in the menu bars (navigational). I am using obsess blue and i thought maybe theres a code in layout.tpl that does that and i should delete? But what is it? thanks!

Keep in mind i have changed nothing on my site, When I go to the admin panel I have no general settings and on my pages I'm getting this error. I have no idea what's going on as I have changed nothing and the site was fine until last night. I mistakenly emptied the settings table in mysql.

Can someone please give me a step by step guide on how to install the beta over my current live version. Every time some of my pages no longer work. What I do is i just upload the beta version right on my server overwriting everything that is there. When I try to run the updater it tells me that its already updated. can someone please shed some light on this for me. Thanks

I am in the process of moving from a custom designed acars and webpage to phpvms. I was able to get most of the information moved over but it seems that I can't import multiple routes with the same flight number. An Example would be SWA 2536 which is PIT to MDW continuing to SLC. What is the right way to get this information imported? When I try a CSV mass import the routes get overwritten and the last one in the csv file is what sticks..

I have a problem, when a pilot completes a flight, it is still on the map! I changed the settings under: # ACARS options # Minutes, flights to show on the ACARS # Default is 720 minutes (12 hours) Config:: Set ('ACARS_LIVE_TIME', 3); Config:: Set ('ACARS_DEBUG', false); Would not have to delete the old information? I do some more procedure?

Hi All, Just a quick question, whenever someone attempts to login they get "Login to access this feature" however this only occurs on Tablets or Mobile Devices. Logging in on a computer works fine no issue. Is there a fix for this? Regards,

hello Friends I was thinking of creating a way to block the trial of a pilot if he did not pass the exam, work well. The test would be using free exam module When the pilot clicks on the exam would be redirected to the requested examination. If the pilot close the page or do not pass the exam, to ask again, would open a popup message saying the following information "You did the test in less than 5 days. Return to complete the time!" Do we need a system that locks the same IP that the pilot restart your computer to reset the IP, which is identified that pilot already took the exam
