Over the last couple of days I have been building up my schedules data base. After uploading this new data base to the system and checking it all against the website search functions and showing correctly installed the next day when I went to the search functions I wasn't able to search any schedules. I re imported my schedules to see if that resolved the issue, however during the upload it says airline codes do not exist? So I went to check the airlines list and that is now completely blank.... Hi all, I'm currently going through a stage of trying to move our Mass Emails over from the local hosting to a dedicated system designed for mass email marketing as my VA has gone over 100 active pilots and our hosting keeps shutting our email system down whenever we mass email due to 'spam protection' I've spent hours on the forums and I've updated the Local config php as well as other associated files to enter the SMTP/Auth/User data, tries TLS, SSL etc and have had no luck. I've even correctly set up the DNS and MX records (and reverted the MX Records for further testing) MailGun seems to make mention of an API requirement however it doesn't seem to be m…

Is it possible for two VA's to share the same pilot table but nothing else? For example, I have VA "A" with 20 pilots and I want to create a new VA "B". I want the pilots from VA "A" to be able to login to VA "B" using the same pilotID and password they have in VA "A".. Other then the same pilot ID and password I want them the be completely separate. I'm basically wanting signal sign on between the two VA's. Thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to create a Fuel Rate indicator for my VA, but I'm not an expert on PHP, can someone help? I already have each pirep report showing what I called the Fuel Rate (the idea is to have a value that demonstrates, for each flight, the percentage of fuel spent in relation to what was initially foreseen by the VA for that given flight). Has anyone tried yet to integrate the Air Hauler program output with vms ? My pilots have been asking so I thought that I would try here before I start my own (gonna be very slow) investigation. I am looking for only very basic integration right now the pilots simply enter the Air Hauler route as a charter on kACARS and track it while they fly it on AH. It would be nice if I could just pull the VMS info right from AH logs.

Hello, Today I have created my test template on an old domain with phpvms 5.5. The template worked but when i installed it on a new phpvms installation on my other domain the template wont work. The php version on bot domains are at 5.5 and also simpilot 5.5 versions are installed on both domains. Also the crystal template work like it should. Any ideas what could be wrong. Hey guys, I have got a problem with the close bids after expire function. The CRON job removes the bid so it`s no longer displayed under the recentbids but as i have disable SCHED on BIDS active it doesn`t show up in my schedules again after the cron job has removed the bid. I have to delete the flight completely from the schedules and add it as a new flight in order to make it show up again. Hi, everybody! I'm trying to translate those messages in the Activity Feed, on phpVMS 5.5.x, such as "PILOT_NAME has just joined, welcome aboard!" or "PILOT_NAME has been promoted to NEW_RANK". Those kind of messages are inserted on phpvms_activiityfeed table in the database. I've searched the class, the module and the template files to try to find where those messages are coming from, so I can translate them into portuguese, but I just can't find it. Could anybody help me with that path? Thank you!

Hi dears, is possible to put a combo box in registration form? For example: If a pilot select the airline "Iberia" automatically the hub will select "LEMD" in stead of the pilot can select. In other words the hub case will be lock (as a placeholder="") How can I do it?

Morning all, I have had this problem for some time now, and just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem and knows how to fix it. When accepting PIREPS and editing profiles after the acceptance/upload of a avatar i get this error.
