Folks, we just start building our routes and in looking at the schedules the spacing is all messed up on every page In IE it looks better than firefox which looks all messed up example: http://southernairvirtual.com/phpvms/index.php/schedules/brief/17 http://southernairvirtual.com/phpvms/index.php/schedules/view I have looked at the headers file and the associated schedule templates and can not figure out what I am doing wrong. any ideas?

hi there! thanks for the great update! :-) i have a problem with xacars...it´s the 1st time for using this tool. before i had the normal fsacars. i´m able to fill out all the fields in xacars well and the tool starts sucessfully the connection to the fs2004. after a flight i can upload the pirep without any error...everything works fine...but on the live map there is always the dep SLVR and arrival SGAS ?!?! and the flight number is also different. i´m not a pro in understanding your PHP-language...so maybe you have an easy answer :-) maybe the old program fsacars (i´m not using it anymore) did an error in the past ?!?! anyway...fixing this problem is just to see the …

Hi all again! Since i have no idea how to implement phpVMS into my site, i was wondering can someone help me with original FsACARS scripts, as they are easiest for me to install on site. I'm not sure what server is used to find airports, but when I enter KLUF, I should get Luke Air Force Base (IATA: LUF, ICAO: KLUF) Glendale, AZ. Instead I get a reference to Litchfield Airport which could conceivably refer to a defunct Litchfield NAS or Litchfield Municipal Airport (ICAO: KLJF. Any thoughts?

Ok, first I did what sim pilot suggested on the below forum post. I made it where retired pilots don't show on the public pilot roster but do show on the backend pilot list and I set that no pilots can login if they are retired. http://forum.phpvms.net/index.php?topic=2099.0 Anyways, When I go look at an account that was auto retired their status doesn't change. It still says "Active". Is there a way that when a pilot auto retires their status changes on the backend so I won't have any issues seeing which pilots are in "Inactive" status? Also, perhaps a sort function could be included to sort by active and inactive on the backend. I'm running beta 868. Thanks, …

Hello, I would like to add all the fleet on each route flown, is there any option to do that automatically without having to write the very same route all over again for every aircraft?? Ex: If I have 3 Aircraft: A320 with reg: N123, N456, N789 And if I am creating route from point A to point B Flight UAL007 Then Do I really have to write 3 route insted of one with all 3 reg? ex: A to B UAL007 N123 A to B UAL007 N456 A to B UAL007 N789 I am asking that because I have a real fleet listing with 22 different aircraft type and each type got between 10 to 20 reg... hi... once more im having problems on my site... today started testing the FsAcars and when sending the PIREP it showed error sending log but the PIREP is there at leasta part of it since it isnt complete now i suppose it has something to do with permision because after accepting it when i wanted to check my badge it gave an writte error (can remember the exact error) and im sure i gave writte permision to lib/signatures folder... but i fixed givin writte permissions to all the files on the folder The hours updated on the va statics fine but the badges still show 0... and now when trying to send a pirep manually from the web it sended it fine but it shows this error on …

I have made 2 flights and when i try to go and fly them, they dont show up. I am very new to this site and have been looking for about 3 hours and cant find anything on it. Also fsacars doesnt show flights from va also. If anyone can help please do. thanks in advance.

Maybe this is a future request. Is there a way to introduce a penalty on hard landings? At our VA, the maximum allowed landing rate is -500f/m. We would need something that will reduce the pilots income on hard landings. Let's say: - between -1f/m and -500f/m 0 penalty - between -501f/m and 550 f/m 50 penalty ............... - more than 800f/m pirep automatically refused.

Hey there, My VA has three/four separate divisions, and each of them would like their own news category. The thing is, phpVMs does not have an option for this at the moment. I can simply add a column to the database, but can somebody point me in the right direction as to how to edit the admin module to display a drop-down with possible menu categories, and to display news from only one category on certain pages? If all else fails then I could use manual SQL queries but I'd prefer the proper method. Thank you, Kieran

My hosting service is stopping access to its MySQL4 servers. While phpVMS mainly works with MySQL5, there are one or two glitches. Are there any plans to release a version that will be compatible with MySQL5? Thanks, Ken

Ok weird problem searched around on the forums couldn't find anything on it. The data for the current ACARS is exported fine: legend-virtual.co.cc/action.php/acars/data but the map and table below don't display any of that data: http://www.legend-virtual.co.cc/index.php/acars. So I'm kind of stuck here not really sure where to start. I went through most of the scripts and compared them with a fresh install, but didn't see any problems. I can't figure out why it isn't working. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Hello again, i would like to use some data that fspax includes in the log, for further use. If some values are used, like touch down rate, or bonus/penalty points, these values could be used in executing specific calculations and then use the results furthermore For example, i would like to have a "pilot of the month" award, which would win the pilot that makes the more miles in each month. And i could have a total points system for pilots. This system could give monthly rates, or work just cumulative. Since the forum does not allow search on less than 4 characters and the Documentation "forum" is less than adequate, I guess I have to do this the old fashion way and throw a fishing line out and see who responds. Hi ! First, thanks a lot for phpVms which is very interesting and user-friendly and in advance sorry for my English, I'm french. I have installed phpVms and actually, I'm using kAcars. kAcars is a great software (stable & user-friendly too). Everything is OK, but during the flight, my live map displays the flight but not the current position of the aircraft, you know, the blue icon with an airplane. There is something I have missed ? Hi folks, my web host doesn't allow external databases. But if I knew what connections I need I could maybe get some exceptions(ip addresses or similar) Reason for asking: some features like Live fuel, doesn't work with our server, and also if we are going to use VAcentral we need a external access. Good day, When I use IE8 and view a PIREP report the Google map comes up blank, only the heading "Route Map" displays after the ACARS report. If I use FF the map displays perfectly. I know the one simple solution "Don't use IE", I would appreciate some help please. Using 2.1.915 and only added <div> at the top of the code to center in display area, no other changes. Cheers Mark

Hi guys, When i add an airport it normally changed the lattitude/longtitude and the Airport name... When i fetch, it only checks the fuel pricing and the rest is nog filled in. Anyone else has this problem? Regards, Lucas
