Hi i am New Here and wanted to start my own VA so need little help from anyone who knows Coding Stuff Basically the Idea was to alot Pilots Assignments according to there ranks so pilots can see in Pilot CP what flights they have for today so they can achieve VA allocated Flights Per month. I want to prevent downloading of any zips by putting the address in your browser, so I can control who is downloading. I added it to the htaccess as follows, but no luck <FilesMatch "\.(htaccess|htpasswd|ini|phps|fla|psd|log|sh|tpl|zip)$"> Order Allow,Deny Deny from all </FilesMatch>

My site rexently started giving lots of errors which never happened before, and now the website twitches and the size of the font changed from normal to huge! Please help. I do the maintenance in admin panel atleast every other day. But it still goes crazy... Never happened before!

We have a couple inactive members. Local.config is set to default 90 days or we can manually place a member inactive. Problem is in the admin panel we show active and inactive members with the same count. When staff emails to active members only the inactive members receive the emails. Also it is my understanding that members, in our case if they don't file a report in 90 days, they should automatically go inactive. This has never worked. 30 - 60 - 90 days doesn't make any difference, system is not detecting this and it is becoming a problem with inactive members who receive emails. Don't want to loose their stats by deleting them totally.

Hi, For some reason this has just started to popup on my site when accepting pireps, Warning: imagecreatefromstring(): Empty string or invalid image in /core/common/PilotData.class.php on line 1016 so i went over and deleted all the signatures and recreated them all from the admin side, that produced the same error but the images are being created, any ideas what is causing this? Hello. Would anyone here know how to do delete a row from a MySQL database after a certain date? so lets say someone puts in 11/12/2012 in a form text-box and is sent to a table in a MySQL database, when the date 11/12/2012 comes, the row in the MySQL database will delete? I am attempting to create a test environment in order to make some website changes/testing without affecting the production environment. Is there a good way of copying the production environment into a test environment. I installed a fresh copy of phpvms and overwrote most of the files, but doesn't seem to bring all the formatting over properly. Thanks!

I want to sort my airlines aircraft in ascending order when the pilot comes to choose his aircraft for submission of a pirep. I have tried two ways so far. in local config i did this. /* Sort the aircraft by order*/ Config::Set('AIRCRAFT_ORDER_BY', 'name ASC'); That doesn't appear to work. I also went into my mysql db and went into operations changing the alter table order from "id" to "name", but that doesnt seems to work either. OK, first of all I know that a lot of folk on here are in major debt in their finances. Obviously with the high fuel prices, overcoming them and expenses are a big challenge. What makes it harder for us is we are a low-cost airline. I recently jacked up the prices a bit to try to cover costs more, however, if you see the real-world low-cost airlines like easyJet, Ryanair and Jet2, they can all cope - with prices as low as £10 or less. Now the big difference here is number of flights. They will fly hundreds to thousands of flights per day (Ryanair flies over 1500 and easyJet over 900) and that will of course add to fuel costs. Hello there, I have just installed phpVMS on my webhost and I am a rookie at this system to be fair. I have installed it, it's working well, but there's one issue which happens to be that I cannot login. It says "Invalid login or password...". I am using information I provided during install, and it does not let me log in. When I do "Forgot Password", it does not send anything to my e-mail. Whichever way you put it, I'm locked out. I have set a member as inactive, but the pilot is still able to log in. Used drop-down (Active/Inactive) in Admin Center Checked phpMyAdmin to see, and yes, it is showing as 1 Is there something I missed?

Hello All, FlyFlorida is about to under go a facelift! However i'm having abit of bother trying to put a maintenance skin over the website. I know that you can put one on through the CPanel however i want the option for my pilots to still be able to sign into their accounts and log flights for the airline. Hey guys. I keep on trying to install the new Beta release into my VA and once I upload it to my ftp, I am not able to extract it. The file is good and downloaded it a couple of times. I have tried different releases and different computers and still no luck. Does anybody know of this error? Thanks in advance!

I have been searching the forum but cannot find anything, so im posting a new thread, if something like this exists please just point me in the direction of that thread:) My "problem" is that now when i push my pilot brief for my booked flight I get about four pages, one page with info in REALLY small text, and 3 pages with weather charts that are really small... Is there any "addon" that changes the layout of the pilot brief? what i want is more focus on the route. Any ideas? /Niklas (Oh nooo! hey guys i was hoping if someone can help me to show my recent downloads uploaded on the main page or on pilot profile would be great because sometimes when we update the download section or upload a new Acars version or Aircrafts people still be asking so i think it would be great idea to show recent uploaded download would be easier for pilots to know?
