Nabeel, I have on the pilots page a last flight, if we have a new joiner with no flight this defaults to 01.Jan.1970 Example, http://www.easyjetva.com/index.php/pilots, if there any way to mod this out to display N/A or none as apposed to the date if no flight has been flown yet?

While we were using primarily standin routes which were essential placeholders so our pilots could fly anywhere, I didn't notice the problem since all flights were to and from the same point and thus always returned 0 as a distance. Now, however, I've added some standard routes to the schedule, yet no matter where they are, they calculate zero distance. Any ideas? This isn't an urgent problem since I can calculate the distances on my own, but it would be handy to have this feature back. Thanks.

Hello, i would like to change the way we insert the airports when adding a new schedule. I would prefer to type the ICAO instead of choosing from the drop down menu. Any idea how to change the code in phpvms admin?

As described really, all the other stats work other than totalhours flown. It shows no reading? on .930. Do i have to set it to true somewhere? i have checked config files but cant see anything?

Hi guys, After the update i added some expenses, but when i look at the finacial reports, this is what i get: 2010-03 42 € 3,131,204.00 € 1,394.40 € 0.00 (€ -1,650,439.88) € 1,479,429.93 2010-04 32 € 2,579,122.00 € 1,955.37 € 0.00 (€ -1,466,179.79) € 1,013,595.17 the 0.00 stands for expenses.... it looks like it's not calculating anything... and this problem is for all the previous months as well. It occurs to me that php VMS provides a page to publicly list pilots and hubs, but none to list the fleet. I think that might be a nice feature. You know, ICAO code, full a/c name , tail number, and an option for a graphic. Until that happens, does anyone care to share an example of such a page. At my age, I'm too old a dog to learn new tricks.

A while back, I created several airlines in addition to Omega-Air (OMG). Some of them were Omega-Air Express (OME), Omega-Air Freight (OMF), etc. The idea was to allow for easier searching of routes. In that regard, it was successful. The problem is, that when pilots have been joining, they've been selecting amongst the airlines.. While that isn't necessarily bad, it is a bit of unnecessary chaos. Is there a way that would allow me to use the different airlines for sorting routes, etc., while only presenting a single one to those joining?

Hi Do you think that it is possible to add a management of the aircraft in the future bases phpvms? For example, if a plane flight of KMIA Miami to KJFK Kenedy, that this same aircraft is obliged to leave for a new flight since Kenedy and only since this airport. Today, the PHPVMS base yours not account of this fact and yet if a aircraft to land on an airport, he/it can only to take off this same airport, except if there is evidently téléportation with Spock mister and capitain kurck in the cockpit and that the aircraft is called enterprise.

Hello everyone, i am still working on my new VA, we are not open to public yet so this is a good time for us to get all our little adjustments made, although this is something that is really annoying me and i havent been able to fix: When i load up my VA in the likes of Google Chrome the menu bar is really unresponsive and the site generally slow, my VA likes chrome, but chrome clearly doesnt feel the same way :L In Mozzila the site runs generally well, but when you change tabs and then come back it takes a bit to load again. IE, the site doesnt even display properly, not sure about the latest version. not sure about other browsers... website - click here any ideas…

Copied the original file "core/templates/pages_items.tpl" and placed in "lib/skins/MyTemplate/pages_items.tpl", this is ignored showing always the original.

Hi everyone, I have just installed phpVMS, the installation procedure was succesful, however after I log in with the e-mail/pass supplied at the installation time, I cannot acces /admin I get : An Error Was Encountered Unauthorized access. I tried to do a clean install ( deleted database and files ) whith no results. I have noticed that the last page during the installation phase does not look as the one in the installation instructions on the site - it is an empty page and does not ahave a link to the admin panel or the main site, and no footer. I do not provide any links as this is installed on a VM and my IP is dynamic. Thanks.

My VA after the disaster is moving servers I'm being offered a installation but how can i keep my original settings because i didn't lose all my template files in MYsql should i just overwrite the new ones with the old ones? And i lost my old states for the VA but i have a record of the most recent stat of flights,hours and pilots can i reestablished this because it would be a b**ch to start everything at Zero thanks.
