I'm wanting to make my (mysite.com/index.php) page refresh after so amount of time (1 minute). I placed the code in, but now my whole site refreshes after one minute has gone by. Is there a way to just have the main page refresh?

I set up my ranks so all hours required are 0 and I'm going to assign them manually. When a new pilot signs up, their rank is newhire, but there is no newhire rank and no icon? I changed something somewhere to rank autoupdate false. Any help apprecieated, thanks

Caling all ACARS afficianadoes!! The flight simulator i use is FlightGear, an open source flight sim sharing many similarities and processes with Xplane. I am trying to do a clean install on my current server in a sub-domain as per my support dept. I have followed the instructions on copy files and change permissions to 777 on my server. I then go to my browser url and try to install from the install/install.php I had a time zone error but that has been fixed . Hi Guys Here is my problem, The last Beta build (Cant remember which one it was) stopped showing the live map. I never cared much to check what going on, I honestly thought its probably must a setting I screwed up. Last night I upgraded to the latest Beta Version 1.3.787 and I still cannot see the live map. I have been to a few other phpVMS users' sites and I can see their live map with no issue. I can see the Route maps and the pirep maps with no problems. I did a search in the forums for this occurrence and tried some of the solutions mentioned there, nut nothing is brining it back. hi there! thanks for the great update! :-) i have a problem with xacars...it´s the 1st time for using this tool. before i had the normal fsacars. i´m able to fill out all the fields in xacars well and the tool starts sucessfully the connection to the fs2004. after a flight i can upload the pirep without any error...everything works fine...but on the live map there is always the dep SLVR and arrival SGAS ?!?! and the flight number is also different. i´m not a pro in understanding your PHP-language...so maybe you have an easy answer :-) maybe the old program fsacars (i´m not using it anymore) did an error in the past ?!?! anyway...fixing this problem is just to see the …

Here is what im trying to achieve, any help would be appreciated as its been a while since i have dived deep in to the code pf vms. When a pilot is deleted and their is data in the system ie from a screen shot or past event it displays the pilot as 0000, now is there a way to globally set that to echo something else out via the config file? Hello again, I have edited the local.cfg to show Australia centered on the live map which works well, But when I go to veiw my flgihts from my profile, it shows the default location. I have looked everywhere that I can think of to change it, but all pages show that its getting its settings from the local.cfg in which I have already changed. Is there anything else that I have missed ? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Adam

Gentlemen, I would not trouble you if it weren't important. I run six VA's built on phpvms and I have resolved most of my own issues with various skins I use. But right now I am at a loss to my issue. When I go to he admin to post a new news topic or do a bulk email, the editor same as I'm typing in now is missing. have reloaded the admin panel but to no avail. Let me explain what I have done. Hi there, We have recently changed the background for our signatures and it is working for others but not for me. I have selected the new background in my profile and I have selected the Reset Signatures link in the maintenance section of the admin panel. It is regenerating the signatures however for me it is regenerating the signature with the old background which is no longer on the server my site is hosted at. There is only one background file in the background folder. Does anyone have any ideas what is happening and how I can sort this out. My Vice-ceo would normally sort this but he is currently on holiday. Cheers

This is not my site, I'm just designing it. When I log in, it gives me the already logged in error. So, I click Pilot Centre, only to be told to login. I can't access the Admin panel to clear cache or anything because of this. It happened after I edited something in the local.config.php (above the do not edit part).
