I currently have some code put in to show the payrate in the pilot's profile. I would like to have this amount update with the pay adjustment feature in the admin panel. Hello, I have imported a schedule that has 10900 flight legs/segments, I have figured out that it imports all 10900 of them but it doesn't show all of them on the view schedule tab of the admin side and doesnt display all of them on smartcars. I am wonder if there is a maxium number of routes that the system can handle, and to get that number would be great if there is. if there isnt what would be the work around? example: i have 4 routes (flt #105 KLGA-KSTL days of the week (12345)) (flt #105 KLGA-KSTL days of the week (0 and or 7)) (Flt#105 KSTL-KMDW days of the week (12345)) (FLT#105 KPIT-KMDW days of the week ( 6)) …

I have an issue with my SmartCars for my virtual airline about pilots getting a "Pirep Filing Error" when filing the pirep at the end of the flight. After clicking on send the pirep, the following error occurs (image attached). Has anyone gone through this? how did you solve it?

When you fill in the system goes to the login page of the phpvms pages...You can also see it like that:at the belstarpage: when you don't fill in anything,the system says "you have to fill in..."at the indexpage: nothing is mentionedI find it quite strange as it uses identically the same code!Do you know why?

OK, I'm encountering a new error: pilots cannot submit flights. This time both in IE and FF.I'm getting the message "The flight code and number you entered is not a valid route!" (although the flight is in the database)Another pilot gets the message "You must fill out all of the required fields"I don't think I have edited this template, although not the submit button.Help!

I did some changes to my VA and that included changes with a new site, but that isn't really a problem. I installed phpvms on this site and it is going great, but when I try to import the schedule, all it says is "DO NOT REFRESH OR STOP THIS PAGE" but nothing with the schedule shows up below. You can download the schedule and take a look, but everything should work fine. Why won't it import? Everytime i try to install this script i get to the installer with no problems, then after checking the database, it say ok, i click install and the following error comes up: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/sites/*******/public_html/fly/core/classes/CodonAJAX.class.php on line 144 I'm using the latest php, mysql, the server is uptodate, but i am using Apache 2.Anyone else had this problem?

Hey i just now noticed this...but when i look at the flight schedule i see all my scheduled flights...that's a good thing but then when i look at them i see where it says times flown and they are all set to zero...is there a way to fix this or are you going to be fixing it in the next version....and how come when i have a flight scheduled that is less than a hour like .3 or .4 it sets it to zero.....thanks for the help!

When I try to go to a different page in the admin panel I can't. When I scroll over the options at the top the sub menus pop up, then when I move the mouse down to choose one of the options( ex. Operations, then schedules) the submenu goes away immediately after my mouse moves away from the main word(ex. operations). I hope I explained this problem well enough. Thanks!

Hey Fantastic system, next time i get paid you shall be having a slice I have a problem though, the Badges only work right for certain pilots, the rest of them are all out of place with a picture. I've been truly amazed at how simple this system is to setup and use, and I've finally hit a road block. I've added a page through the admin center that is supposed to go to a SMF forum set-up from the front page, and I've tried using a php redirect to link it, but it doesn't work. When you click on the link, it still shows the sidebar and just says Forums in the title. What am I not doing right? If it helps, the directory structure looks like this http://mid-americanva.comyr.com/index.php The forums are at http://mid-americanva.comyr.com/smf/index.php If it helps, I do have access to view and edit my .htaccess file.
