Hi all. I would like to give pilots the option to move hubs from the pilot centre>Edit My Profile, Email and Avatar page. (profile_edit.tpl). If someone could help me with the required code, I would be very grateful?

Hello all, Did a search, but didn't see any info on this issue. When I go into the phpVMS admin and click Airline Operations > Flight Schedules & Routes it is blank. However, if I check the database all my flights and routes are there. Whew.... I've tried multiple browser and multiple PC's to rule out a browser cache issue. Any thoughts? Jerry

Dear Folks i am really pissed of because of my Email system incoming/outgoing both not working at all from last one month i changed my hosting as well i thought maybe it was problem from my hosting provider but again after transferring to another hosting again the same problem remains i checked with my hosting provider as well he also investigated but he said from his server everything working fine i am not able to receive any notification emails. I have a problem with the system, the pilot is flying, but when it approves the schedule of your flight, Not appear. The page of the pilot is flying like he did appears on the route flown and reporting of route approved not appear over the amount of flights and hours of it on the page.

I have added new hubs to our airline, four to be exact. Three work perfectly, but the fourth gives me this error when I click on the link: Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'VAA' does not have a method 'kphl' in /home4/virtubu7/public_html/core/classes/MainController.class.php on line 218 All were setup exactly alike, I think. I was hoping that having multiple airlines meant being able to assign a pilot to be an admin of the airline they are part of but from what I'm seeing from the groups permission page a group has permissions for the entire system. Is this correct?

G'day Guys, Ive spent the last few hours updating my registration emails to incorporate more information, making it easier for new pilots to orientate themselves with the VA. I am having trouble just displaying the 3 digits of the Pilot ID, so i want just 001 not QFA001 to display. looking through the search functions when viewing all pilots in my admin, i notice i cant search for the ID. This one is getting pretty difficult for me to understand. I am wanting to have a table to show on my site that displays the airline logo instead of the airline name in it. I have the airline logos named as the 2 digit IATA code the same way my airlines are named as well (ex: Southwest= WN, Delta= DL)and they are all .gif images. Is there an easy way to pull this off?

Hi all, I'm having an issue where only 2 aircraft are showing up on the ACARS map. I've spoken with the developer of the ACARS and he is unsure as to why this is happening - he has tried to fix it but he's out of options. The vms_acarsdata table is only populating 2, however on the ACARS Admin panel it does detect 4 people flying and it logs the PIREPs for all of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like to add new flight types, and I'm wondering how can I do this? For example L would stand for low-cost. I could then display 'Low Cost' in the search results or in Flight Briefing, instead of the letter.

Hi, new here and was wondering why or if there was a airlines schedules database that all VAs could access for scheduling vice everyone having a different proprietary set. Seems it would be most beneficial to all VAs and VA Central seems to be the ideal location for it.

Hello, We are currently having problems. Someone was signing up and he did his registration fine. Then i get an email saying a pilot has registered, so i go to the admin center and its not there. No one else had accepted it, but yet i was still getting the email? Can anyone help please? Myles

I recently installed the Event sign up module from SimPilotGroup, and installed it wrong (without database). Now i have 2 events that i entered into the wrongly set up plugin on my homepage (www.easyjet-virtual.net) with no way of deleting them on the admin center! how can i get rid of these? I am creating an acars for our VA and my question is I have created a new module as per API but how do i remove the banner and the pilot info so it returnes a single line ? Hi! I would like someone to solve me my problem. I have 2 airlines inside group, one cargo, one passenger, how can i show those two on statistics? And does all pilots which are flying first or second, must be on either of VA, for gaining hours, or they got hours regarding they VA assigment on roster? Question is little bit mixed up and confusing, but i think you will get my point S for example... OK i got something solved. Hi I have just setup a free PHPVMS system for myself and my friends. It is running I installed everything including the module of the kCARS free program to work. I can login and start the flight, after I land, taxi to a gate, parking brake on and engine shutdown, I then click stop record, and submit flight. I get a comformation that it has been submitted, but when I look on the website it is not there, and my flight which I just submited is still under my bids. I have a question regarding the total hours as shown in the table phpvms_pilots. First, some background. One of my new pilots entered two manual PIREPs and incorrectly listed the flight time as hours instead of minutes. I then approved these PIREPs before I had my morning application of coffee. I caught this mistake, and even though we have manually edited the PIREPs in question, the hours listed in the phpvms_pilots table is wrong. My question is, is there a way to have the phpvms_pilots table recalculate the hours? Or will this require a manual edit of the table entry to adjust the hours based on how they should appear today?
