Hi I deleted one of my PIREP's and then recalcuted the hours via the Maintenance page. I "lost" the hours, but it didn't update the "number of flights" - i still have 5 - should be 4. Did i forget to update something to show the correct number of flights ?

Hi Guys, Just wondered on the Search Schedules page - Is there a way to hide all results until a user has searched for a specific airport or airplane ? At the moment as soon at they load the page it shows a list of all the schedules Cheers

Hello, We are having problems with our schedules system. For example If I search for a schedule the page does not load any schedules and will appear blank. Other members are able to view a few and then if they click on them to get the dispatch details, they go blank again. Examples This is what loads after pressing 'Search' Any ideas?

Hi to all! Well as i started to adding airports, no possible. I added Config::Set('AIRPORT_LOOKUP_SERVER','geonames'); in local.config and after then it was, but just for LDZA it cant...i first have problem with this airport on adding... Can u help me I just realise...on geonames, ldza is declared as airfield not an airport...how can i change to different search engine...maybe...or to change some settings to add airfield also...this is the problem im sure... Hello everyone, I have since a while ago had some kind of wierd bug on the webpage. I have no clue of how to get rid of it, tried everything, re installing phpvms, updating etc. Can anyone please help me? This is a very serious issue because it affects the entire virtual airline. I meant, what are we whithout a working website? I want to start using web PHPVMS for my airline. We are a virtual airline with nearly 60,000 hours recorded in the VaSystem IVAO. I've tried several versions, but do not know which to take. Hi, I have noticed that on some websites which use phpVMS, they have an enhancement in which the PIREP map displays VORs, waypoints and fixes on the map. How can this be enabled? Or is it some kind of kACARS Custom feature? Can it also read the fixes from the route specified in the schedule to make it easier?

I've looked through the forums, and i found someone asking a question about his fleet page - one of the answering posts brought up the question if he'd made the page by creating a module ... I'm still trying to get into this whole PHPVms thing so my question is, what would be the best way to create your own Fleet Page ?

Hi! I am working on a phpVMS site that I installed on my local PC - with use of XAMPP. If I would like others to view this site from around the world, I am assuming this is what I should do (but it is not giving me the result I need): 1. Configure my firewall to allow port 80. 2. Configure port forwarding for port 80. 3. Assuming my external IP address (using whois website) is xx.xx.xxx.xxx and my phpVMS site folder is called 'phpVMS-VA', I would assume for someone to view the site would have to put in their browser: xx.xx.xxx.xxx/phpVMS-VA What am I doing wrong here? Hi! I am having a little difficulty installing phpVMS on my local PC - with use with XAMMP. Here is what I did and the error message I am getting: 1. I created the database that phpVMS will use - using http://localhost/phpmyadmin/. Successful. 2. I completed the database setup of phpVMS - and on the next screen I got the green lines that I assume means the installation was successful (see attached screenshots 01 and 02). 3. I think my previous post failed to post.... Until a few weeks ago I was able to login to the site as administrator and do all administrative activities. Today when I use those same credentials (I have not changed them) results in me being brought to a login page asking for my login credentials. I doesn't go further than that. However, when I used the kACARS Free client 1.0.1 (latest) using those same credentials, I managed to log in to the system using the kACARS client but NOT on the website. I then used the password reset and it said it sent a password reset link to my account but I never receive it. I checked the email address on the database and it is correct. But …

I got a question concering the A/C Type - i used Kacars for a short Testflight, LOWG - LOWW. The flight should be done with a Dash 8, that's what it says in the Schedule, however, using Kacars i changed it to an MD11, and filed the PIREP - so far so good. But now, the submitted PIREP still shows the Dash, only if i view the log i can see that the MD11 was used - is it possible to show the actual aircraft used ? 'Cause if i view my PIREP's it says "Dash" as flown aircraft

Hi there, I have this bizarre issue where one of my pilots filed a PIREP with a different aircraft to the one supplied in the schedule, and I'm confused how that happened, any ideas? This is the schedule: FE,9320,EGGP,GCFV,,G-EUTA,,,14:20,18:40,04:20,,,P,46, And G-EUTA is visible in the system, in the Admin Panel. However, the pilot's PIREP states that the route was flown using G-EULI, a completely different aircraft from a different hub. I was thinking he could have used the option 'Select Aircraft' in kACARS and that could have affected the PIREP maybe?

I just tried to connect to see if everything works the way it should, and more or less is does. But, as soon as my flight was displayed on the map, the map was zoomed in to the maximum - why's that Should actually look like this And, i then closed Kacars & FS but the flight is still displayed as "taxiing to rwy" - more than 4 hours later - i guess this is just a matter of (in)correct settings, is it ?

Hi, where can I find the location of the stored mail-addresses of all the pilots, inclusive my mail-address? I mean not on the website/admincenter, but on the PHPVMS-system/files that is accessible with FileZilla. I as ceo&admin of my va have no longer the possibility to log in and/or request a new password to login. The system will no longer send a new password to my mail-address because the same mail-address is in use by another (test)-members.
