My site is sending pireps to vacentral but they are not showing on the airline info page. It is showing the last flight as being submitted 6/08/2016 but there have been pireps submitted since then

Hi, I have just registered my airline (which has been going for over a year) with vaCentral and am now trying to build the interface from our custom web site (build in Perl) to vaCentral using the XML interface. Unfortunately I have run into some problems with uploading schedules (routes), which are always rejected as INVALID XML. I managed to update the general VA information and the pilot information without a problem, which seem to indicate, that the way I am posting is correct. Thus, I am a bit confused. Well i finally got phpvms installed and currently working on a new template. But first i have registered but it has my callsign or pilot ID as 123001, why can't i get it to be BEV001 (BEV is the airline identifier)? Thanks, Skylar

Hi, I have 3 VA's on VA Central, two of which appear on the live map (Virgin Atlantic/America) however when the key code for Virgin Australia is inserted the airline does not update itself. It has been over 24 hours since the code was inserted. Any ideaS?

I have noticed some errors in VACentral, When i submit a pirep or another one of my pilots, it defaults the flown time to flown over 4-5 hours ago, and the pirep was only just submitted, why is that? Also The first P is obviously for Pilots not pireps, so that may be needing fixing And the yesterday score, if that is not being used, why is it there? As it always says yesterdays score 0. These are just some observations.

Signed up for vaCentral a few days ago and no email has been sent to confirm membership. Tried a few more times and it says resending, but nothing. UDATE: vaCentral's registration systems is broken and there doesn't seem to be a way of contacting anyone. Also becoming clear no one checks the forums ether. Anyone know of a way to reach these guys? Randy

The PIREP count on vaCentral is not accurate. It shows 6,120 PIREPS we actually have 2,304. Everything else is correct.

Hello together! VA-Central stops since aprox 4 days (it starts with an error, shows flights without dep-arr) updating rigth. i get no score but a few flights done every day. Pireps not match witch the flights( flights 18 and pireps 34?). only flighthours, schedules and pilots match rigth. The ranking goes down.i tried wipe out all data, but without a success (only pirep list shows now right). Hi all, just curious.. i've seen that John filed 23 reports yesterday for a total amount of more than 24 hours of flight.. and same the day before.. Just to know, those pireps are inserted manually or done with fspax/fsacars? I think it would be good that it could be shown on the VAcentral page (at least i know why an airline does so many flights in one day climbing the rank in a very fast way ). Ciao, Simon

Hi all, For quite some time i've shouting to some help at the forum. Here the problem: In my VA sapiensair.com, when I'm flying the livemap it works nicelly, but if I go to vacentral livemap it dont apears anything, does anyone had the same problem?
