Using latest Dev build and php8.2 also using disposable basic I am having trouble creating downloads and having the "Downloads" menu item show the files or pages. I went into pages/links in admin menu. created a downloads link entry. I had a folder I created called downloads off public_html. Inside of downloads I created another folder called vmsacars and placed ACARS.ZIP in there. That created a second menu item called "Downloads" no what I wanted, but it still did not show the files. Instead a 403 error. SO I deleted that entry in pages/links, that got rid of the second downloads menu item, but now the original one is showing …

Hi Lads I have setup my flights and my aircraft, I've added fares and expenses, but when I file a manual pirep, my finances page is empty. No debits or credits. All my expenses are directed to "Flight", Pilot pay is going up. I can see in the phpmyadmin in the journal entry that things are being credit / debited but the page won't show it. Is there something else I need to do? Also having an issue with new users registsering. They can't select Home airport as there is nothing in the selection box, although I have over 50 created

Trying to upload a .zip file for an aircraft from the bottom of the subfleet page but it keeps timing out. Any thoughts? I've tried uploading the file with FTP but it won't recognise the URL either. Also, it won't save the operating costs.

G'day I'm looking to create an award that is automatically applied to set amounts of pilot money earned for example when looking at my pilot dashboard "Your Balance" and I reach $2000 the system gives an award in the same way you can have awards provided for a number of flights. Editing a copy of the PilotHoursAward.php, it seems to me I need the code that looks at "Your Balance" value. In the PilotHoursAward.php I think I'm looking to change the code in bold in the snippet of code below however I don't know what to change it to... (if I'm on the right track.) Didn't have any issues with Beta 1, but for whatever reason with Beta 2... When i go to click on the "head on to installer" I get Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. It seems like it's not pointing to the right place, any suggestions to get it fixed. It seems to be pointing at /install Many Thanks

Hello, I would like to create two type of awards: Medals, given to pilots when they reach a certain number of flight hours and PIREPs, and events awards, manually given to pilots when they participate in a event. I need to show up theses awards in pilot profile divided into to groups: Medals and Events. Is there any piece of code I could use to do it? Thanks in advance.

Hi, To recreate the cost of crew salary We are adding up their hourly wages and putting them in this box "Cost Per Hour" as there is no other box in the system to do an hourly calculation. When the pirep is sent instead of hourly cost it says "block time cost" so it was a bit difficult to relate that both were the same. You could change the word in the resulting pirep. Or better yet, do this: https://github.com/nabeelio/phpvms/issues/776 Adding the possibility of create a expense for time. Any solution? Thanks!!

I need to clear my head about the listener file . After creating the expenses do I have to create them again in the admin panel of Phpvms? Hi, I have setup hosting with phpVMS and followed the installation guides. So I downloaded the phpVMS ( it is called phpvms-7.0.0-beta.4). Hello phpvms community, We're experiencing an issue where airport lists are not displaying correctly for some of our users across multiple areas of the system. Here are the details: - The problem affects only a subset of users, not everyone - For affected users, airports don't show up in: 1. Jumpseat travel options 2. Flight selection screen 3. Hello, I have a little problem with the deleted old expenses that remain in the drop-down menu. I have created an expense in the Listener file, but the Lavarel log tells me that it does not Cannot declare class App\Listeners\LandingRate_ChargePilot, because the name is already in use {"userId":6,"exception":"[object] (Symfony\\Component\\ErrorHandler\\Error\\FatalError(code: 0): Cannot declare class App\\Listeners\\LandingRate_ChargePilot, because the name is already in use at /home/jacquesm/phpvms/app/Listeners/ExpenseListener.php:0). version 7.0.0-beta.4 So there are many of these but here is one example. I added a route KSFO - PHOG and PHOG - KSFO, all information put in correctly but when I go to the map for the route it has the flight going over the north pole and around asia which makes no sense. Also with a route KSFO - KSEA it doesn't even go to KSEA it shows the destination on the map as somewhere in Mongolia which makes no sense either. The locations of the airports are right so really not sure...I am trying to launch my VO soon so if anyone knows that'd be great!

Hi, how do you change the install location of phpvms 7? It appears that every attempt to change the folder name or extract the folder to the root directory makes the page for the installer load up fine, but clicking on Install results in a file not found error. I have extracted to phpvms. Renamed the folder to crew. Then I have gone and changed the location in the config file. I visit the page. The installer page comes up. I click on install and I get a file not found error. If I install in phpvms and change the name after install (and the configuration to reflect the new location) the front page comes up fine. But clicking on any link results in a 404 erro…

There is a problem with massively assigning two or more planes to many routes. If you have 500 routes created and you create two sub-fleets, assigning each route, one by one, the two sub-fleets is a never-ending task. If you add a single sub-fleet, when exporting the CSV file, the aircraft appears added in the subfleets column. If you add two sub-fleets, and re-export the csv file, the second sub-fleet appears added in the column fares. I understand that the fares column cannot contain a subfleet. In other words: If in a CSV file exported from Routes, you put a sub-fleet in the subfleets column and the other sub-fleet in the fares column, when you import th…
