Wouldn't be too hard to do, you would just need to create a script for the exam, that if the score is 80and above redirects to the registration page. A database for questions, and correct answers and possible answers. HAve the questions become random to prevent cheating. And use an if else statement to check if the score they got is 80 or over, if not then redirect them back to the VA's homepage.

You can create your own contact form and link to that and set the contact form to the one you want.

you can set it to show the rank in the signature, but i dont think you can show the image unless you are able to edit the php code for that to work.

Or simply you can just set up an email dedicated to it, and leave it, then your admin one can be used for other uses.

Skin it the exact same way as your VA, and try and find the navigation file in smf and edit that to the same as your site. And That should give the results of having it look likg you have an integrated forum.

Sorry but if you are not able to check the site every few minutes, the emails do sort of help, as you then kno someone has filed a pirep. I think there shouldn't be a way of turning it on or off.

Were you upgrading a current phpvms install or moving to phpvms? If it is just upgrading, you didn't need to do a fresh install just choose the update.php, if it is a first time install, then it could be that the tables didn't transfer properely and the data is not being read properly. A link to the site would be nice so we can see the problem.

I think it may reset. Unless your able to restore the pirep's table. and the schedules table and pilots table.

If you have a copy of the database, you can upload the sql file and it will put the stuff into the database for you, so all your stuff should be there safe and sound.

FSACARS is no longer supported by phpvms as of the latest version. As FSACARS has not been in development for some years, it is hard to get support for the actual program itself.

I tried that, but it didn't work, it gave me a fatal error, and the skin didn't work.

What days are your flights listed on departing?

you have to edit the line in either the local.config.php or app.config.php file, to get it to show more routes.

Have you set any expenses? Also you change the pilot pay in the pilot ranks. Each rank gets paid differently then the other ranks. Cheers Dan C

phpvms being in a subfolder shouldn't matter. Try mod your core/cache to 777 again, it might have not saved in the right permissions. Cheers Dan C

I know you have figured it out, but you have to remember an aircraft can do a certain amount of flights a day depending on the length of the route it is on, then you can just use the same aircraft for a few different routes then. Cheers Dan C

YOu mean the pilot ID? IF so, it phpvms automatically assigns that, and you can log in using your pilot id. So there is nothing you need to edit with the registration. Cheers Dan C

This has come up before, it really isn't a good idea to automatically accept a pirep, as it makes it easy for people file false pireps to rack up loads of hours. But it can be done, but not advised. Cheers Dan C
