It's repeating 3 times because the image is too small for the page. The content on your page is making the page extremely long. I would suggest making a bigger image or taking some of the content off. I'm not sure if it's the best solution, but it is something that i would do as your image is not really repeat-able.. I would say one of the hardest things is making a website look good in all browsers. Personally i think that I.E Sucks, but there are a lot of people out there that use it, so it is very important to make your site look great in all browsers, otherwise you might as well say goodbye to potential pilots! That is custom, i would contact the developer if you need it. They may be willing to sell it... Other wise, we cannot help you re-create someones module.
